TrueFacet

I've been using TrueFacet for a couple of years now and I truly recommend them to any one that wants to sell their jewelry or watches. TrueFacet are always excellent in keeping you up to date with your items and the service is great. I love them. You will not be disappointed with their offer. Trust me.

Bought items at 0% finance charged but now it's 25%... sad to see the 0% finance charge option is gone!

It was great! I ordered a Tiffany & Co. Ring, and fingers-crossed that it arrives promptly and in the condition as described.

I consigned a pair of earrings with them for six months. TrueFacet never sold, so I've requested that TrueFacet return them. They keep promising to do so, but they haven't yet. I'm starting to wonder if they ever will. NOTHING should take this long.

I also bought a VC&A ring from them on the 27th of November. It's December 14, and it still hasn't shipped. Ridiculous.

I'll shop (and consign) with TheRealReal from now on. They're professionals--TrueFacet is not.

So far so good, anxious to see the watch when it gets here. Always fussing about finding one with box and papers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order March 2nd and needed it to arrive by March 14th. I called March 6th and 10th and got PHONE CALL CONFIRMATION the order would be delivered by the 14th. I called today, March 13th and TrueFacet have told me they will not have the watch and that the seller never even had the watch in the first place. So they lied and lead me on this whole time and now I am left with no watch. The watch was a business gift for an extremely valuable partner hence the reason I ordered 2 weeks early and called multiple times to confirm I would receive the watch. I could have planned for this earlier and gotten a different watch but instead I am left with a business meeting tommorow with no watch and theres no way I can order one and get it here in time. They offered me no assistance and no recourse they just said "oops sorry heres a refund" and thats it. Horrible customer service and outright lieing about inventory and left me totally screwed! BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a Cartier bracelet as a gift for my wife for Christmas. Ordered late not truefacet's fault. Was supposed to arrive 1/5 which I planned to just give her a card and image etc of the bracelet. Talked with support team at TrueFacet and explained my concern. TrueFacet got the bracelet overnighted to their facility and then overnighted to me. They contacted me to let me know along the way I offered to cover the shipping expense and they said not to worry about it. Bracelet arrived with plenty of time. Honestly being in the retail industry I have to say that this level of service is rare anymore.

Order does not process. I was approved by Affirm, then continued to purchase and order does not populate.

1st experience purchasing (or trying to purchase) from TrueFacet was a complete disaster! I was looking to get a couple of Tag Heuer watches for me and my lady. Looked the the website and thought it strange that TrueFacet would have multiple inventory listed and marked as "sold". My thought is if the inventory is "sold" then remove it from the website. No confusion, no "awwww man I wanted that..." This should have been my 1st warning...

So I found what I was looking for and went through the checkout process thinking everything was good and got the auto-generated confirmation. Cut to 11 days later, I finally got an email from a "live person" saying that one of the watches was no longer available. I asked if the other "Tag" I ordered was still good and was told that "it is with our watchmaker and will ship within 10-14 days" which puts it at 3+weeks since I ordered the pieces in the 1st place!

I wasn't too happy about that but I said ok... at least my gal was going to get her "Tag". 2 days later I still see I'm getting charged for both watches on my order with TrueFacet. Another round of emails and was told that the charge (for the watch that wan't available anymore) would be removed "tomorrow".

Now I'm getting kinda upset... 1st TrueFacet waits almost 2 weeks to tell me that one watch isn't available, then tells me that it would be another 2 weeks for the other to ship, then doesn't update the order accordingly. Grrrrrrrr...

3rd round of emails and I finally said "... look, just cancel the entire order... I'm getting NOWHERE with you guys... no communication, bad inventory accuracy... you've still haven't updated my order in 48hrs, btw - still shows full price for both watches... and I'm not dealing with your mistakes anymore.

So I then get another email (4th round) from TrueFacet stating that they will update my order to reflect only the 1 "Tag" watch which should have already been done so balance would be correct. Yeah... ok... I guess...

Here comes the kicker... I then get ANOTHER email (round 5) saying if I could please authorize payment AGAIN on the 1 "Tag" because TrueFacet "accidently" cancelled the entire order...

HUH?!?!?!

Wow... if TrueFacet is having trouble here... what's the "authenticity" process like? Not sure if I will ever buy... or try to buy from these "professionals". Maybe they do good work... maybe not. But when your dealing with buyers who are spending thousands of dollars with you... you do NOT make mistakes like this.

Easy to use site. Descriptions need to be much more detailed, I. E., weight, current condition. Also need close-up photos.

Do not buy from this company. TrueFacet really aim for your money while looking for the merchandising. Also they outsource their customer service who knows where from... no communication, no transparency. Stay away, this is a SCAM! I purchased a piece of jewelry and for 5 days no feedback and noone communicated with me for shipping details... the receipt said 3-7 days and the company emailed me back 10-14 days delivery. Total scam!

Everything went well. The watch is quite beautiful.
I'm sure I will enjoy having it and wearing it.

I was trying to discover the length of the necklace and used the online chat, no response so if it's too long, I'll return it.

Had my first experience with truefacet and was amazing to find a site that actually appraises every jewelry item and gives you great prices. I loved my Tiffany pendant I received and it came with a full appraisal report.

I purchased a michelle watch from true facet 90 days afterwards the watch started having malfunction problems and TrueFacet would not fix it. They returned the watch not working. I will never buy from them again

My fiancé and I found the engagement ring we fell in love with at Tiffany's, but it was way out of our budget. We searched online and found TrueFacet.com. We were a little skeptical at first, but decided to buy the same Tiffany ring online (used) because TrueFacet had a 7-day return policy, which made us feel more comfortable about the risk involved. The ring arrived right on schedule, cost less than half of the original Tiffany price, it was in perfect shape (you could not tell it have every been worn before) and in the perfect size. It would have cost us the same thing to have the ring made from scratch at a wholesaler, without the added fact that it was a real Tiffany.
We had the Tiffany ring from TrueFacet verified at two independent jewellers and both confirmed it was a high quality diamond and that the ring was barely worn (if at all). We were thrilled, and very happy with our TrueFacet experience. I rarely write reviews online, so the fact that I am taking the time to write this means a lot. I would say the only constructive feedback we have for TrueFacet is that there customer service over the phone was a bit gruff -- TrueFacet could polish their over-the-phone client relations services.

I bought a necklace from TrueFacet and I'm very happy with it. TrueFacet guarantee that their pieces are authentic. When I received it, I had it authenticated for my own peace of mind, and it's the real thing. The condition was exactly as stated on the website. The only caveat can be timing, as the way they work with their sellers has two different modes. They take the person's piece and authenticate it before posting it for sale, and once it's sold it's shipped quickly. Or the seller takes their own photos which are sent to TrueFacet and posted. If you buy a piece from that type of seller, the seller has to mail the item to True Facet to be authenticated, and once it is, TrueFacet mails it to you. That process can take a 2-3 weeks. So if you're in a hurry, I would suggest calling them and finding out the process before making the purchase.
