Zap Hosting

Had a great experience with ZAP so far, never had any real issues with them. Their service is great and easy to use with loads of additional extras to suit each and everyones needs. For reference Im using Zap to host a FiveM RP server (Illustrious Roleplay) - https://discord.gg/hDAAAmsXmn

ZAP-Hosting is really easy to use, my experience so far is great, everything is so organized so you can find it quickly, ZAP-Hosting is great for new people starting to make any type of server.

I've been using ZAP-Hosting for quite a while now. I used to have some problems with their uptime back then but as of now, I'm very happy with ZAP-Hosting. Also, great PR stuff!

Never received my server, Even 3 days after paying for it! (Zap Hosting claim it gets set up within minutes) Contacted support, They gave an excuse (a bad one at that too). Just a bad website who charge way too much for what they don't even give you, They also got mad when I told paypal and requested a refund that way. Just avoid this website at all cost!

19 January 2021 I ordered a rootserver with Zap-hosting. When it was installed and server was running it seemed the server was extremely slow and the helpdesk employee told me he would migrate me to a different host.
20 January 2021, the server was still slow and I decided to order extra memory, cores and bandwidth. After that was completed, and paid by me, it seemed my server had a faulty disk and all my data was lost.
21 January 2021, the server was up and running but was slow again and the helpdesk employee told me that he had to migrate the server to a different host. Unfortunately this didn't work and the helpdesk employee raised a ticket to resolve and 6 hours later I receive a message that migration was started.
22 January 2021, the server wasn't running and one of the helpdesk employees told me all data was lost and I needed to reinstall the server (Windows server). I wasn't happy of course but I started the reinstall through your website and it failed again. The helpdesk told me yet again you need to do a reinstall.
Now the server isn't started, Zap Hosting refuse to give me a new server and I need to wait for another engineer to come back to me.

This means the server isn't running for 4 days now, I lost all my work and the helpdesk employees are by far not sympathetic about my problems and when I complain they hardly apologize. I even wanted to cancel my contract but the helpdesk employee told me that isn't possible. They did offer me 2 days free rent but who cares about 2 days when the issues keep happening.

I signed up expecting to be able to find my game and never could i asked for help never got any. I then asked them to cancle my plan and Zap Hosting never did they just kept taking money off my card from the other side of the planet. There idiot people from England. They will even bill me card for. 50 cents if thats all they can get. How dam dumb. Buy services and products from USA! Please...

Wow, I'm impressed by the instant setup of the server I rented.
I don't know any server providers with prices this cheap so I don't think I'll switch to a different provider anytime soon! Love you
