You should add info about ups Germany after i bought from here i received info and code to track my cargo. When i opened cargos company page i had seen all the comments are really bad and believed that i could not get it. So this is kind of bad marketing for your company. Apart from it i love your product.

The clothes are amazing quality. If I had ordered my correct size (I sized up), YOINS wouldn't have needed returning. The return process was easy and painless. I got my refund approved quickly, and I was able to order replacement items in smaller sizes immediately. Very happy!

I absolutely love YOINS! As a plus size, curvy woman, it is hard to find clothes that make me feel sexy & for an affordable price. Many places with plus size is either expensive &/or not my style. Very pleased! A big woman wants to look good too! Thank you, Yoins!

This is my first time ordering through here. The clothes are extremely cute and a great prices. I hope that there is going to quality when I get them as YOINS show. If so I will be spending a lot of money on here, lol

I bought 2 sets and one was the correct size but material wasn't what I expected, the other one was beautiful but YOINS sent me a large instead of 5x which is quite a big difference, they tried to give me $17 and me to keep my items but why would I want only $17 when I spent over $70, Don't buy their products

I've purchased many pieces of clothing from Yoins and I'm always very pleased with my purchases. The clothing is made very well, looks amazing and their customer service is excellent! Definitely recommend shopping at Yoins!

A bit glitchy / can't paste CC number and checkout was bit complicate because it wouldn't let me just proceed to checkout when it had another coupon that did not meet requirements before going to checkout window. Also I couldn't select cart the first few times. Almost didn't make purchase due to this. But looks like nice clothes.

I purchased 3 dresses from the website and was happy to see that YOINS had free returns within 30 days. I have sent 12 emails to customer service and they as yet failed to send return information. They keep telling me to be patient and someone will help me soon. I have waited almost 4 weeks and I keep getting messages telling me to wait. I am horrified at the service. I think site is a scam. Please don't waist your money. The dress in image is such poor quality it feels like it's made of cardboard

I ordered 10 items and unfortunately my countries lockdown started due to the coronavirus. With no problems at all, YOINS refunded my money. I placed my second order after our lockdown and after a week, I received my items. They are beautiful, exactly like the pictures on the website. Thank you Yoins. I also used their size chart and all my items fit, so I will not be returning anything.

One dress fit very well. The other one was all wrong. I started a chat with customer service and YOINS wanted to check the measurements of the dress with me which I thought was weird. Don't you check them before they leave the manufacture? And that's when she advised me that returns weren't free. (I agree, I should have checked that before purchasing.)

I'm not going to wear that dress it looks awful.

I guess one out of two ain't bad but for a first order it was dissapointing and I'm not likely to give them another chance.

I can only assume a member of staff realised the shorts I'd ordered (first photo) were infact out of stock and so went to his/her personal wardrobe to find the mankiest jeans YOINS could find and proceeded to cut half the leg off said jeans and kindly send the left over monstrosity to me!

Just from reading the reviews, ive come to the conclusion that there are some extremely young children that are about to be beaten from lack of making good products. If this site is originated in the area that it states, I cant imagine the conditions that these people work in, lets not forget abused. Save your money people and don't buy from this site.

Second order i have placed so far so good a few things didnt really match the sizing stated but that not totally unexpected. I have actually sent a few friends to your site showed them your products. Spent around 300euros on items I never received, sent them email after 45ish days of waiting and not being able to track my parcel (never updated, like it didn't exist), YOINS told me it was sent back to them due to address issue (a lie, everything is fine with the address), then i wanted my refund, they said they would reship it giving me a tracking number that has no updates (not even shipping confirmation) for 5 days already. And I already know what automatic reply I'm gonna get.

I am very impressed with the service, delivery time was excellent and the quality of the products are outstanding. I battle to find high neck tops in South Africa and am very pleased with your wide variety and choices of high neck clothing on your website. I will definitely purchase from Yoins again.

It was very difficult to make my payment I tried with more than one payment method had the available amount to pay and it kept saying I had insufficient funds, then I chose to use pay pal pay in 4 feature that was offered and I was charged more than the total price! And now it's saying I may not receive my items until next month and I was really hoping to receive soon!

I Love Yoins. The Flash sales, the quality merchandise and the ease in which to shop at home without the crowds. Delivery in a timely fashion and have never had any returns on purchases. Have been recommending you to others in my area for a Total shopping experience.

YOINS lie... point blank. When I placed an order in early March, I expected to receive items. On April 30th customer service sent an email stating they would refund my money. Then on May 1st they cancelled my refund because THEY did a resend, which I did not authorize. I was then told by customer service that I would get a 50% discount if I received order. I did receive resend order but they are not honoring the 50% discount. On April 30th I placed a complaint against them and still receive generic emails. The one star rating is too much! I just want to warn others so they do not go through the hassle and BANTERING between customer service. Also, I wonder if there is any supervisors, cause I have yet to be able to talk with an actual manager. I have learned my lesson.

Continuous problems with the website itself, not allowing me to bag items and having to refresh the page at least 10 times before being able to purchase my items or add to cart. After all of that I finally placed an order and YOINS took the money out of my account then sent me an email that it was being reviewed, and declined the order. In my experience it has been a big pain in my butt.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. YOINS took it back and they kept my money!
