Very bad experience. Picture quality was not good. (looked like the picture was blown up from a disposable camera). Customer service was even worse (you can only speak to a representative if you're ordering something). The picture I ordered was not cheap - $179. When my husband saw me open it he said "I hope you didn't pay more than $30 for that!

I would not have minded the experience as much if FineArtAmerica were willing to work with me or provided any customer service whatsoever. The manager of the person I was speaking to actually listened in on the call as I got increasingly frustrated. He never came on the line and basically had his high pitched rep tell me over and over again that they don't speak to customers.

Had an account with them (now closed) and FineArtAmerica just took money without asking. I've checked my original email from there is nothing about auto renewal in there. Would not deal with this shoddy and unethical company again!

Very pleased with my purchase! Fine Art America is a very good company. The print, framing, packaging and delivery were first rate, all the way! Will definitely purchase from them in the future.

I ordered a beautiful painting, which was perfectly described and different options of sizes and mediums and materials.It arrived well wrapped and protected and even with a hook and picture pin for hanging. Great Service and Communication. I would definitely buy from them again.

I love my order and the artwork. It's very comfortable and breathable. I only wish that it had instructions on how to wash the masks. I hand wash and air dry. So far it works but it's a much longer wait than if I could machine dry.

I ordered two prints - FineArtAmerica are both lovely. My only regret is that I didn't order one a bit bigger. Great, timely delivery which in this time of Covid is saying something! I would definitely order from FineArtAmerica again!

I've purchased a number of items from Fine Art America. FineArtAmerica were all good quality until I ordered two pillows. They did not come close to the image shown on the website. This is my first experience dealing with their customer service department. Horrible! You are on hold for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes it cuts off and you have to leave a message. (I've left three... no one called back) They email inaccurate information. It's unfortunate that their lack of real customer service is what will prevent me from ever purchasing from their site again once I get this issue resolved.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. Easy on line ordering. Picture arrived extremely well wrapped. The picture was better than I imagined. Everything was included to hang the picture... a huge plus to me. I was so pleased that I placed a second order with them.

We bought three photo greeting cards at a very reasonable site. One was to be a sympathy message, and I had a good idea what I wanted on the card face. It was a lovely photo, and almost exactly what I envisioned. Easy to navigate, safe web site, very good art on offer.

Art is expensive. But through FineArtAmerica you can get good quality work in attractive frames for a fraction of the price of a gallery.

So EASY to do, he was simply AMAZED at the quality of the cards we received that he immediately turned around and ordered a mug with another photo he had taken.
