Can Trust them
Dermstore has best branded products. I recently ordered a Moisturizer of SkinCeuticals, it is best for me. I have a dry skin, it worked well on me.

The website says to Rate Your Shipping Experience? Are you kidding me. This shipping gets an F…It took 10 days to get from Jersey City New Jersey to Newark New Jersey. Now is going to Trenton. It's been going in circles!
Are you kidding me. This is horrible. I will never order from this store again! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau! I will tell my family and friends not to order from Dermstore!. This is not acceptable. I put the order in on November 21,2020, today is December 15,2020 and I still have not received my order. This is the worse experience I ever had with an online company.

No assistance offered for mistake made by the company.
Put in an order, received confirmation and when i got the shipping tracking number it is being shipped to a different address. Called customer service and basically was told it happenss and could be a glitch in their system and for me to call my local post office to make the correction. Clearly their mistake but did nog offer to even try to put a note on the shipment or offer any other assistance. Once Dermstore get your money they don't care about good customer service.

Awful shipping and service
Paid for 2-day shipping. It got shipped to an entirely different state. Billing and shipping were the same! Not sure how that happens. Called and Dermstore sounded annoyed to have to deal with it. Refunded me my order but not the shipping cost. The refund will process in 2-4 weeks. I'm sorry what!? So I just tied up my money with dermstore for absolutely nothing. It's 2019... Figure it out!

Horrible Customer service and shipping
Dermstore say they shipped on May 30 2012. This package was lost in shipment so they reshipped after 11 days. I received the reshipment then suddenly they are saying I received the lost package as part of their tracking. I never received the lost package. The bonehead I spole to on the phone with customer NO SERVICE tried to tell me I received it, then said Id have to check a parcel locker at the post office, then said it was delivered to my home. She kept giving me excuses on where to locate the package i didnt receive. I got no where nor did I get a reasonable answer from her. No tracking for this product is listed on their website and when I try to get access it only shows me my original reciept. Ill never order from this company as long as I live

Do not order from these people
Scammed me. Ordered on 12/21 with promised delivery before 12/25. Paid way extra for expedited shipping. It is now 12/28 with no product. This was my gf's Christmas gift. No customer service. Unable to get a refund. What kind of business promised delivery by Christmas Eve in their FAQs and not only miss the mark but miss it by a mile? It's been more than a week! Why did I pay for 2day delivery?

New customers get better deals than longtime customers; changed shipping speed
I'm a longtime customer of Dermstore and noticed on their website that if you are a new customer and/or visit the site for the first time you get better promo codes than longtime customers.

I kept ordering from them because Dermstore used to have free express (2-day) shipping and I could get products quickly without paying anything for shipping. Well, they quietly changed their shipping and now it's been several days since placing my last order and it's not even on its way yet. Will be looking for a new online site for skincare products.

Fraudulent company sells out of stock items without notifying customers
I ordered two of the same items and over a week later Dermstore hadn't shipped yet. When I decided to reach out and speak with customer service (had to message since they don't answer phones) they told me the items were "out of stock" and said nothing else. There was no attempt to remedy the situation by customer service. Nowhere on the website does it state "out of stock" and they are still currently selling these items as "in stock". It's wrong to sell items that you don't have and not even let the customer know until they reach out to you. The fact that you sell out of stock items, your chat never works and that you place people on hold for 30+ minutes shows how horrendous your service actually is. I want a full refund for my purchase immediately and i highly suggest you start notifying customers the moment they order something that you don't have. This was my first time ordering through this company and I will never do it again.

Lost Package - no response + delayed shipping
I bought almost $200 worth of product on the 1st of April and still have not received a message back about the lost package. So I tried again and paid extra for two day shipping but it is coming 6 days later! Customer service is slow and terrible, and the money is not worth it. I ordered directly from the companies and received my packed in 2 days without having to pay extra.

Dermstore tout 3-day shipping. I placed an order for a gift on the Thursday the 4th. I called to double-check the delivery window and was told I would have the order on the 9th. They did not ship the order until the 9th - then LIED on the phone when I called looking for the order saying it was in the mail stream - when the tracking showed it was NOT. When I email them to ask for answers they respond that it will take 24 hours for a response - and no response ever comes.

Horrible service fake reviews
It took over a month to receive the order but Dermstore charged my CC immediately. I called to cancel and the told me it would be canceled and the products showed not shipped yet but still havent received a refund. Those 5 star reviews are fake. Do your homework before ordering.

Do not call it "sitewide sale" when half of your vendors are opting out
It is misleading and very annoying, after I spend the time gathering items inside my cart, to find out that most of them are full price. Dermstore is probably one of the worst from that standpoint,

Absolutely no customer service..
This is the very WORST beauty company I have ever dealt with. Dermstore are completely run by robo emails and robo phone customer service. For three weeks I have been trying to cancel an order after not being able to contact a human being. Unfortunately I ordered on PayPal and even tho order is pending there is not an option to cancel and it says "authorization" but I am spinning wheels here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have one problem with them they do not have a staff to resolve problems.

I had my order held for some frivolous reason Dermstore couldnt explain to me sufficiently, after I called them to find out what was going on with my order (a week later) they said they would release the hold but I was so pissed off I had started searching for my products elsewhere. I found them for almost half the price on amazon so i called dermstore back immediately - literally within five minutes of making my inital call - so that I could cancel the order and they REFUSED! Claiming the items had already been processed for shipping? WHAT? So I am now lumped with these goods that are double the price when compared elsewhere and I have to wait twice as long to receive them.

Ridiculous! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Customer service is terrible.

Horrendous Company! Period!
My first and only order with Dermstore was for the DHC White Soap. I ordered 27 bars, which is normal for my family, as we stock it pretty well and for long periods. The bars are shipped in packs of 3 bars, so my order was for 9 packs of 3 = 27 bars. I was charged for 27 bars, and was shipped 9 bars total. When I wrote to Dermstore's customer service dept., I received "ZERO" responses. My only recourse was to dispute the charge for 18 bars of soap. Obviously, this company is lousy at filling orders, and negligent to respond to customers' queries. But Dermstore had no problem taking the full charge for my order... next time I want 1/3 of an order, it won't be with these folks. I am very disappointed.

Good experiences
I see there are a lot of negative reviews on here about dermstore... I have ordered my skin care through them many times. Dermstore are one of the only places that I can find the products I use! I recently ordered product that was delivered incorrectly by the post office and I could not locate it. I called dermstore about the issue and they were quick to resend the product with no extra charge, and expedited the shipping for free. No company is perfect, but they did their best to help me out and I am very happy with that :)

This company is a fraud and takes money from your Bank without your authorization.
I was trying to order few items ($100 +) from this site. The transaction didn't go through and Dermstore sent an confirmation email saying that the transaction didn't go through due to payment issues. I realized that I had input my card number wrongly. Created another dermstore account and ordered the items successfully. A week later they have now sent an email saying order is successful. I don't want another set of my order. Called and waited over 2 hrs in their customer service line several times. Their customer service number is a joke. HOW COULD THEY CHARGE MY CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION is what concerns me. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD.

Great place to order skincare products
What more can I say, this website is wonderful, fast, quality, good customer service, when it comes from ordering from them. You can feel good, and reassured placing a order with them. Packaged well, shipping is fast, would highly recommend.

Rude Customer Service!
I will not be placing another order from the Dermstore. Dermstore cancelled one of my orders, and it took 2 separate phone calls to get everything sorted out. I made 2 orders being shipped to 2 addresses- they said they cancelled one because they were being shipped to the same address, but when I checked my confirmation emails, this was not the case and the cancellation was their mistake. The customer service representative was rude and impatient- continually cutting me off and blaming me for the cancellation. Definitely not worth it!

Be patient derm store
Wrote review and immediately after wife went in hospital. Got reply from derm store and wasn't able to respond yet. No Dermstore write a self serving response insinuating I failed to respond. I will just be patient. It might take a week as I have other things to deal with right now.

Extra Charge on my credit card
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this store. Dermstore charged an additional item to my order without my consent! I called customer service, and if I want a full refund, I either have to pay for shipping of the item I want to return (the item I did not order) or get store credit. I will return both items and pay the shipping charge. I would rather pay a few dollars for shipping and return the items for a full refund, than support a store that obviously, by all the negative reviews, has shady business practices, right? What kind of business adds a product to someone's order without their permission and will not offer a full refund/charge for shipping. I will keep an eye on my credit card to make sure they issue a full refund and I will update this review when I get the refund.

Terrible service and shipping
I have used Dermstore for a at least 5 years but my recent experience has been so terrible I will not continue to order from them. I ordered on Thanksgiving and 2 days after. After 14 days I started to receive pieces of my orders. I say prices because so far I have received 4 boxes. 2 with missing products and the products that were included were either damaged or incorrect all together. I still don't even have half of the items I ordered and I have no insight into when Dermstore will arrive. Customer service admitted this happens often and while the person I dealt with was very nice and helpful she can't help the egregious order fulfillment issues.

Untrustworthy Scammers
Dermstore ignored my first subscription cancellation and I received no acknowledgement of the cancellation which was suspicious. I decided to trust the process until I still received my next beauty box. I emailed them telling them what happened and went back into my account to make sure I cancelled properly which I did AND I deleted my payment card. Just received another notif from my bank that they took money out yesterday and Im recieving yet another beauty box. Let me clarify: I HAVE NO BANK CARD ON FILE AS I REMOVED IT AND THEY STILL WERE ABLE TO ACCESS MY CARD AND CHARGED IT. Customer service was rude and yelled back. They initially offered a refund but when I told them I removed my card to stop them charging it they said they couldn't place the refund. So, I asked how they were able to charge me only yesterday morning if they could not access my card? Now they say they successfully processed my refund. This coming from an untrustworthy company. Ha Despicable company.

Wrong product. Can't get them to answer the phone or call back
I was sent the wrong product. I have called no less than 10 times. I enter my order number I wait on hold and then I get a message that says the Google subscriber I'm calling cannot be reached. I tried a different extension and was able to leave a message twice with no return phone call. I have tried calling at different times as well. I understand product mistakes happen but at this point it's definitely very frustrating but I can't receive any help to correct the issue.

BEWARE
After spending a lot of money with this company for many years, I have finally had it. Dermstore ship counterfeit products (damaged packaging, broken seals, rancid product) and now that they have closed their LA office the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Recently, I ordered an expensive product that hasn't arrived ten days after shipping. The tracking code says the product is still "in transit" with no ETA. I reached out to Dermstore but they basically said it's my problem. I have contacted my credit card company for a dispute claim.

Really bad attitude at this company. Guess they don't need loyal customers... or any customers?

Scam
This used to be a legitimate online company but it seems Dermstore changed hands recently. I ordered a serum and an eyeshadow and after Black Friday discount it was about $150. They used a shipper I've never heard of called "Lasership" and their tracking info claims it was "Left at the front door" on 12/4/21. The problem with this is my mailing address is my post office box and my local post office has never heard of Lasership. You mean to tell me your sh*t shipper left my box at the front door of the post office? Because the post office will not deliver such a package to anyone and would likely call a bomb squad to remove it because NO ONE could possibly be so stupid. I called dermstore and not only did I wait on hold for over an hour being the only person on the queue according to their system, but NO ONE ever answered the phone. I contacted by app and they sent me an email telling me to check the address and look for the package. The email address returned my email because they block you from responding. So I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Don't ever use this company anymore because they were clearly purchased by someone who has no intention of filling orders and will just keep stealing people's money until the attorney general shuts them down.

Frequently shipped wrong products
I have ordered from dermstore the last time. Too frequently I receive inaccurate orders with the completely wrong items shipped. And, attempting to resolve bad shipments is a pain since when you call customer service you have to wait on the phone for a long time just to resolve these issues. Shop elsewhere, its a waste of your time to shop on this site.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Dermstore took my money for a product that was no longer in stock. Then would send these vague emails with ZERO information about how my order was "delayed." I had to use the live chat to get anyone to communicate with me and the first person told me that my order had "just left the warehouse so it couldn't be refunded but I'd get a shipping notification within 24 hrs." Days later I used the live chat again and they told me it was out of stock. So they just blatantly lied about the refund. In order to process a refund they'd need to "arise the refund request to their customer relations dept. Within 3-5 days someone would contact me to process the refund which would then take another 3-5 days to process." Sounds like another lie to me. The agent on Live Chat said there was no other way to contact customer service. Absolutely horrible experience and will advice everyone I know never to use this company.
