Wedding Tropics

Not bad, but there should be a way to easier compare colors of pants with vests and jackets to see if Wedding Tropics match. I've ordered three suit pieces (pants, vest, and jacket) made by three different companies and am still not sure how similar in color they are. Also a better system for trying on clothing and returning them should be in place. See Azazie.com's system for wedding dresses.

Make sure you order the right size the first time, because if you need to exchange it, you will wind up paying half of the cost of the item to accomplish that. We bought a $60 shirt from here, had to exchange it for a different size and in the end wound up paying $33 in total shipping costs. Wedding Tropics charged me $6 for the return label, had to buy a padded envelope to ship it back for $3, then twice was charged $12 in shipping. Never again.

An associate followed up by email promptly regarding my order; there were some stock issues with exactly what I had ordered. She quickly helped find an alternate stitch color that I think actually ended up being a nicer match for our special day, got it shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Nice quality shirt, I looked my best when it mattered! Thanks!

I ordered a guayabera for my nephew going to a destination wedding. The website does not give you an option for expedited shipping but I called, left a message and Cary called me right away. She overnighyed the shirt and it arrived promptly. Her customer service is among the best I have encountered! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product and exceptional service.

I purchased two shirts for my wedding, one for me and the other for my son. I expected the shirts to match as I ordered the same specs from the the shirt design both times with the exception of french cuffs and mother of pearl buttons.

a I received a similar shirt less the vertical striped embroidery. This caused an issue in the pictures we took as we did not match as planned.

Our daughter is the bride, she told us free shipping on returns. It's not free! Very disappointed, we ordered 2 sizes of pants and shirt with this knowledge. We would have NOT ordered 2 sizes if we had known this.

I wish you had a better color palette. The little color squares don't match the colors in the photos, and the photos of the same material color look different depending on which garment you are selecting. For example, the NATURAL pants look more orange than the NATURAL vests or jackets.

I ordered a guayabera shirt and linen pants for my husband, to wear at our daughter's beach wedding. I received the order very quickly and was impressed by the quality of the clothing. The stock shirt wasn't quite a good fit, so we decided that a custom fit shirt would be the best option. I contacted customer service and the return of the stock shirt couldn't have been easier. I've placed the custom order and am looking forward to receiving the new shirt. I would highly recommend Wedding Tropics not only for the quality of their clothing but for their outstanding customer service.

I am returning this shirt in a M and need a L. I sent an email to Wedding Tropics this morning and my message was answered. However, no return mailing label was included, so I sent a request for it to be sent so I can return the Medium shirt to you and my account can be credited. I have already reordered the shirt, but unfortunately ist is backordered until October 30

Between your ridiculous "restocking fee" of unworn, non-custom clothing ($18) and the fact that you do not cover return shipping on items that don't work for the customer, I am having to pay over $35 FOR NOTHING! In my entire life, I have NEVER had to pay a restocking fee on standard sized apparel. Appliances and furniture, Yes, but this is just wrong. I will spread the word! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to provide better service and I will rethink my position. Shameful!

I placed an order for my younger brother from this website. The shipping was lightning fast! We purchased a backup because Wedding Tropics didn't have the shirt we wanted in stock at first. We're hoping the one we want arrives before the wedding, but we're extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery speed, and shirt quality!

The clothing I received fitted as expected and in good condition. The pants require a hem which was not clear when I purchased them. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly.
The site offers Amazon payment on the billing page, but then the website requires a billing phone number and email address that isn't part of the Amazon billing address page and you can't enter it manually. So I had to back track and just manually enter all my information.
Small details that hopefully the company will correct, but overall a good experience.

The shirts looked great in pictures. However the colors on the models, especially coral and orange looked much lighter in pictures.
It was too late to send exchange and the guest commentary at the occasion reflected the loud colors.
The quality of the shirt however was extremely good. So please choose wisely and go for lighter colors.
The shipping and delivery were spot on with no delays.
If I could exchange for 2 of the 3 shirts for lighter shades, would do that in a jiffy.

Perfect online site for buying spacial occasional wear. Wedding Tropics offers super cool and elegant outfits at reasonable price. I have ordered one Suit Jacket for myself and it has genuine Italian Linen fabric material, very soft and feeling very comfortable while wearing. Super classy piece. Impressed with the service.

The quality of the shirt was top notch. I'm sorry that my husband won't get to wear it at his daughters wedding. When I ordered it I made a comment in the comment box that my husband had broad shoulders and wondered if he should go up in size. Unfortunately no one must have read that comment or bothered to call me to ask about it so the shirt I ordered was too tight and since it took so long to come in I didn't have the option to reorder so there went $110.00 down the drain c

She promptly resolved an issue that arose, and my 2 orders both arrived earlier than expected (hugely appreciated during this busy time!). The attire is perfect for the big day, and the customer service has been stellar. Highly recommend!

Items arrived very promptly and we were pleasantly surprised with the great quality. We followed the sizing instructions, but I am going to go ahead and order my husband the next size up on the vest because it is snug! I am also going ahead and ordering a couple more shirts because Wedding Tropics are so nice. Overall very happy with purchase.

We waited a long time to get this shirt (which is very nice), but it is much too big. Since all boys shirts are considered custom orders even though it was a standard style with no changes, it can't be returned and our only option is to order a smaller size and hope for the best. This has gotten to be a very expensive shirt.

My boyfriend is in an upcoming wedding and we were confused on what we were to order. The bride told us to email our order. Wedding Tropics were really polite and told us how to place our custom order. We also have to order multiple sizes -- thrilled we can return them still! The company charges a return fee. My bad for not checking before placing the order. I would've took my business elsewhere. Most companies that offer online orders offer free returns in order to keep the customer coming back. I returned an item. Was charged $10.50 for it and had to reach out to the company after not receiving my refund several weeks later.

I ordered an Italian Linen Shirt with Aqua blue embroidery. When the shirt arrived I opened the box to see a perfectly packaged. I tried the shirt on and it was a perfect fit and was everything I expected it would be.

It the cold gray doldrums of January and my wedding isn't till July but, I am even more excited to get married.

I'm a little confused why I got big red font saying my shirt was available on backorder when choosing the size to send to cart and then saw ZERO mention of that fact again or a single thing regarding timeframe of backorder, etc, again. That's a pretty important detail.

This company has been amazing from start to finish. We created a hiccup on our end and Carrie was amazing to speak with. And She helped me problem solve The problem within minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend ordering from wedding tropics.
Everything we ordered has been accurate and great quality!

I had concerns of the delivery time as my wedding date was fast approaching but Carrie was awesome to deal with and replied to my queries promptly. Once my order was processed I received it within a week and the clothes are just what I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Thank you, the clothes really did look amazing however the sizing was not great, my husbands pants were awesome but the shirt was way too small. He is a slim guy and I went off the sizing guides, I thought small seemed weird but that was equal to his measurements?

Now he has that beautiful Linen shirt he will not be able to wear again,, he was in a wedding and made it work but couldn't button the bottom button and the top button. It was SNUG! Overall the quality was great and the look was awesome, but a really big bummer that he can't use the shirt anymore.

I was suppose to get a 30% discount but when I proceeded to checkout, the discount did not register. The advertisement said no coupon needed. I went ahead and ordered anyway because it is an important event and I wanted to make sure I get the items no matter the cost.

Not happy with return and exchange policies. The shirt didn't fit so I need a different size. But was told via email to return shirt and order another one. If I order another one I've got to pay again. Why should I have to do that when Wedding Tropics already have my money for the first shirt. When I ask about an exchange they said they couldn't do that. So I have returned the shirt and ask them for a refund. Based on everything else not even sure if I'm going to get my money back.

The entire experience was through email. Not happy about that.

I ordered 3 items for my wedding coming up in October. I wasn't sure if which size to get but if you go by the chart Wedding Tropics have for you to look at and size yourself according to the instructions on it you should get a perfect fit like I did. Also got all of my stuff really fast and everything is as described. I have no complaints with anything I bought.
