I've ordered a piece for my gf 2 months prior to her birthday, 3 weeks after my order I've contacted them to tell them that i havent received any shipping confirmation, a few days after i received an email saying my item is on it's way via UPS, for a whole month the package wasn't moving, i've contacted them again FineArtAmerica asked me to wait 5-8 days. And ofc nothing happened, by that time my gf's birthday already passed and i havent recieved my item, then they said they initiated a replacement, it's been 2 weeks and still nothing, no package no tracking no contact. HORRIBLE TREATMENT!

The trip of the 2 face masks I have bought to FineArtAmerica was a bit complicated, from Santa Monica to France. Anyway, I am very happy with this purchase:
The masks are as nice as FineArtAmerica look on the website and moreover, they are pleasant to wear, light, very breathable. They are surely my nicest face masks and I appreciate that

I purchased the photo by Cameron Anderson titled Bukima, Silverback Gorilla. I selected the 6.5" x 8" size in a metal print. I would definitely go for a bigger print. The print is very well made and the image is super crisp. Gorillas are such impressive creatures! The reason I chose Cameron's particular photo was because it shows a gorilla doing what it does best, which is, of course, eating.

I discovered FineArtAmerica thanks to an artist which I knew was great and he works with FineArtAmerica so my experience became even better (i started following them on fb and Ig, FineArtAmerica are that good :) ) even if they are shipping from all over the world, you can think of them as your friend knocking on your door in few days with your favourite piece of art ;) Communication and delivery in art, they choosed really well they're field.

Unbelieveably bad customer service. I received an empty tube vis UPS with -0- inside the tube. Is this a scam company? Repeated calls to the call center did no good. FineArtAmerica have no direct contact with the compant that prints the artwork. The company is Graphix designs from north Carolina. There phones are all disconnected. Only option it seems is dispute with the credit card company.

Purchased the Scotland Forever print for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It is exactly as described. Quick delivery too. Would definitely purchase from this seller again

After ordering seven framed portraits of composers (from Liszt to Ravel), I must say that I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Try as you might, you couldn't possibly find even one flaw in the workmanship. I'm delighted to say that my music studio has never assumed the sophisticated elegance that it now enjoys. Would I recommend Fine Art America? Unquestionably, with no reservations!

I have now ordered two framed prints from Fine Art America and have been very pleased both times. You can get your prints with or without mats and the selection of frame styles and colors is amazing. FineArtAmerica came with hanging wire already attached and hook is included. The prints arrived sturdily packed against damage and both arrived within four business days of ordering. I highly recommend this company and will be ordering from them again!

Bought a shower curtain, of most excellent construction and color. It looked very realistic (butterflies). My granddaughter loves it.
I'd buy again and will look for other thing too.

This website is an addiction of mine. Each work of art is available in multiple medium and many sizes. My ordering experiences have been good. Once an item arrived in less than perfect condition, but the company made it right and sent me another. Really great website and business!

I procured a relatively large 2'x3' metal print as a test case to see how the quality compared to other similar art in galleries I had seen for up to almost 10x more. I was very impressed. The quality was beautiful and comparable to gallery art. It came well protected and arrived ahead of the expected delivery date. I'm very satisfied. I've already bought more from them!

The matting and framing selections give you the options to customize the art to fit your needs. They take excellent care in packaging the items for shipment. I just love the unique piece of art I purchased for our new remodeled basement/bar area. The website was very easy to navigate and had lots of different pieces to choose from. The process was simple and the delivery was very quick. The artwork was packaged so good. You can tell FineArtAmerica wanted to make sure it got to me in one piece. This was my first time using FineArtAmerica and I would definitely use this company again for any future artwork. Excellent Experience!

Ordered a wood print. Web site stated "thick maple wood", when I received it, it was printed on plywood, very disappointing. I offered to put some maple wood laminate around to edges to make it look much better. I asked for some type of discount for doing it, Mark, from Fine Arts America, refused to cooperate with me, all he could say was to destroy it, send him a picture, and he would reimburse me for the picture, not for the shipping cost. I offered several suggestion, I don't believe he even considered the. This was a present for my son for Christmas, he won't get it now. Completely inflexible, and very disappointed. Will never order from them again!

Found exactly what I was looking for on Fine Art America, right before Christmas. My order was delivered as promised, with updates and tracking. Recipient LOVES the gift. Overall, a great experience!

Too long to bother but FineArtAmerica automatically put an item on you didn't even look at! The order changes at check out AFTER you complete it! Try cancelling it...
Send them a msg and get back a flat msg... no customer service! Now I have to dispute payment on cc and I'm NOT paying to return it that's IF I even recieve it!

I recently purchased a gift mug for myself from FineArtAmerica featuring artwork from one of my favorite artists and was impressed with the site itself. It was appealing in its design, easy to use, and offered a wide variety of gifts. My mug was carefully packaged and arrived promptly despite the holiday mailing rush and I would definitely consider using the site for future purchases. If you're a fan of supporting independent artisans and unique gift giving, you've got to check out this site!

Shopping for wall art was fun on FineArtAmerica. And FineArtAmerica filled the order and shipped it very quickly. The sad part, though, is that I know an artist whose work can be purchased on FineArtAmerica, and she says the artists do not receive very much for their work. So that's the improvement I would like to see FineArtAmerica make. Give the artists a larger percentage, please. Without them, you'd have nothing.

This was my first time ordering and I really spent a long time looking through all the different options to find the perfect picture. There's so much offered here that I definitely have my first choice now when shopping for art. The print I ended up getting is stunning and the paper is thick and very sturdy for the price I paid. I can't believe how quickly it arrived and it was packed with a fine sheet of paper wrapped around the print to protect the graphic. All in all, a fantastic price point for very nice quality artwork. Definitely can't recommend enough.

Feeling homesick for the beauty of Mono County, I searched out a known artist whose work I have always admired. I was thrilled to find I could purchase prints of Lynn's artwork that beautifully captures the area around the foothills of the Eastern Sierra's, a place I love and deeply miss. Being able to gaze upon these two pieces has done my heart a lot of good and I'm so happy to have them. The quality of the prints is outstanding and came to me safely packaged and in perfect condition. I am very pleased. Thank you FineArtAmerica for making this purchase possible.

Had a coffee mug of a beautiful art print made for my grandson's teacher. We wanted to let her know how appreciated she is by giving her a special "made-just-for-you" present. She was extremely pleased and touched! Shipping was very fast as well. I would highly recommend this wonderful site!

On May 6th I bought two prints (I need to say that the quality is very good). As per website you would have to wait 3-4 business days for the prints to be ready to be shipped. As nothing had been shipped after that time frame, I sent an email asking for some help. No answer. After sending a second one I was told that I had to wait for 9 business days. Why wasn't the email sent to you hadn't mentioned that?
The prints were shipped on May 19, but I just got them at the beginning of June. On top of that, there was nothing in big bold letters saying that printings were inside of the big envelop. As a result, FineArtAmerica were pushed inside of the mailbox.

FineArtAmerica has not sold one single painting for a California community of well-known and award-winning Artists. When many of our members had log-in problems I received (as webmistress) a snotty non-response from Abbie of "Community and Technical Support Manager" refusing to solve their software problems. STAY WITH SAATCHI, ARTPAL, REDBUBBLE and others. Forget FAA, who has the sheer audacity to send an e-mail saying FineArtAmerica will not fix the problem.

This painting warms my heart and is very soothing! On Instagram, the artist (Saundra Johnson) showed us parts of her creation of English Garden. It was thrilling to watch and now it is hanging on my wall! Check out her great works of art at saundra-johnson.pixels.com. She has paintings of people, places, landscapes, food, etc.

I ordered a throw pillow with art printed on it, the picture of my order shows a nice sized, fully shaped, saturated colored pillow. What i received was not at all as full or shaped like the one in the pic seems very much smaller and the art print on it is not as vivid. Got as a gift for my dad, waited 7 days for it to arrive. Don't want to go through the hassel returning this close to xmas. Pillow cost me 29.00 it looks like its work 10.00. Will not be purchasing anymore items from this website. Buyer Beware...
