Read the reviews on this place Vencano are terrible when I finally received my dresses that I ordered there was one missing I have never received that dress or a refund for the dress I have been going back-and-forth with Vencano and their billing department they offered me a 5% refund on each dress I received if I kept the dresses I have yet to receive that refund or the refund on the dress I did not receive. Their dresses are very poor quality and don't look anything like the catalog photos you see on the Internet they are cheaply made and not worth the money.
One more thing I'd like to add is that I purchase through PayPal I had opened a claim then Vencano reached out to me to say they could not process the refund until I close the PayPal claim and guess what? I closed the stupid claim and they did not refund my money. Really bad business. I was so stupid to order clothing from then Vencano... and I urge you not to you might as well just take your money and light it on fire.

I paid for 4 cotton blouses. I got 3 polyester, cheap, poor quality, ugly looking blouses. The colour is faded and the design/look is below 1 dollar store quality. Save your money!

My order took 2 months to get to me. Once received, I no longer needed it as it was for a gift. I returned it on my own dime and Vencano said they never received it. Unfortunatley I thought I had got tracking, but I didn't. I did however provide them the receipt showing that I returned it to their facility. I ordered in November 2020 and I'm still fighting for a refund of $125.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! A blouse I ordered said "V" neck! When I took it out of bag it had a collar, I repackaged it and returned. Purchase price $14.98. The amount refunded $1.90, The blouse itself seemed ok but it was not as advertised or the style I wanted.

Never shipped order in 2 weeks, refused to give full refund. Vencano kept the shipping charges and refuse to refund although they never prepared the order. First order arrived very late with a black streak blemish on a shirt and spelling errors.

Ordered last May (2020) and several other times. Items never received. Unable to get in touch with them. Tried to message customer service... it kicks me off the page. Scam!

Worst company ever! Do not order from them. Ordered a hoodie for my wife for her birthday and when it was delivered it was extremely too small! I paid close to $40 for the hoodie. Thats including $18 for shipping quickly. When I submitted for a return i have to pay $8 to return and gives me a refund of $11... On a 40 order? Im so pissed right now. DO NOT SHOP HERE youll be sorry!

I ordered an XL dress, it arrived quickly but it was probably a medium size and the quality of the fabric was awful. I sent a request to send it back and Vencano automatically deduct $7.99 from your refund to cover the postage. Don't waste your time.

I don't give -5 stars because I can't. I ordered my products on 11/20 with express delivery. DHL supposedly received shipping notification on 12/05, today is 12/14 and shipment has not be picked up. This is a website that I am certainly not buy again or recommend to anyone. FYI it comes from China where things take forever to be received.

I ordered 15 days ago and have not received the 1st thing. I also paid 30 dollars for expedited shipping. I would love to receive what I ordered.

It's been more than months! I order in October and we're close to February and I never receive my order yet! Vencano say in 10-15 days. They're lying to consumers. It's 2 pulls for winter and they don't care. If I receive them in summer, it's just incredible. Yes I need to put a star, because I don't have choice.
Never buy from them!

I ordered 2-item with vencano, quickly got full refund of 1item out of stock. C/S system logged all questions I had. The other came by Usps in 20days. I tracked Usps, kept delay, I guess covid19. Vencano is real n good, will order again. Satisfaction confirmed. Thank You. Kim of Maryland.

I ordered 5items from vencano, supposed to receive on a few days ago, but never notice update track.
Its may scam... i should read their reviews before order. Please don't order from vencano, hope remove website soon from Google.

BUYER BEWARE -
The quality of the items you receive will be nothing like the photos, stitching is a mess, fabric is cheap.
Even worse, Vencano will charge you upfront for ALL items you buy, then you wait roughly 2-3 weeks before they ship, and only then will you be notified that items you ordered are no longer in stock and if you want a refund you have 3 days to reply to the email they sent.

Whether you reply to that email or contact customer support... WHICH is a nightmare of its own to get through to anyone, once you request a refund they will ignore your requests and only give coupons that don't work. I contacted them for weeks asking for a refund and they only reply with here is a coupon.

I have now escalated this to Paypal for assistance

NOTHING I ordered was even CLOSE to what was pictured on their website. See photos below. Very cheaply made, poor fabric quality. Vencano told me that one item in my shipment was out of stock, but never took off any money. I followed their return policy to the T, and was told I'd waited too late. NOT ONE DIME was refunded. I have email after email to prove that this was not the case. BUYER BEWARE!

I think its funny that I can write a review and almost instantly get a "response" from this company. But there is no contact information on the website. I'm still waiting on my f***ing form this company. I don't recommend at all Vencano will steal your money. FAKE A$ COMPANY! SEND ME MY CLOTHES A$HOLES.

I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and paid for the expedited shipping of $25 to have the product in hands garunteed before Christmas. It is not here. I would not give this company any stars but I don't think that's possible. When emailing then their response was for me to wait.

Order promised before Christmas. It's December 24th and it still hasn't been shipped. You pay $14.44 in shipping on top of the amount you pay for the product that never shows up! Terribly, I rarely buy online... lesson learned, research before but.

Found some cut leggings and put three pairs in my cart shipping said the would be here by 2/6 it's now 2/19 payed 25.00 in shipping. So I tried finding a way to cancel my order so I can buy somewhere else. Can't find a customer service number or chat and when I went to cancel it said it won't give me the 25 for shipping back when according to the tracker Vencano haven't even shipped yet. Absolutely terrible company which is so sad the leggings looked so cute.

I'm very upset I ordered my Christmas pjs last week because the website stated my order will come in with in 3-6 days because I was going to wear it for Christmas Eve with my family I payed over 100$ for it and there is no status of it being shipped. It is December 21 and I don't even think it's gonna come on time. There is no number to call to check status. And I really needed these before Christmas Eve. Very upset and sad

Shirt was way off in measurement. Just look at the picture. Took 2 months to arrive. I will never order from there again. And if i wanted to return it the shipping cost more then the shirt.

I was so disappointed on how the customer service handled my order. I placed an order on 09/16/2020@ 5:11pm. Immediately I realized that I should ordered one size bigger since it comes in a smaller size. I contacted the customer service that same hour to exchanged my order to "Medium". A representative responded and said that Vencano got my inquiry and my order now is placed on hold until I confirmed to them that I would like to do the exchanged. On my disbelief that after I had confirmed that I want the medium, they sent me a message that the merchandise has been shipped? WAIT? What? Didn't you just said that my ordered was put on hold, until you heard it back from me?
Unbelievable! So after 10 days, I got the item, and as expected, it did not fit me at all. So had to returned it and today. I got a message that I will be refunded of $11.00 instead of the $ 18.99 of the original price that I paid for it. So, clearly it was a scam! Please do not engage on this company coz first, their merchandise are poorly made, materials are cheap and lastly, the company is a joke! Scam! No good!

Vencano took 30 days to process an order from Nov. 16th which I have yet to receive. As it was Christmas pajamas, it's now useless and their customer service is a joke. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT PROCESSING TIME AND BLAME THE PANDEMIC, when in reality they just want to steal your money.

You have to register for an account, to check the status of my order only to go through a maze of useless pages that give no real answers. I am pretty sure that the registration of an account is only to fill your inbox with spam and a cover up to try and steal personal information. This company is clearly not located in the US as the wording in the maze of pages uses improper grammar. Extremely unprofessional and only lends to the illegitimacy of this site. I have tried on several occasions to contact this company through several of their associated email addresses (*******@vencano.com, *******@outlook.com) to no avail. I have requested a refund.

I put in a order, it took almost 2 months to get it and than Vencano sent me the wrong size boots, I sent them back for exchange now it's been another two months, on my account it's saying processing I haven't receive my boots, or refund. No contact info.

I loved so many items so I ordered several things but items are not as Vencano are described. Camouflage Jeans are not jeans at all they are more like polyester slacks. Comfy but not attractive. A blouse listed and pictured as having lace inserts on sleeves is not lace at all. It was just printed fabric. I was satisfied with the 3 sweaters I purchased. I still look at the site and want to order but I'm afraid items wont be as described. I paid for expedited shipping which was not cheap and it took over a month. Getting help thru customer service is frustrating. I asked for my shipping back and they offered it back thru a credit but needless to say I'm afraid to order.

First of all, I have to apologize to Vencano for the harsh reviews I posted earlier...
After ordering a sweater that hadn't arrived a month after purchasing it that didn't have the required tracking information included in its description, I did a bit of research to see if Vencano was a scam. About 50% of the online reviews I found claimed their order arrived BUT it wasn't the exact product that Vencano ordered, and the other 50% of the online reviewers said that their order never came at all.
I nervously emailed Vencano to see what was up with my order, and they emailed back right away, which confused me. Why would a scamming website email me back so fast with more tracking details? Wouldn't a scamming website just ignore my email? Since there still one important detail missing from the tracking information they provided, I proceeded to think that it was a scam. So, I posted a bunch of awful reviews trying to warm people not to buy from the site.
I decided to email them back with more questions, and after emailing back and forth all night asking questions, my order arrived at my front door like they promised it would. In the emails I told them that I needed the package before Christmas as it was a gift, and I don't know if that helped get my order here faster, but it arrived very soon after our emails.
The arrived product is exactly what I ordered and it's in great condition.
I would recommend shopping at Vencano, they have great products, but only if you have the patience to wait a while for your product to arrive & without having all the tracking information needed to locate your package.
Again Vencano, my apologies for the harsh reviews, and thank you for your speedy email replies and for getting my order to me by the time I said I needed it.
I don't think the website is a scam, at least it wasn't for me, but I'd still be careful. And I've definitely learned to always read website reviews BEFORE ordering, just in case.

Website shows items will Ship in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago, I submitted a ticket and got a response that order is still being prepared which takes 7 - 9 days and another 7 - 15 days to ship it. WTF, what does "Ship in 24 hours" mean to them!?! Horrible experience 1000% do NOT recommend. Requested a full refund, we shall see...

You will not get a full refund no matter how bad the quality of your item is. I was refunded £12 20 of a £19 95 purchase. Vencano tried telling me they dont refund shipping. Theyve done this to lots of people and got away with it. Not this time. I've taken advice and there being looked into. You will also wait ages for replys to emails.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM! I ordered something - it's been months. Vencano think you'll forget about it.
When asked for a refund - they approved a FULL refund, but only refunded me 1/2. Maybe they think I'll just forget about it - WRONG... warning everyone - this is a scam store -they need to be closed down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to give your money away.
