BAD COMPANY! DO NOT GET FROM HERE. Get from other cheap stores or thrift stores! Plenty of LEGIT ONES
I tried to use the chat feature and I was trying to tell them the online tracker was saying I got the package and it was signed for. They kept just telling me that the package could be at the post office, I was asking for the company that was delivering ie..If it was fedex or post office but they wouldn't answer and if they could have given me the information to call to check why the package said it was signed for I would have had more confidence it was coming. I was getting scared that it wouldn't arrive and that I had been scammed. Then I got an email after I spoke with them saying how was the delivery, so I emailed a little more upset saying I just called to say I didn't get a delivery. No one offered to call and track down the package which I thought was odd. I think if they had of said they would look into it and gave me a good answer about why the package said it was delivered to me I would have felt better.
Looking forward to do more shopping. Keep up the excellent work YOINS! Highly recommend!

1) Return discount codes when order fails.
2) When order fails, give option to recreate basket instead of forcing user to recreate by adding one at a time.
3) Better handling of billing failures/issues. Order would have gone through if resubmitted. Order triggered fraud protection and I approved the transaction, but you did not resubmit.
You still have my some of my stuff 2 different order plus this one to make it 3 different. Order and if you check I always buy stuff from you l am not happy at all. I felt so bad
I have also not heard back from your team yet regarding a return I have requested, and your policy states it has to be within 30 days... Does that include days I'm waiting for you to respond?

I had some doubts after a couple go days with not a single update on my order.
I contacted them via live chat and YOINS solved all my questions and, made sure it was accurate and corrected the shipping details... A really great job and support from the Customer Service.
