Do not buy from Vencano. Do not browse their site. Run far away and fast.
Took several weeks to arrive then was supposedly returned undeliverable (which no other package has EVER been returned). I responded that my address was correct by the cutoff date only to get email 3 days later that my package has been destroyed then offered 40% refund of 50% store credit. Unacceptable and unforgivable.

My daughter ordered PJ's for she and her children with the hope of having an evening at home due to Covid. She paid additional for express delivery only to learn today that the PJ's will not arrive until December 28th. Vencano = one word "Scrooge"

This place is a complete scam! Vencano take your money very quickly but then they dont ship your order because they say it's in replenishment! Then when you try to cancel your order they just keep trying to offer you money off your next order. This place is a ABSOLUTE JOKE!

In Dec 2020, I ordered 4 items and kept one: boots which truly are beautiful and well made. The 2 sweaters I ordered were nothing like the beautiful ones pictured. They're thinner knit and dowdy. So I requested a return label through email which Vencano sent. I sent them back of course a week later, having to pay shipping. I got a receipt from post office with tracking. Tracking said package arrived to destination. I was never reimbursed. There's no way to contact company. No email or chat with a real person. Phone number to Hong Kong doesn't go through. So I'm stuck. DON'T buy from these scammers.

Awful. Horrible products that are poorly represented on their website and on social media. A cheap range but what Vencano advertise isn't what you get. Terrible communication, really, really long lead times and a criminally high rate to pay of you want to return anything. Don't bother.

I ordered an oversized mid thigh length chunky cardigan. The photo looked amazing. What arrived was simply laughable. The worst piece of tack I've ever had the misfortune to buy. It was mis shapen, poor quality. Wider than it was long (I ordered small). It didn't even cover my bum, so went nowhere near my thighs! It has given family and friends a laugh anyway, it really is comical! Lesson learned!

I purchased boots, Vencano were too small. Size charts are inaccurate. I would wear a 40 or 10 US, they fit like a 9 US. The total was $32. I returned them and received a $13 refund. What a rip off! Never again. Shipping time was 2 weeks.

Good luck getting refunds, for cheap products, shipping is slow. Customer service is impossible, Vencano do a good job of making it difficult to reach them.

Do not order from here. I paid for expedited shipping promised before Christmas and still nothing. And will not give me a refund. This is the worse place I have ever ordered beware!

I placed an order, paid for Expedited shipping on Dec 12th, shipping 3-6 business days their site states and now Vencano come back in an email to say it takes 7 - 9 days to prepare and then it will ship 3-6 days, nowhere on there site does it state preparation time. I thought I would have it by Christmas by paying for Expedited shipping, but I guess not. Please don't order on this site if you want the order in a reasonable timeframe.

Placed order Jan 2020, it's Feb 20 and still no sign of dress. Asked for refund or send out another dress. Their response was to offer me free shipping on next order NOT HAPPENING! Save your money for a reliable company

I would give a ZERO BUT ITS BUBVVI will NEVER purchase from this company again nor will I recommend it to friends and family. Don't get me wrong the clothes are adorable but Vencano are made from the silk and threads of a very sick spider. Please, whomever is in control please relinquish everything. Blessed wave the white flag.

I ordered in good faith. Paid threw paypal. Now I cant seem to contact the seller nor will Vencano reply to any request. Ph.# is fake! Ive tried cancelling my order because it obviously hasnt even shipped. No tracking # provided. It wont allow me to do so! Would give 0 stars but its not a option. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL!

I bought a top on here 31st January which didn't arrive until mid March. Vencano are now sending me 3 emails an hour, I've tried asking them to stop, blocking them & marking as spam but their emails are just flooding my inbox day in day out! What can I do? Someone help me

I ordered my wife a hoody than after I looked up the reviews for this place and most was bad but I got what I ordered and for a very good deal I dont understand why so many bad reviews I'll be ordering from them again

The pictures on this site are the same as another site under another name that I ordered from about a year ago. Identical. I ordered a beautiful sweater and received something that (no exaggeration) looked like it was pulled off a trash pile and ironed. It was torn and damaged, smelled to high Heaven, and was about the size a child of five would wear. The "style" was nothing like the picture, and rather than aggravate myself further, I just threw it away. It was too much of a mess to even donate. When I contacted the company Vencano said to take pictures of it. I told them I would send it back for a refund, and they said they did not want it back. No wonder. There are many bogus sites like this, and you MUST look for reviews before ordering, or you are throwing your money away. This also happened to me when I ordered a table from a site without doing my homework until afterwards. My credit card did refund my money on that. The ratings on this site have to be bogus as well. Scam companies have a lot of employees to make up bogus reviews.

I would like to give no stars but don't have a choice. This company makes cheap clothes like wish! The reviews on what I bought was not core t or I got the bare and switch because the overalls I got look nothing at all like the picture on their site and the material is super thin and not even Jean material. It has not belt as pic showed on site and it's not form fitting or more slender legs. It has wide legs.

I have only bought one item from this site but so far the item was beautiful, of great quality and it arrived within a week. It was a bit small but I ordered a bigger size. I am in the process of losing weight so I'm keeping the small one and it will fit later.

Do not listen to the 5 star reviews, they're fake. If I could I would give it zero stars. I ordered on Jan. 16 of 2021 and I still have not received my order. It was worth $400. I looked up where Vencano are located and they don't even have a direct location. There is no number you can call to. I looked up their number online and when I called it said that the number didn't exist. This entire thing is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

It took 31 days to receive the pyjamas. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. The Canadian logo and the "we expedite in 24 hrs through me off". Expedite doesn't mean delivered! The pyjamas were sent from China. Of the 9 pyjamas ordered one was the wrong size and 3 were different than the model I chose. Never again!
