Ordering from DermStore was an awesome experience
Ordering from DermStore was an awesome experience. I was able to find the product I needed quickly and checkout was easy and painless. My order came fast, was packaged nicely, and had a bonus free gift which was actually something I'd use! I will definitely order from DermStore again for future skincare/beauty/hair products.

I have shopped at DermStore.com several times now
I have shopped at DermStore.com several times now. I really appreciate having so many products on one website. It saved me lots of time not having to switch from one website to another to view products. I thought the ordering process was very easy and the free shipping was a real plus!

Best online skin store
The Derm Store has all of my favorite Farm to Face products. I especially love the Eminence Citrus and Kale Masque. It helps lighten my dark spots and made my skin feel smoother and less dull. I can't wait to try more!

DermStore is a great online presence. It carries many products you can't find elsewhere. The service is quick and with each order you receive a free gift. Their promotions are very good, as well. Check out this site for yourself. You will become a fan as I have.

I placed an order for a moisturizer and lash enhancer...
I placed an order for a moisturizer and lash enhancer for my wife for christmas and received my order in 2 days. Dermstore had what my wife wanted and had free shipping. I like that they guarantee that all of the items are authentic. Would shop there again.

If I could give less than a star I would
2/7 of my items are processing with no delivery in sight. 2/7 of my items have arrived in two different shipments and boxes, 3/7 of my items just say shipped with no other information. Save your time and energy and go with Sephora.

No longer a customer
I am a former Dermstore customer and like others, I will no longer purchase from them. When I try to bring up issues to their customer service staff, Dermstore are defensive.
I experienced the following on 3 different occasions:
- my packaged accidentally got shipped to Guam and took 8 weeks to reach me
- an expensive serum ($166 in a glass bottle) was packaged in a box without any padding and without any tape on the outside, so it arrived partially ripped open from the product banging around on the inside and the box was falling open on the bottom. Stopped ordering that product from them after that one.
- an order with multiple items shipped, but one item took 4 weeks to arrive. After 3 emails saying it was on the way, I called customer service and they said it was in stock, they just "forgot to send it". They were polite in the interaction, but after many issues, along with a 'survey' of our customer service where the response was quite defensive from them about the issues I've had, I decided that it wasn't worth the trouble and I didn't trust them.

Can't Opt-Out of their email!
I have never purchased from them but somehow I am on their email list. When I click "unsubscribe" it takes me to a page that does not give me an option to "opt-out"! This is so frustrating!

Dermstore does NOT do refunds
Dermstore does not do refunds even though Dermstore claim to. I tried to get a refund for 4 months and they never issued one even though I requested a refund within 3 days of receiving the products and I returned my items (one completely unopened) within the timeframe. They are very hard to get a hold of and do not provider good customer service.

Avoid this company… You will never receive your order but you will be charged
Avoid this company… You will never receive your order but you will be charged. Placed an order in November and it has never shipped but I have been charged. Impossible to reach anyone… I have emailed customer service 10 times with no response. Unethical, trustworthy company. I hope I save customers to headache I'm going through

If you like sitting ON HOLD...
If you like sitting on hold for over 40 minutes to speak to a customer service person (this has happened on 3 separate occasions), then this is the site for you! And even better, once you hang up you realize Dermstore did what you asked them to do incorrectly! It's a JOY! I have asked 2 different customer service people how to change my shipping address on line - they don't know how to do it... UGH. I asked to have a manager call me... the customer service person PROMISED me that someone would be in touch that day... NO PHONE CALL. The customer service person changed my billing address NOT my shipping address which is wrong. I have cancelled my subscription (auto ship for a product I use daily) and will now pay a little more to buy on Amazon WITHOUT the aggravation.

12 days and Dermstore have not shipped my order. They sent me a bogus tracking number and told me it was shipped by USPS. I emailed to no response I called and they said they'd get back to me in 24 to 48 hours just like the email

Unparalleled Con Artistry that deserves a ZERO STAR RATING
On March 31st, I placed an order to try a PCA Skincare serum. To my surprise, I received another one before the end of June despite not having a subscription nor ordering it. I was actually in the hospital recovering from a surgery when this product was supposedly ordered so I contacted Dermstore to return it. On July 6, I chatted with Chantelle at Dermstore and asked to have this product returned. She explained that their systems were in the process of transitioning and so she couldn't help me and advised me to contact them again in 48 hours and try again. I called Dermstore two days later, waited on hold for well over an hour, and then the person who answered hung up on me, which was frustrating. I then initiated another chat, this time with Jenna, who again says that their systems are unable to process a return. At this point, I have spent a lot of time trying to return a product that I haven't ordered.

I contacted Capital One, my credit card company and opened a dispute. Then miraculously, Dermstore responds and provides evidence (fabricated) that I had ordered the product. I persisted and showed proof (screenshot of my account) to Capital One saying that I did not have a subscription and that I couldn't have ordered it since I was in the hospital. Cap One closed that account and opened up a new one as it is concluded to be fraud. Then on September 28, I receive an email from Dermstore saying that Dermstore have tried to ship me the same product but were unable to (because the credit card that they have on file is no longer valid)! I write back in an email and let them know that I never had a subscription and thus didn't order it. They write back that they are sorry and send it from an email address that cannot accept incoming email!

Yesterday, I received a letter from Capital One saying that the June order is valid and that they are holding me responsible for the charge! When I go into my Dermstore account, there is no order for June, and yet I am responsible for paying for this non-existent order! After talking with Josh, Sarah (fraud), and Brianna (disputes) at Capital One, I am told that, while they understand, there is nothing that they can do despite my being a customer for over 14 years. Brianna pointed out that at least they blocked Dermstore from charging me more because they closed the original credit card account. I guess that zero liability fraud protection touted by Capital One in their commercials is untrue. According to Brianna, I can't even provide more evidence because Cap One closed the case.

Shipping out products that weren't ordered is a predatory practice that can be especially hurtful toward the elderly, people with dementia, or basically anyone who may not be able to stop these charges. I am perfectly aware and was still stuck with the charge for a product that I didn't order. Needless to say, Dermstore is engaging in fraudulent practices under the guise of incompetence (e.g., our systems are unable to process a return). And I'm shutting down my Capital One account, too, as they are colluding with Dermstore's fraud.

Awful shipping service
I ordered from Dermstore because the company I usually order my product from was out of stock. I needed it by Thursday, so I choose the 2-day shipping when I order MONDAY NIGHT, thinking it would ship out by Tuesday and get to me by Thursday or Friday morning.

WRONG. It takes a full day to process, so now I'm getting my product Friday night, and I'm leaving town on Friday morning. If it's truly not 2-day shipping, then don't advertise it as such. What an awful service. Will not be ordering from them again.

Customer Service Poor
Spoke to several employees this year to investigate a charge dated November 29,2020 for $149.00. Was told no record on file for charge & I sent copy of the charge to my Visa CC. The answer always is " I will send concern to have someone look into this" and I never hear back. I did not receive points into my account either. Poorly managed business that will eventually suffer as customer service unacceptable.

Site is terrible/low quality
I tried to make a purchase on the DermStore site using a $25 Visa gift card and putting the rest on my credit card. Apparently, the site has zero way of entering more than one payment method. I was only buying the items because I could cover most of them with the gift card, so now I'm just not able to buy the items. In this day and age of technology, this seems like a pathetically low quality site. Contacted customer service and Dermstore basically told me "nope - sorry, go somewhere else." They definitely lost my business.

HUGE SCAM!
This website is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered powder that Dermstore said was in stock, got my confirmation email the same day, then got an email the next day saying that it is on back order. They never gave me an estimated delivery date so I clicked on the link to track my package and their website said that it was canceled. But yet I never got refunded or told that it was even canceled! What kind of a scam is that? This website is horrible and I would not suggest it to anyone!

Shady company and awful customer service
Awful, shady company. Their customer service is extremely unreliable. Dermstore promise one thing one day and then take away that promise the next. They never apologize if there is a mistake on their end and they don't seem to value their customers whatsoever. Dermstore also practices false advertising. In their BeautyFix boxes, they promised a full size product but then sent a mini size without warning customers.

Awful!
This business is irresponsible. I ordered two items got a confirmation number was waiting for the order but it never arrived. Checked with their customer service who couldn't care less and was told that it did not get shipped because the items were in back order and nobody cared to notify me. The next day I checked and the whole order was canceled, again nobody notified. Awful service!

You have to really fight to get money back on anything you buy here
Purchased a 500.00 facial massager. Returned it immediately unopened bc i found it cheaper elsewhere and had to send dozens of emails over a month to get my money back. No reason, Dermstore just don't want to refund you.

Too long for shipping
I spent over $350.00 on skin care products
With them. I ordered at the beginning of the month. It has a tracking number that's hasn't moved since July 11th. When I called Dermstore said I have to wait 14 days. I have also never heard of new logistics but supposedly my package is there. I feel like they assign a tracking number to your shipment so they can charge you but don't have the products available to ship. I will order directly from the manufacturer next time. I have never had a shipment take this long. Still awaiting my order! Update: I received my order and it arrived with some extra free products. I am happy now! But just beware the shipping time can take a long time! Ordered July 6th received on Saturday August 1st.

My first ordering experience was flawless
My first ordering experience was flawless. My second time was awful. Everything was fine until I noticed Dermstore recommended a product for me and applied it to my account at the last minute as my transaction was being processed and I could not stop it. When I called to complain the person actually tried to entice me to keep it and give me a deal on it. They did comply and take it off my order but I had to make the extra effort to call and complain. I will not order from a company that has these types of practices. Shameful!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Unethical Business Practices
I placed an order with Dermstore and received a shipping notice with a UPS # on it the next day. The UPS tracking progress indicated the shipping label was created 12/27/21. It has not moved out of their warehouse (never given to UPS). Five business days later it still just shows label created ready for pickup with the same date of 12/27. Despite numerous calls and chats, there is always some double talk and run around and no promised call back from customer relations. WELL, it has obviously not moved out of their warehouse and Dermstore should either refund or replace an obvious mess on their end. I will never order from their again and caution anyone who does... good luck if you get it shipped to you and with the right products enclosed.

Bad costumer service, let me purchase out of stock...
Bad costumer service, let me purchase out of stock and gave me a 4 weeks delay. At the end no discount, no extra gift, and i had to put more products to replace the one that was out of stock.

Both products arrived with a putrid smell. Now I have been purchasing this brand of SPF for years, so I know exactly what it smells like. Dermstore charged me $6.25 to return their smelly product! Bad service! The returned smelled just as bad! I'm never buying from Dermastore again.

Dermstore return policy a joke!
I bought something from Dermstore and after I checked out there was an item I did not order. I called them and Dermstore said it was too late to cancel that I would have to return it. They sent me an email with supposed return label, but when I clicked on it, it just went to the WebSite Not return label.

I will not be using them again

Beware of "Sitewide Sale"
The "Sitewide Sale" isn't for real. It should not be called sitewide when most if not all of the items I'm interested in don't qualify. Very annoying!

Not bad!
I saved so much money when I come in here! Everything is only a dollar a piece. The staff makes it easy to find everything I need for dinner and that makes me a happy camper.
