The Corona Then and Now
I love the variety picture selections of the old Corona typewriter. I learned to type on a Smith Corona back in the day and considering our current virus situation I thought it would be fun to have a picture. FineArtAmerica had a large selection of options. Mine was beautifully mounted on wood—a nod to olden times. It came quickly. I would order items from them again.

Great art work- easy to use web site
After returning from our trip to Jekyll Island I wanted to put up some photos that captured the beauty of the Island. FineArtAmerica met and exceeded my expectations. The selection was excellent and my art choices arrived in perfect shape. Highly recommend this site- great folks.

Avoid!
Item i paid $120 for never arrived. Every time i call FineArtAmerica will say somebody will call/email back but nobody ever does. Think they are happy just to take my money and run. Actually ordered a 2nd item which didnt arrive either so i have been chasing and chasing and in the end one arrived after several weeks but the other never did :(

Fragile shipment arrives in perfect shape
I ordered two coffee cups with printed images which I selected. The images turned out great and the shipping container was "engineered " to protect the cups. The packing was well designed and I won't be afraid to order more cups soon. Shipping updates were sent frequently so I didn't have to guess when the shipment would arrive. Nice company to do business with.

Nice company who cares about the customer
I love my painting. It arrived earlier than promised and in perfect condition.
However, I ordered a size that looks too small for where I want to put it, so I contacted
Customer Service. FineArtAmerica were very gracious and helped me.

Great art for a great price.
FineArtAmerica provided a great selection of a huge variety of images. High quality prints on heavy stock assures longevity. Color match and service was excellent! Thanks!

Did not use Non-glare Glass - Return policy
Most disappointed there was no response after the sale. Did not use non-glare glass. Terrriable glare everywhere the picture was hung. Misleading return policy. It is not 30 days. Return starts from time of receipt of order. So, one is at the mercy of production and shipment. Bad deal for holiday gift. Actual time to return is about 19 days. Big disappointment with no response after sale, not using non-glare glass and return policy. James Watkins

Excellent online experience
Outstanding customer service. Tremendous array of items for sale. Very creative. Many of them extraordinarily unexpected. Great follow up, with reviews and so forth.

Poor customer service
Had an issue with how my product came with my print adjusted and looked much different then image I was sent on my receipt. Customer service refused to refund or fix the issue. This was the one time I contacted customer service over the issue and FineArtAmerica simply said I won't be refunded. Typically I had good experiences. My receipts image and what I received were not the same and they weren't fazed by my complaint. Clearly you can see by my images posted what I received was not the placement I ordered.

Wont honor their policy on damaged goods
The picture I received was damaged and did not look anything like the website described. The day I received the picture I sent them photos of it. The photos clearly shows my concern. FineArtAmerica will not give me a refund and will not respond to my requests. The website shows white background on wood but the one I got there was no white background like website describes it was just Red on pine wood.

Beautiful Product
I got a beautiful picture.
It arrived as promised- early in the delivery window, and in perfect condition.

Calming scenes
The prints are a beautiful addition to the bedroom. The scenes are so soothing, calming and relaxing that it's hard to look away. Ordering and customizing the frames and mats was a breeze. Delivery was much sooner than expected, and the prints were packed with care and well protected. We are extremely happy with this purchase and will enjoy it for many years to come. So glad we found this site.

Terrible customer service
Ordered an item online 11\30. After no pkg arrive@ middle of Dec., called and was emailed a tracking # w\showed it was in transit since 12\7. Emailed customer service who never replied. Finally put in dispute thru PayPal and rec'vd response 1/8 saying FineArtAmerica w\offer me a replacement. Stated to refund price back into my act. It proves good customer service is a lost art.

Love our choices (so hard to make), quality, service and delivery great!
Added a main level bedroom, needed art work. Fine Art America has everything you could want to choose from. We went with nature photography, the mountains at sunset,
(we live at the foothills of Blue Ridge) The Abaco's (our favorite place to go), and our small lake. FineArtAmerica look wonderful and such a pleasant way to start and end our day.
We are so satisfied with our purchase, price, and delivery.

Highly recommended
Imagine a seamless experience navigating custom merch web site. The actual artists and designers of images profit through your order. Inspired, I placed my first order as "therapy" during this health crisis in 2020; I highly recommend FineArtAmerica. Fabulous Tie Dyes!
Rob Norwood is one of the best artists of tie dying, and very well known. I was excited to have his affordable art pieces on the masks! Since we're staying covered up for a while, might as well look fabulous doing it! FineArtAmerica came just a few days after ordering. I am very pleased.

Beautiful
This piece was exactly what I wanted for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and has it hung in the very spot she had reserved for it. We will definitely order from this company again. The piece came on time, perfect condition with the assurance we could make a return if necessary. Thank you so much.

Gift for boyfriend

Very satisfied!
Lots of time spent looking online for just the rights pieces for home office remodel. Ease of ordering, size selection, shipping- all easy to navigate and very happy with items ordered. Great quality. Will order from them again.

Terrible customer service
I will never work with this company again. FineArtAmerica delayed my delivery without telling me, and only informed me of the delay after the date it was supposed to arrive. I tried to talk to them about the delay but they were not interested in helping me. Terrible experience.

Nice stuff
Confusing... who am i dealing with? Still have'nt recieved return label to send art work to their "mail frames" company. Alot of generic responces... even from their retainer law firm. Simple questions go unanswered or generic letter. Nervous about trusting these guys.

Customer Service
I ordered some items from FineArtAmerica. Well, our Post Office messed up and delivered the package to the wrong address. I have been very upset as this was to be a gift for my husband and son, we won't even get into the aggravation of trying to get a resolution from the PO. Long story short, I reached back out to this company and FineArtAmerica are being amazing with their customer service. This was totally unexpected and rest assured I will order from them again and will advise others to do so as well. Great company that still knows how to take care of customers!

Extremely poor workmanship on pillows
Extremely poor workmanship on pillows. Loose threads, the labels are not put on correctly, the corners are not 90 degrees. I would be extremely embarrassed to give these to my clients. Have sent emails asking for help in this matter have heard nothing.

Dishonorable
The FineArtAmerica website ‘boasts' 24/7 customer service. I called for help, and to take advantage of a promo. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep; she was not in the least bit helpful and offered zero advice about frames/mattes to coordinate with a print. I sent an email to ask for help since it was too difficult to work with matte colors on the computer (recent cataract surgery). Per phone conversation and email next day my matte colors were wrong (cool not warm). An employee gave correct warm matte colors but the company would not honor the promo from the previous day, for the corrected order - even though their employee failed to provide requested info on the first call the previous day.

0 Stars. This is a scam.
I ordered over a month ago and did not receive and of course can't get a response back now either! Never see that money back. Thanks scumbags.

Fine Art America
I am very pleased with Fine Art America. The quality of the art prints is great, the shipping arrives in a reasonable time, and the selection is good. Original works of this size--that I enjoy--are in the thousands of dollars, but here I can buy art I enjoy for hundreds and feel that the artists are receiving part of the profit. Until I win the lottery, I will buy art here!

Horrible customer service and shipping
Ordered a print. Stated shipping 3/4 days. Because of the virus I knew would take longer. I Emailed in 10 days and was told was going ship out that day. Never did. Next day. Did a chat. That was useless. Called and said FineArtAmerica would email to cancel. Now I get a reply " cannot guarantee cause my order is in processing. Oh and the chat person said it's not going out for at least another week. So, 11 days later, I have NO idea if it's canceled. No idea if it will arrive. No idea what the heck is going on. DON'T Order from them unless you care less about when it arrives.

Order not received - No customer service
I ordered over $500 worth of puzzles for Christmas gifts. The website stated that FineArtAmerica would ship in 2-3 days. Almost a month now, and they still have not shipped. And 13 Christmas gifts will not be given. They have no phone number to call and my emails are given little answer. They don't initiate shipping email information. I think I can only ask for a refund. But wait, refunds are only good for 30 days of order date. At the end of 29 days, I don't even have the items to ask for a refund.

Quality Over Quantity
Great website and superb selection. I was looking everywhere for a specific painting and when I found FineArtAmerica I couldn't be more pleased. I found exactly what I wanted and it's now hanging in my bedroom to look at everyday. It is pricey if you need a specific size and frame but definitely worth it.

Never received item
I placed an order which was shown to ship December 13,2021. Today, January 12,2022, the tracking info still says only "Shipping label created. USPS awaiting receipt of item." I have communicated with customer service 4 times and each time was told the item was shipped. I asked to refund my order as I never received it and was told FineArtAmerica would not refund me "because it had shipped." They even gave me a number to call the USPS who also said they never received the item for delivery. I had to ask my bank to stop payment because customer service would not rectify the situation.
