They made my life a living hell!
Ordered some shorts that looked cute. The shorts did not fit which I am alright with considering it's online and I could not try it on. What I am NOT happy about is that Yandy make you jump through so many hoops to return item and get your money back! You have to go to post office, buy return stamp after they receive item only then will they determine if you get money back. All the stress and time it takes to return an item might as well keep the misfit clothes

This is totally unfair. It's online shopping therefore there can be a strong possibility items don't fit. So baffled that they will make such a hassle to return item. I am a seasoned online shopper mainly with Amazon and I have NEVER gotten this hell to return an item. Yandy.com need to be more empathetic to there customers. Why on earth will I order anything else from them.

I read all the reviews and I thought I would be okay
Hello everyone, so after I read all the reviews I decided to go ahead and order my Halloween costume. Now I live in Vancouver BC and I ordered the costume in November so that if something was wrong with it I could return it or exchange it. When my costume arrived it was missing the stockings and it fit too big. It also has a black mark on the white part from the black running from the fabric. I called and talked to customer service and Yandy said that because it was international I wouldnt get a return label. Shipping would have cost almost as much as the costume so it wouldnt have been worth the return. Highly disappointed I really had high hopes for this site and I have just given about 77$ Canadian away for nothing than had to pay also the customs fees. It would be nice if they followed up or came up with a solution or did something but they havent done anything except take my money without a solution. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Good variety of styles but often don't fit well because lesser quality on a lot of items. Some items are good though. And since Yandy accept returns, it can be worth trying. But very unhelpful customer service reps who become rude and snarky. Used to be much better in terms of customer service - used to be more friendly and helpful. Now much less so and very unpleasant to deal with. Two reps acted like they were doing me a favor to speak with me - very condescending - then argued with me about my order history (and were wrong in the info they supplied), then another tried to con/manipulate me, as if that would make me think the service was fine. If you have to deal with customer service in any way, it is better to avoid and not bother at all because that is where you will have problems with this company.

Cheapest Quality; Refused to Refund
I purchased 7 pairs of underwear. All were described as "one size fits most". That should have been my first clue, along with the unusually low prices. My wife is 5'4", 125 pounds. Hardly a unique size. Nothing fit well, and a few didn't fit at all. Some were small, others were small in some places and baggy in others. But all shared one thing: Yandy were cheap quality, flimsy material, and poorly made. Garbage from China. After trying on 4 pairs my wife decided she had seen enough and didn't bother opening the remaining 3. The 4 opened items were tossed in the garbage. I requested a return authorization on the other 3. Fair enough, I thought. But Yandy refused to accept a return and issue a refund. In so many words, stick it. So I'm out $66. The old saying applies here: you get what you pay for.

I was very iffy about purchasing from online, let alone from a website I had not heard of before. I also researched it and based off of other reviews I was still iffy. However, I decided to purchase from them anyways, because Yandy had items there that were cheaper than the same items found on other sites. I am so glad I trusted my gut. I just received my package today (right on time) and I am so pleased with each thing that I ordered. Everything fits and the material is not cheap looking. I even got a free pair of undies which are cute. If I ever need to purchase costumes or lingerie in the future online, I WILL be buying from Yandy. <3 ALSO! Before making my purchase, I had a few questions regarding products that were answered by (mostly) very helpful online customer service. The reason I say "mostly" is because I had one customer service rep take a long time to get back with me (while the others were real quick) but that is not really a big deal anyways.

Very Pleased
I've ordered from this site twice in the last couple weeks (I placed another order because another site won't deliver my order with them until after valentines day). Shipping was very fast. Within 20 minutes of placing my order I received a notice that my items had shipped, which is absolutely crazy! I've never had that happen with any online order before! I ordered a pair of stockings, which fit but like to roll up on themselves, so I'll need to get a garter belt to help with that, but they're comfy. My second order was a babydoll, and I was nervous that it wouldn't fit because I'm right on the edge of being plus sized, but I ordered it in an XL after looking at their size chart and measuring myself. I received my package in 3 DAYS! I tried it on as soon as I received it, and it fits great! Cup size was is just a tad small, but otherwise I'm very happy with my order. Looks just like the picture too. Also got a free panty

Lying about delivery date and then no response from customer service
I placed an order and paid $13 for "2 day shipping- Get it by 10/22". Today is 10/22 and I've yet to get a tracking number or confirmation of shipping. When I've called customer service I've got no answer. I've called 6 times now inside their normal business hours over the course of 2 days. I've also put in a help ticket and have had no response at all. Really disappointed. If you're thinking about purchasing from them I recommend saving yourself the headache and looking elsewhere.

UPDATE- received a response from Kiki... while she reimbursed the shipping she sent me a link to track my package... which was the normal spot on the website i've already looked at... and my package still has not shipped, obviously there was no checking on her end. I cant get a response to the email i sent back asking if Yandy have any actual guarantee I will get my costume in time, or if they dont forsee that I am going to get it in time if I will be able to cancel... Their offices close and I'm assuming they plan on responding monday - not really cool seeing as I dont know whether or not to go and find a new costume this weekend. The helpline has a voicemail set up for halloween basically saying they have a lot of orders so no one will be answering the phone... I think this company is a money grab. They completely over promise and underdeliver. Again- I really do not recommend ordering from here. False advertising to have an order to someone at a date that your company can not possibly meet is a scam to me.

My recent experience with Yandy lingerie
I've been contemplating buying something from this company. Yandy have the sexiest lingerie, but was a little weary. I've had bad experience before with Chinese companies, baiting and switching the product. I also checked the site out and they have been in business for 22 years, that counts for something... So I ordered $100 worth of stuff and it arrived to Canada under 2 weeks via USPS, so it's not coming from China. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, I expected much worse. I'm happy to report that I'm happy with the quality and the purchases, they looked exactly like the picture. One problem I had is I ordered 3 pairs of panties in M/L, I wear a size S in US sizing. I followed the chart and according to the chart I measured a M/L, but the chart is wrong and all the panties are too big. So their panties are a true US size (small is a small US). So keep that in mind. I contacted customer service thinking they will give me a run around, because it wasn't my fault and the size chart is incorrect they are sending me a replacement free of charge. :) I'm super happy. They have excellent customer service and actually stand behind their product, a surprise! Will definitely shop with them again!

My costumes arrived in 14 days and Yandy are amazing. I am a size 10 in the waist and very top heavy the M fits like a dream. The men costumes are true to size and great quality. Would buy again.

I have ordered 3 Halloween costumes; Deluxe Dark Angel Costume, Classic Duff Muscle Man Costume and Doctor Scrubs Costume. I placed my order 30/09 with tracked post to AUSTRALIA. Usually I am reluctant to order of international websites especially when they have mixed reviews. But I have to say they have great customer service! For some reason I was not receiving the tracking number for my package and I started to worry ($400 Down the drain). I contacted their customer service centre (*******@yandy.com) with the help of Brooklyn, Linda and Ashley, the matter was quickly fixed. The items are now in Melbourne and I except they should be here in the next 3-5 business days. 10 days for international shipping is fine with me!

I would highly recommend them based on their customer service and shipping! I will also be posting a review on the items once they are received. Thanks girls

Awful products
This is the first time I've ever ordered lingerie.
I will say one good thing. Yandy have very fast shipping...
But...
I ordered 2 products with accessories.
First was a bustier. Right out of the package, the lace had several holes and there were a lot of runs in the threading.
Second the thigh high stockings were abnormally long with the top lace band extremely tight. I got the proper size with the correct measurements.
And as soon as I went to pull them up, one side of stocking completely separated from the lace top band. It left a 6in gaping hole. I've worn stockings and thigh highs many times. I have always been extremely gentle when first pulling them up, so this is definitely faulty product...
This really bummed me out. My first experience with lingerie trying to be sexy for my husband completely ruined by crappy products.
A waste of money. Invest your money in another companies product.

Gift Card Refund Hell!
I recently purchased a Gift Card for a girlfriend now ex-girlfriend. We had been dating steady for about a year and i thought she would like to order something from Yandy.com. So I spent about $110 and purchased a gift card for her but as relationships are we broke up now i'm stuck with this gift card i cant use. I went on to the website an was able to start the return process, bear in mind this was right after the holiday and i was expecting it to take a few weeks. I received an email back stating the return had been "authorized". I contacted Yandy.com customer service because the email i had received included a return label. I when I received communication from the customer service agent the first time I called in lets call her "Frankie" she told me Yandy.com has a policy that prevents them from giving refunds for Gift Cards. I told her i had already received an email stating the return was authorized and it showed the amount for the card $110. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was then forwarded to "Kiki" she in not so many words informed me of the same policy. I pointed out to her that at the time I purchased the card the website didn't state Gift Cards were non-refundable. She later had them change the website to reflect this. I am seeking to get my money refunded from Yandy.com. And i urge anyone who is on the fence about shopping this website for "any" "merchandise" to look elsewhere. Please you don't want to be another sad soul on here writing another bad review for this site.

Awful customer service
This website really got on my nerve today. I ordered a green corset romper for my poison ivy cosplay(I didn't feel like I could make one in time for my photoshoot date) and made sure to take my measurements before ordering. Once I received the corset the hips would not fit at all- not even close! I'm convinced the item I received is mistagged or made incorrectly. The hips should for 36-39 inches and I am a 37. Once I contacted them the customer service woman Avery had told me I obviously measured myself wrong and that if I wanted an exchange I have to pay shipping the item back to them, and shipping again for the new one plus the extra duties AGAIN! To exchange would cost me an extra 60$ no doubt. She then told me it would take a long time to do that, when I asked how long she exited the conversation leaving me even more confused. I decided to simply return the item and reorder a larger size from Amazon because I could not be bothered with them. Worst website experience I have ever had. I will not be ordering from here ever again

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY.
Horrific experience.
I ordered panties (y shaped thong to be exact) and NEVER received them.
When I called, Yandy told me it was delivered to my mailbox. It was a complete lie. When they said it was "Delivered", my mailbox was not yet set up because I just moved into my new complex. It should've been delivered to my door. I was accused of lying. I asked for it to be sent again or a refund. I didn't mind either option. They denied me and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. The representative refused to let me speak to her boss and instead said "my supervisor said we can send you an email of a lost package claim. You should receive it in 30 minutes. Fill it out And if our delivers approve of it, you might be able to get a refund."
I never received the email and called the next day. The lady also questioned me about how I get the rest of my mail. She was even more rude than the First Person I spoke to!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I CANT COMMENT ON THE QUALITY BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.

Horrible site! They scam you out of money
My boyfriend bought me a bathing suit off of yandy's website and when it was arrived we were both disappointed with what we received. Not only was the bathing suit way smaller then described in their size chart, but the material was horrible quality! We decided to send it back right away. Yandy provided us with a return label in which it took over two weeks just for them to receive the package. When we finally received an email confirmation with our quoted return it was almost 10 dollars less then what we originally paid. Their reason behind this is because Yandy quoted we paid about $5 for the original shipping and handling which is expected. They then changed us another $5 for the return label that they provided us in the package we received. This website is not only horrible in quality but also in customer service. Save your money and buy else where!

Overall a good experience
I ordered 5 for $20 panties for my girlfriend honestly expecting poor quality or a small verity, the latter of my two concerns was null after mere seconds of searching. Even in their cheap section Yandy had many options, without even considering their more expensive ones. They shipped promptly and upon arrival I was faced with the real test, quality. To my genuine surprise they were well made, and according to my girlfriend quite comfortable. The final test was durability, seeing if they would hold up, and after three months or regular use they are yet to have any damage. Two final notes, one good and one bad, the bad first. Two of the six pairs we received were a little bit off-sized, so I suggest to be very careful of the dimensions, which were readily available. The good closing note is that attached to the order is a free pair of panties of equal quality, just for ordering, putting A positive close to our overwhelmingly excellent virtual visit.

I ordered $200+ worth of lingerie from yandy.com and it all (but one piece) fit perfectly! The shipping was amazingly quick (3 business days) for someone living in Alaska. Usually shipping takes 7-10 business days. The way the items were packaged was horrible though. Everything was crammed into a big plastic envelope and when it arrived, every thing was wrinkled and the bow on one piece was crushed. I am 5 foot and weigh 115 pounds so I was nervous about buying the "one size fits all" but Yandy fit like a glove. Warning to anyone who does not wear a small "one size fits all" is a size small. I have B34 breasts and if they were any bigger, they would not have fit into the piece. I received a free thong with my order. I thought the panties would be cheap from the other reviews I read but they are actually of very good quality and very cute (pink and purple with a bow).

NEVER AGAIN!
I found a long dress that i fell in love with. I was to attend a wedding on Saturday and ended up ordering the dress on Wednesday. To ensure I received it in time I paid an additional $20 for it to arrive Friday. When I received the dress it was in a costume sort of packaging which was alarming. Regardless I loved the color and everything about it. As I started to try it on I noticed a HUGE hole around the neck area where the dress didn't catch to the seam. I emailed the company right away. Yandy offered to send another dress but because the wedding was out of town, I had nowhere for them to send it to. I took the damaged dress with me and paid $20 to have it fixed. I have been going back and forth with customer service because I feel I should be reimbursed the $20. I didn't even ask for anything additional. The best they offered was a $20 store credit (like I'd ever buy anything from them again) or $10 refund. Not even the full $20. I told them to keep their $ because it was obviously affecting their account. Horrible service!

Terrible Customer Service
Yandy shipped my order to my old address--I'd changed my primary address on PayPal and I changed all my credit card addresses, but evidently I did not change the shipping address associated with each card on my PayPal account. Maybe my fault (I was never given notice that I needed to do so), but whenever something like this happened to me before, or to my friends, or to my husband, the company would reship the merchandise without any fuss. Not Yandy. I talked to two customer service reps, neither of whom were helpful. One of them said that because I did not adequately review my order confirmation email and cancel the sale the same day, it was my problem. I don't know about you, but I don't scrutinize every confirmation email I receive on a same-day basis to make sure that the company I'm doing business with doesn't have an opportunity to stick it to me. There are plenty of websites to order lingerie from. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I placed a order on the 19th because I needed my costume for a Halloween themed bday party on the 23rd. Because of the close window I did not want to chance it with free or basic shipping I paid a extra $12.99 for express shipping. It gave a confirmation email with a guaranteed arrival date of 10-22 which is a day before the party which is perfect. YANDY did not ship off my package until the 10-21-21 a day before the delivery date Yandy guaranteed. I was concerned about this so I tried to reach out to them via email and multiple phone calls only to get automated msg via email response and call. I wrote 4 emails in total expressing how I felt about this and still nothing I asked to cancel the order still not response all I got was a automated message saying we apologize due to high volume of orders and that they don't give refunds only store credit. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with me. Not once someone from Yandy had the decency to even address me about my concerns or even say anything about the fact that I paid a extra $12.99 for shipping and still no package. I had to run to party city to buy a last minute outfit for the bday party. It's now the 10-25th and I've yet to speak to someone or see a package at my front door. I've been a Yandy babe since 2012 and I've recommended this site to multiple people and now that this happened is distasteful.

Customer service is very poor, if there is any at all.
I have been waiting almost three weeks for a refund, and I have never had to wait as long as it has taken them. Yandy said they already process the refund but in the email it says it can take up to 3-4 weeks for my bank to process the fund to my account, and if I have questions to call my bank. I called my bank and they stated it would NEVER take that long, it would only be 2-5 days, and he told me to call yandy back and talk to them, if they end up not refunding, we can dispute the charge as fraud... So I called them back, and spoke with *- I explained to *, I don't have a problem with him, this issue is not his fault, and I just wanted clarification, because I kept getting misleading information, from previous reps and the emails I'm getting. Well the reason I told * that this isn't personal, is because he was acting so defensive and arguemenitive with me, and for nothing... I would think a business would care about the most important part of it, with is there clientel, because us shoppers are the ones giving people like * and * a pay check... I asked to talk to * manger, although he was able to tell me useful information, the way he was talking to me did sit well with me. He kept saying well a manger can't do nothing for you- and I said I don't need anything to be explained any future, I just want a servay or a manger. He puts his manager * on the phone and I called her "ma'am" and she cut me off and said my name is *. So I go on to explain how I am feeling about the customer service. Oh and off the record (they love to play victim and the manipulation game.) The reason why, is because they will give you the poorest customer service ever, argue with you when it should t even be a debate, and then once they tick you off they will turn it on you. * would not even let me address my concerns, which are LEGIT concerns, and at a business stand point you HAVE to be willing to listen to your customers- instead * is gonna steadily talk over me, and not even let me finish what I'm saying. Every time I tell her "my bank and * (her agent) both confirmed it would take 2-5 business days, she goes on to start a arguement "we can't guarantee it will take 2-5 days, it's up to your bank" then I tell her again "my bank already confirmed it" and she would continue to say "well we can't confirm it" which is not even why I'm trying to talk to her! * already confirmed it and my bank. I'm simply telling her how the conversation went with * and why I feel the service is bad. She steadily keeps talking, to the point I can't even talk because she is just talking... So I ask her to stop, and she says "well I'm gonna go ahead and disconnect the call now" because she DOES not want to even hear anything, and I've worked In call centers before- you don't hang up unless your being abused by customer and you've explained at least three times to customer if they don't stop you will have to disconnect... Well I wasn't even being abusive, she just kept talking and not listening, then I ask her to stop and she decides she will hang up. So I then got so mad about this, my last word was NOT nice, but instead of her just hanging up she goes to my insult "oh back at you" so now she is doing everything your not suppose to do to a customer! First she is gonna instigate the issue, and not just hear me out in what I'm trying to tell her, but bluntly interrupt me, and act stuck up and rude. They have no interest in engaging with customers, or listening to resolve the issues, they just sit and poke at you until you get fed up, and once you try to do anything about it they will act like they are the victims. I talked to * again and she tried saying she was hanging up the first time cause I used launguge, which is such a lie. Then I got her to admit that, when I correct her, that I didn't say anything mean until she wanted to hang up for no good reason, other then they don't care. I'm never shopping here again, it's such a mess and waste of time. This would have been so much easier if they even had a little more customer service and didn't instigate problems.
