It was so easy to choose which product and which design I wanted to order. I chose a mug with a gorgeous landscape on it as a gift for my dad and he won't stop telling me how great it is! The artist has been so wonderful and made the experience very personal. I highly recommend this business!

Print received in excellent condition. I replaced my old print that I bought many many years ago due to fading. What a difference! Always loved the Helping Hand!

When I received the confirmation email of my order I noticed it was not for the photo print I had ordered. The confirmation showed I had ordered a canvas for something I had never even viewed.
I emailed customer service and FineArtAmerica told me it was my order and I could send it back but would have to pay the shipping for both the delivery and the return and then the item itself would be credited to my Visa.
They acted like they could care less and did not even ask if they could help me with the
Print I wanted.
I sent back the unopened package to a cost of $26.
I have never encountered such poor customer service and will never us this company again.

The Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal card has beautiful color and nice card stock weight. This image shows Mary radiating her graces over the world while determined and unafraid she confronts evil by squashing it with her bare feet.

My doughtier is a stage performer & part of her "Gig" is a stand-up MM. She loved it. Mustang & P, 51 hanging in my front room. Looks great. The Mustang "Bursting" is for a fellow Combat veteran from Vietnam, we were in the same unit. Long time friend, he has it hanging in the music room wall display. Great work.

I love the way I have so many options within a certain category. Many times I have searched a greeting card, and have been delighted to find it available as a yoga mat for example.
It really does come down to the bountiful options on offer. As for the items themselves, I have not been let down, everything I have purchased has been as described and faultless in both delivery and presentation. Summing up FAA, I am just really pleased that FineArtAmerica exist as a fine and professional business model, one which I am happy to use with full confidence.

I recently purchased a pillow with 3 elderly girlfriends. I was so delighted that i shared it with all the ladies in the retirement home. It was better than expected. I hope to get another stimulus check. So i can buy some more art. FineArtAmerica have so many wonderful things to choose.

Loved all posters I have purchased. FineArtAmerica were sent in a reasonable amount of time. Love being able to see how they would look in a room. The thing that irritates me is I do a screenshot of what I'm interested in then have trouble finding the image I want to purchase later on.

Ordered a vintage print which is somewhat hard to find. I received the print carefully packaged and beautifully colored.

If this rotten company spent half the time treating their customers right, rather than hire people to give them fake reviews, many people would have avoided despair. A member who had over 8 million views dared to give them a bad review and FineArtAmerica wasted no time deleting over 2500 pieces of the most colorful art in the world. After purchasing some of this artist work Fine Art America recommended some of the. Most awful art I've ever seen. Anything you've heard about Nepotism here is 100 % true. Their customer service is very bad as is the quality of what they send you. FAA IS A MUST TO AVOID!

I compiled an image for a duvet cover to be printed. The 300dpi export is obviously huge for an 88x88 canvas. About 500 mb, but Fine Art America refused to accept this size of file and the best I could upload was 29mb.
FineArtAmerica assured me it would be fine. Shocker all detail was lost and unacceptable considering I had a file(I tried to share) that should have provided a stunning product.

This artist's portrayal of the Memphis skyline is absolutely astounding! Not only is it a perfect portrayal of that skyline but the colors are absolutely gorgeous. It can go in any room in any setting and be such a strong complement. I got it for my granddaughters apartment for her freshman year of college and she loves it too!

I was very pleased with the ease of website use. On two different occasions, I was able to locate what I was looking for and place the order with no difficulties. Each item was delivered in a timely manner. The products were of excellent quality. I shall look on this site when I need unique gifts in the future.

Whole process was very easy online. I had previously ordered a similar shower curtain from a different company and when I got it weeks later it looked nothing no like the photo so I returned it and ordered this one. This shower curtain looks exactly as it should and is beautiful quality. Also important was that the colors were accurately represented in the photo online. The shower curtain is for a bathroom remodel and colors were really important to me. Totally happy with this shopping experience and the product and will order from Fine Art America again and recommend it t to others as well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered from Fine Art America recently and i am not satisfied with the quality of product. I tried to contact them but all in vain. Never responds to emails, doesn't even list phone numbers on website. Highly disappointed by their service. Never going to buy again from them.

Has many unusual products. I enjoy shopping for personal things. I love having items that are a copy of my animals. You offer beautiful pictures at a reasonable price. Every item has arrived safely. I also prefer the payments through PayPal. I really like having other choices of the item I have selected.
