I ordered the Bradford Italian Linen stock shirt. I called the company before ordering to make sure the size I needed was in stock and to verify the shipping time Wedding Tropics were advertising was correct because I needed it in 10 days. It shipped out that same day and arrived four days later. It was exactly as pictured. I checked the size chart before ordering so no issue there. Great company. Also nice thick good quality linen which is what I was looking for. Not see through. If you aren't sure about something, call them.

We had to expedite shipping with a custom vest order. Everything came well within the timeframe I requested. I became nervous after I placed the order and reached out to confirm. I received a prompt and courteous reply to let me know that everything was alright and it would be here in time.

But this rating is specifically for "shopping experience." Trying to purchase an item from Wedding Tropics online is challenging because the purchase form has some idiosyncrasies, and there's no one to talk to for help at the business since Wedding Tropics have abbreviated hours. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star rating.

I like the look of the clothes but beware of their return policy as it is not favorable to customers! If you expect it to be like most retailers it is not and Wedding Tropics drag out the refund for 14 business days and they will apply other charges if what you send back is below a certain dollar amount. I returned some pants and bought another pair and because they were $70 they charged me additional. Although I like the clothes I will not purchase here again

Ordered shorts with dress shirt. Dress shirt sleeve length was cut much too short. There is no time to remedy the situation. For those reading this review, buy clothing from this company in standard sizes. Pay for the tailoring at your local dry cleaner. You will be must happier and no stress.

Communication.. Customer service.. Material.. Product.. All excellent.
I needed XL measurements built into a large shirt, because my shoulders are broader than my waist. While the shirt I received was a very high quality shirt, and the requested measurements were right, the body of the shirt was far too big in the mid section. It sort of hangs like a tent and I will have to go get it altered before I can wear it. That's very unfortunate for a tailored shirt that costs close to $200.
I would have given s 5 star rating otherwise, but can't give above 3, because I have an unusable product, until inlay someone else to fix it. If you are a thin build male with shoulders similar measurements as your waist, this is perfect.

At first I found it hard to find any information about my shipping which was backordered, but when I wrote to customer service Wedding Tropics got right back to me, filled me in, and were very courteous. The product has arrived and I am very pleased with it. So thumbs up for the product, and for the service.

Ordering was very easy, sizing instructions were easy to follow and spot on. The quality seems excellent. Was pleased at how quickly we received our item. Looking forward to seeing all the groomsmen, groom and father's of the bride and groom dressed in their attire.

Website and/or order process needs work. I completed details for my shirt then added to cart. Nothing appeared in the cart and all of the details I entered were deleted from the fields, so I entered a second time and added to cart. Again, nothing was added and all of the details were deleted. After entering a third time, the order was added to the cart along with the first two attempts, so then I had three shirts in my cart. It would not allow me to delete one or two of the shirts from the order and I had to delete all three and start over. After my FORTH try, the shirt was added to my cart, but the information was deleted when I created an account. It finally went through on the fifth try after creating an account. Ridiculous!

I received the color samples that were small rough cut samples stapled together. It costs too much for the tiny pieces you get considering how much the actual product costs. At least make it more presentable and less like a 3yr old put it together. Makes me wonder how well their customizations are done.

The website is simple to navigate through. Wedding Tropics have a good selection and styles to choose from. The communication is very good and the items ship out fast! I had to make a return on some items for sizing reasons and I am waiting to see how the returns are handled but so far very good website to shop with.

Well, to be honest I contacted CS and didn't see a response at first. I initially was looking for an exchange on some items, for sizing reasons, and somehow I didn't catch the first email sent to me. I had already placed a new order for the items I needed to exchanged. So, I sent a second email to ask for a return. I received an email from CS, very quickly, and in that email there was the RMA # to send the items back. I am in the process of the return as I am writing this review, So far I have been satisfied with this website.

The suit is fine. It looks more taupe than gray. I thought when I requested a 32in inseam the pants would arrive with the hems finished. So if the suit separates were just selected off the shelf without any alterations why did it take 5weeks before I got my delivery(perhaps I need to stop comparing everyone to prime). The prices were fair.

The main problem so far is that the shirts (Bradford) say Wedding Tropics are available in short or long sleeve, but in order to be able to select one or the other, you have to Design It, which adds $20 to each shirt. Shouldn't there be a selection of sleeve length without the Designing?

Delivery from my first order was fast and the shirts are high quality we received them fast and Wedding Tropics looked exactly like the photo and fit true. Unfortunately one of the grooms men didn't do a good job measuring himself lol so I had to order another shirt but it fits my fiance so we might just keep it instead of send it back

NEED SOME FLEXIBLITY WITH SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE... MY PACKAGE NEVER DELVIERED... REPORTED IT STOLEN... HAD TO RE-ORDER THE SAME EXACT OUTFIT AGAIN... NO SHIPPING OFFERED... NO DISCOUNT OFFERED... AND NOW OUT OF STOCK UNTIL NOV... WORRIED IT MAY NOT DELIVER IN TIME... OR EVER. A LITTLE MORE FLEXABILITY IN WORKING WITH MY SITUATION WOULD BE HELPFUL...

Carrie was awesome. She understood my issue and responded right away. I was in between sizes and guessed wrong the first time. Carrie was all over it and got my replacement almost immediately. Again... awesome. Thanks Carrie.

First....your site won't let me pick five stats, only four.
Very satisfied. Actually sent separate email regarding Carrie because she was so great that I wanted to spend an extra minute ti thank her and let the owners at Wedding Tropics know how great of an employer Wedding Tropics have.

I ordered four shirts, great quality. I only received one shirt with a rounded hem and I love it. It was the one in the pool color. It had an option for the rounded hem, the other did not. Wedding Tropics were pictured with a rounded hem, but are the square hem. The butter colored shirt was pictured with a square hem and packaged differently then the other shirts. I thought that I would get all in the rounded hem except the butter colored shirt. Do the others come in the rounded hem and could I exchange my shirts with square hem for rounded. Thank you

I ordered a Linen shirt Mauritius pin tuck for my son attending a wedding, he is in college so it was not possible for him to try it on immediately, once he did, shirt did no work, I had some issues with the return process but were resolved at the end to my satisfaction.

We made an error on the color, so I'm working through the return policy to change it to the correct color. This was an error on my part. So far, I've got a customer service rep who is helping me through the process. Everything appears to be on track & it's been a good overall experience.

My son is having a beach wedding so I need you to get an outfit to wear. I looked at multiple sites online but found Wedding Tropics to have the best selection and price. My shirt and shorts arrived in a timely manner and the quality of the clothes is outstanding.
