The painting I bought from FineArtAmerica was even more beautiful than the online image. Plus, speedy delivery. Very pleased with this item and this company.

FineArtAmerica ship their products out fast. The items they sell are very great prices and have a great selection to choose from. I love my coffee cup I got from them.

Tried a pack of cards and a T shirt to check on quality - very disappointed with the poor quality especially given the price. As if this not bad enough the company then blames me to a customer i had sent to their site, (the only customers I had were people i sent there), for not responding to FAA's emails none of which I had ever received. This company lacks integrity and will damage your reputation if you are associated with it. Avoid it completely.

Spent many hours putting together a large order that I need quickly, within the production time frame stated necessary on Fine Art America's web site, and the "ships in 2-3 days" stated before I placed my order became "most orders ship in 3-5 days" after my order was placed (5, in my case, when I read my estimated ship date). I called customer service to inquire and was assured that I wouldnt receive my order on time. At least the rep was honest. While I was complaining and cancelling, I received something of a "Hear this all of the time" response. Totally, dishonest, misleading and deceptive - I want those hours of my life back.

This company did not provide me with a delivery tracking number despite my request. After 3 weeks, I never did receive my order. I've since sent multiple chasers to this rouge company and my emails have gone unanswered. So if you are thinking of ordering your items with this company after reading the strangely overwhelming great reviews, think twice!

In my experience, FineArtAmerica connects across the ocean the lesser known gifted artist with the unknown admirer/customer. An amazingly varied and often beautiful gallery to make possible this connection - with further promise.

I had a friend who I wanted to buy photos she had been taking of wild horses and Fine Art America. I had never heard of them and I too am a photographer. I got the canvas prints and FineArtAmerica were extremely well packaged and arrived the same day but separately. These were the first canvas prints I have even purchased and they seemed to be fine. One was a little off with the artists signature visible off to the side. I was not that uncomfortable but surprised how it got there since the main artist signature was on the front where it should of been. All in all, I was happy with the purchase and figured they would get it right in the future.

I stumbled onto the site while looking for a "sheltered" lift. I found some great and unique art bags, was able to explore and check out intuitively. Solved a gift problem and the recipient was as delighted as well. Saved the site and will be back, it really was affordable "fine art"

The prints I ordered in no way matched what was shown on the website, the color instead of green was printed gray. The customer service was terrible, I was assured on the phone a quality reprint, but after emailing 3 times FineArtAmerica said they couldn't provide a replacement. I had to pay to return and email 2 more times about refund. They didn't return the outgoing shipping fee even though it was a quality issue. I do not recommend doing business with them.

Looking at my great Ocean City Inlet photograph taken by the exciting photo-magic man, Ken Fullerton, brings back many memories of sport fishing activities that crowd the inlet throughout the year.

I ordered 6 acrylic prints. FineArtAmerica arrived with no hardware to hang them even though I selected mount with aluminum pegs for each. Also two of the prints I paid for were never sent. 1.5 weeks later and I still don't have the hardware. All of my expensive prints are sitting on the floor of my open business! I am also having to pay the person I hired to hang the prints twice since I did not know there was no hardware until after he arrived and we unpackaged everything.

We were looking for an ocean-themed print for our bathroom remodel. I already had a frame that I wanted to use, just needed the right print--a painting of sandpipers on the beach. I quickly found just the right one! There were plenty of selections to choose from, something for anyone's taste.

The print came rolled in a sturdy tube, and the paper it was printed on was thick and of good quality. I feel the price was very reasonable, too. My shopping experience on this site was easy and trouble-free. I will likely purchase from them again in the future.

Jim Tweedy is a great, imaginative artist. I bought the painting for my veterinarian to hang in the waiting room of her new clinic. The painting I ordered from Fine Art America arrived in perfect order ready to hang. I would definitely order from them again and would also recommend them to my friends and family.

I was looking for a shower 36" curtain for the shower in my new shop. I was looking and found a 74" curtain I decided to use for the door to the bathroom. It turned out great, instead of having a plain door I wound up with a 'slidable" door that also helped with ventilation since my shop is not air conditioned and added to the theme of my shop that is for my classic trucks. Very pleased... think different and you'll be surprised what happens.

Found what I wanted and it was delivered in a timely fashion with the quality I expected. Communication on approximate shipping time could have been a bit clearer but overall it was a good experience. Would buy from FAA again.

If i can give a zero rating, i will choose that. Its no point saying anything untill you experience ther poor artwork quality and their reluctance to solve your problem. No professionalism.
