I'd like to use Google pay and have more information on estimated shipping times, otherwise perfect. The product arrived 1 day earlier than the delivery widow opened even which was great.

Into uncharted waters
Rang and was told 2 days standard delivery being close to Parramatta. The ordering process was simple.

It took longer to receive the phone than the 2 days stated. It sat in despatch until the Friday after the Tuesday that it was ordered but was received on the Monday. It's something Wireless1 have to work on but, other than that, Wireless 1 were easy to deal with and the phone was as described. I'll order again if I need to.

It took longer than what I was told for delivery when I followed up which was disappointing because everything else had been excellent.

Would call and send emails over many days and just...
Would call and send emails over many days and just not receive any phone back or email response. I was ready to buy what i needed urgently, but just seemed like cared to even answer the phone, constant set backs in making the purchase - really frustrating

Good and cheap
Easy to buy and delivery was on time based on last day of expected delivery date. The price is cheapest I can find for this product. The special 11% discount plus Klarna's promotion.

Great Experience
My son saved his money doing letter box drops and used it to buy a gaming laptop, money was tight and the wireless1 website was by far the best price. We ordered on Wednesday and received the new laptop on Friday, tracking was spot on and my son could not be happier.
I have nothing but praise, our experience was outstanding. We will buy from this site again.

Great price
Great price. The item displayed free shipping tag, but didnt receive.

The VISA verification pop up window does not seem to...
The VISA verification pop up window does not seem to work on iPhone (safari)--after putting in the verification code, hitting the submit button does not do anything. Had to get on the computer to finish the payment.

Great monitors for a great price!
Although there was a delay in postage (due to AusPost) the monitors eventually arrived safely. Wireless1 are exactly what we wanted and have a nice bright picture. They were easy to setup and appear perfect for the kids gaming needs.

DOA
I purchased a TP-link Deco AX3600. One of the X68 units was DOA. I contacted TP-link and Wireless1 told me to get back to Wireless1. I sent an email to Wireless1 requesting advice on what I should do, but I have not received a reply.
I am unimpressed with a 50% failure rate, which suggests poor quality control and doesn't auger well for a long trouble free life of the equipment.

Wireless systems matter
I got used to think that people nowadays definitely can't do anything without the connection to the internet. Basically, it's actual for those ones who have online businesses and stuff like that. So, recently I had some serious issues with my internet and I decided that everything because of my internet provider, however as ti turned out everything was okay with it. I though that the best option would be to change the wireless system. Because it old-fashioned probably. I applied to this company and Wireless1 provided me with everything i needed in order to recover the speed of my internet connection.

That was the cheapest I could find & you had some stiff competition. Your bargain postage rates ($9 for express... sweet!) were the decider & you pipped out the competition by a few dollars even though theirs was pickup. I'm off to reward myself, hee hee. A date with Miss Palmer, wink wink!

Nice Router, great price.
Ordered Tuesday got it Saturday... Only took a few days to arrive.

OK rang wed to see why not posted, told it would be thursday, rang again, was posted friday but was delivered next day... so the post was amazing, dispatch was average, so overall OK

Fast delivery from Wireless1
In spite of many bad reviews of this company I ordered some face masks which I couldn't find anywhere else. I am very happy to say that I have only praise for the company (and Australia post) in their conduct. The day after ordering I receive email from Wireless1 to say that the masks were leaving and two days later I received an update on when Wireless1 would arrive which happened another day later. All within 4 days
