Great site!
Love a web site that promotes artists! Convenient for the shopper to got to one spot to shop. Great delivery and the package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Will visit and purchase again!

Love my new phone cover!
Fineartamerica had lots of choices of Baby Yoda designs. Once I found the cutest one, it was easy to customize the size of the artwork and order. I received my purchase quickly and fully intact. I'm very happy with my purchase and user experience.

No follow through!
Find fineartamerica did not notify me that FineArtAmerica did not have the ability to fill my order when it was placed. They took my $850 and did not notify me they could not fill the order until I contacted them asking where my delivery was. Very poor business practices I demanded a refund. Go to Costco!

Horrible communication
This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a product and 2 weeks later, FineArtAmerica don't even know if its been made! The customer service center can't find or give me any information, and they have no way of connecting with production?!?! That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH

Easy ordering, many print mediums to choose from.

A friend of mine likes Norfolk Southern. Your photos where great and he loved the one I used for his B-Day card. I enjoy doing service with you because you have great pictures of what I like using. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful picture
Easy purchase, the picture, frame and hook/padding on the back made it easy to hang without damaging my wall. The only thing that would have been better would be tracking info as I didn't know when the picture would arrive. Excellent quality.

Dodgy!
Selected a print on canvas of a sailing ship;"Ship" by Samuel Waters, which arrived in a week - Phenomenal! A great painting by a skilled maritime artist.
BUT colour balance was really off - almost monochrome - inadequate cyan and magenta and low contrast.
Response from "Judy" send email attachment of print and I asked to have a copy as close to the original as possible. Agreed to send replacement.
Waited, advised one had been sent. Waited a week or two. Asked for a Tracking number. Still waiting.
I've done my money. Sounded great early on but is REALLY, REALLY BAD - should be referred to the Feds. For highway robbery.

Pleasantly surprised
I really enjoyed browsing for a few days (3-4hrs) to find the perfect pictures for my remodeled bathroom. I am an artist but not a painter or professional photographer. I found the quality of the work at FineArtAmerica to be excellent. The pictures came in a timely way too. The artwork makes the whole remodel worth while.

The place I have been looking for!
So far, I have purchased two pieces of art from FineArtAmerica. I am very pleased with their selection of unique, quality pieces. Also, the framing is very well done. Finally, the delivery was speedy and the pieces came well packed. I am planning to buy two more pieces in the next month.

Fine Art America is probably a Scam
I had an account with them opened couple of months ago, at my first selling FineArtAmerica close my account and canceled the purchase of my customer with no explanation.
I contacted them with their form, via phone, on facebook and twitter and never get any answer. Totally unreliable, worst customer care ever or a scam? I dare you to try them!

Beautiful Artwork
I have purchased several of FineArt's canvas prints.
FineArtAmerica are stunningly beautiful and very high quality.
They were all very well constructed and shipped very securely. I have found my place to purchase future art from. I only have high recommendations for FineArt if you are looking for quality art!

Lilac Tote Bags
I ordered 3 tote bags with Lilacs from 3 different photographers. The tote bags are absolutely beautiful. My issue is that I was hoping that FineArtAmerica were going to be more of a cotton canvas bag that could be washed. The inside lining of the bags have a flimsy mesh fabric that will tear in short order. They are not strong enough to use for going to the health food store as intended. They do not feel washable and will tear on the inside. Too bad, I really was hoping to use these a lot for shopping.

Cheap product poorly shipped
I was expecting a piece of "fine art", to arrive in a nice flat package. I received this "fine art" rolled up and put into a tube. It was hardly ready for framing and reminded me of a poster, someone ordered for their dorm room. I asked, to send it back and FineArtAmerica refused. Three customer services reps were condescending and unprofessional.

Excellent range of products and designs, backed by great service
Really impressed by the broad range of products and designs available. The designs are all of a high caliber, very different from many other merchandise sellers of these types of products. Really impressed by the fast turnaround, the excellent platform that supports Fine Arts America, and quality of the products. This is my go0-to site for apparel and designer products. A++

Poor quality. Worse service
I am not happy with the quality that I have received from the Fine Art America and FineArtAmerica are refusing to send me a better quality. It looks like a photo has been taken and then printed.

Very poor customer service
I use FAA as a drop shipping service for my web stores because of it's international locations. Recently, I have had to open cases against FAA with my payment processor to gain customer service support on damaged items. In addition, I have had billing issues which have been ignored and again, I had to open another case with my payment processor for assistance. But when I don't need help, FAA works well. Sadly, their customer service is some of the worst I've encountered. It used to be better.

Very disappointed. Item not as described
I ordered a cotton queen size duvet cover with a portrait of Jon Snow from Games of Thrones on it for my daughter for Christmas. FineArtAmerica failed to informed me that the image was too small to print and sent the item anyway for which I had pay £23 custom duty. The duvet cover had a blurred image of some tree on the borrom and the rest was plaint while. It was also made of cheap plolyester. I did get a refund less p&p but I wouldn't trust the descriptions on their website.

The shirt I ordered was defective
The shirt I ordered was defective. Fine Art America did not pay for the shipping back to them and FineArtAmerica didn't refund the shipping part of my payment. I'm out over $8 because they had a faulty product. Attempts to contact them met with silence on their part. I will never deal with them again.

Fine Arts America Has Strong Customer Service
I received a framed item that I had some questions about. I was able to communicate with their distribution center and FineArtAmerica were most helpful in resolving my issue. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Wonderful Art!
I bought an incredible piece of art photography on metal that is absolutely gorgeous. It arrived carefully packaged and is a joy.

Can't speak of the quality as of yet, but the customer SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
Ordered a print online and the website states that it takes 3-4 days to produce and then it ships. Over a week went by, and not a single update... attempted to get in touch with them and THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER LISTED(had to google to find one).

For people reading this, it is *******901.

Regardless, completely and utterly dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend them. I work for a luxury retailer and know what excellent customer service is supposed to look like, THIS SITE IS A JOKE!

I have been selling my work on Fine Art America for several years. I have never received any complaints. I have ordered product for myself, their work is exemplary and their shipping prices are very reasonable.

Package ordered to arrive by 12/24? Still hasn't arrived.
Not only were FineArtAmerica not able to assemble my order on time. It is at least 6 days late at this point. I paid 28.95 for EXPEDITED SHIPPING!

Customer service is awful. You'll find that out, only if you get them on the phone-which you wont. I will get a refund, even if it means showing up in person to get it.

Photos were better than FineArtAmerica looked on line. Product was delivered promptly, and with no issues. Great customer service and follow through!

Delighted
I enjoy looking at original art on the FAA site, and when I received an email that mentioned shower curtains, I had an aha! Moment. I needed light, pretty curtains for my living room window and two matching shower curtain panels are perfect for this purpose. I found the right image and ordered these and two other curtains. FineArtAmerica arrived on time and are just what I wanted. The experience of ordering was easy and efficient.

Don't bother. There are better platforms out there.
The customer service is... weird. I've had a few issues that I contacted them about and sometimes FineArtAmerica just plain don't answer. Once I got a reply unrelated to my actual problem. Really odd. You have to expect to contact them several times for basic problems and repeat yourself. Also they screwed up the printing of one of my products twice in a row. It's almost funny how incompetent they are. Almost.
