I purchased a towel with one of my images of all seven NC coastal light houses. I ordered the largest one. It turned out beautifully. I ordered on a Saturday and received on the following Saturday l, which is pretty good. Definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a map print, which arrived within a few days after the order was placed. It was very well packaged, protected from any bending/bruising hazards. The print quality and detail was remarkable. Very satisfied with the service and price.

I have ordered pillows, shower curtains, and a canvas picture. The experience with FineArtAmerica couldn't be better. The quality of product is outstanding and it is unique. I couldn't find these products anywhere else, I can always find what I need. The colors, sizes, and pattern are exactly as described. I am never disappointed with my purchase!

I recently ordered a 14x14 canvas wrap from FAA. The quality of the print was excellent and I got my order in 3 days! Very happy customer!

I ordered a print I was hoping to frame before christmas to give as a gift. I received the print wrinkled and discolored. I could have printed a better more quality photo from my home printer. My order total was $165 including the overnight shipping (definitely didn't come even close to overnight). I called to return my print and I was told I will be contacted in 1-2 days. HA! FineArtAmerica have a grade F on Better Business Bureau for a reason! Please do not order from here, you will be disappointed. This is fraud. They do not even deserve 1 star.

FineArtAmerica work hard to get things to customer in a timely manner and things are made well. Love the art.

I love my new artwork! I ordered the prints after searching some key words for the feelings I wanted to create in my home. The service was so easy to use. The prints arrived quickly and wonderfully packed. Both look stunning.

It was very easy to browse the website to find the type of picture I wanted for a particular area in my kitchen. I was able to match the frame with my lighting. The quality was far better than I expected because the price was so reasonable. I need more pictures for my recent renovation and I will definitely be back.

I ordered one item. Received notice that it had been shipped. Waited considerably longer than it should have taken to receive it. Contacted company, got an auto-response promising quick action. Instead, no action and no contact. The only thing FineArtAmerica really did right was issue a refund in a timely fashion after I gave up and requested a full refund. And, they issued the refund, but never contacted me. They just don't seem to care.

Update: item finally arrived. If I had thought it was good enough to keep, I would have volunteered to pay for it. I found it to be unsatisfactory, so I contacted Fine Art America and offered to return the item. No response.

I bought an Anne Frank t-shirt for my granddaughter. It was easy to order and to pay for. FineArtAmerica sent emails every step of the way. I received the product earlier than I expected. I was very happy with the entire experience. (And my granddaughter loved the t-shirt!)

Excellent product (I have bought greetings cards); excellent and fast service. I have bought individual cards for friends connected with San Francisco, China, Mile End Road London and more, also many cards to cut up (!) for scientific educational work. Recommend them.

A friend of mine is a great artist and has his art listed here. I bought a t-shirt which I loved but it came apart at the seams after two washes. I contacted them and FineArtAmerica said it must have been the washer. It wasn't the washer it was just cheap. By the way I paid $30.00 for the cheap t-shirt.

I was impressed. It did not take long at all to receive this order, it only took about 2 weeks.

I had my eye on two prints and had them (and tons more) saved in my favorites for a long time. My boyfriend and I are doing some remodeling work in our home and didn't want to spend the money on the prints. However, when I showed him these, he said he thought I should purchase them. I sat for another couple of days choosing matting and frames. Finally ordered, FineArtAmerica were delivered on time and so well wrapped for shipping. The frames and the matting were perfect for the prints and my friends and family have complimented them. When I told them the price they were impressed by how reasonable they were. I highly recommend Fine Art America.

I love the framed print I received. The shipping was very fast and it was packed very carefully.
The ability to create my own matt layout and frame style and see it before my eyes, on their website, was fantastic.
I will use FineArtAmerica again, without hesitation.

A friend who never asked to be listed suddenly found a FineArtAmerica web listing on the site.

In looking at the contact information for the site, there is no way to contact them to ask to be removed. Apparently, the site only wants to talk to people 'buying' goods on the site.

Since my friend was given an apparent webstore without her permission and there is no way for her to contact the site to have her placement on the site removed, one has no alternative but to assume something very WRONG and FISHY is going on.

Obviously, I'd never buy anything from the site and would hope others feel the same and the company goes out of business (which, FineArtAmerica may be anyway since they may lack any 'real' sellers). BE WARNED!

This site hosts a favorite friend who is a photographer - I was able to order her artwork on items for holiday giving - mugs, prints, carryall bags. Every item was made in the USA and each was excellent construction clearly showing my friends artwork. Shipping was easy. Shopping was easy. I will be back!

Great communication thru all steps of ordering. Could not have been simpler. My cards arrived well protected and on time. The quality of the printing and the paper is excellent.
I will order from them again.

Name says it all, I was buying during a sale, which meant that the prices that are already competetive with other websites were straight up way better. Shipping to the netherlands is also way cheaper and faster than other sites that offer the art I was looking for. I immediately bought two artworks because of this!

Product was damaged during shipping and FineArtAmerica won't do anything about it. Trying to get a hold of these people is impossible and when you do, they say you will hear something within 48 hours. Yeah right. This order was placed on the 12th of Dec still not resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You have been warned.

This is the first time I've ever written a negative review of a company online DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. FineArtAmerica don't ship the packages until you badger them about it. They have zero accountability regarding when they ship out packages and customer service doesn't even respond to emails. Don't waste your money!

I submitted my work for two months had sixteen thousand visitors but FineArtAmerica told me I had no sales I found out they had cut off my commissions and were selling my work for their profits only

I have purchased several times from FineArtAmerica. I love that I can find an artists painting and have blankets, pillows, totes and more made from the painting. All the items I have purchased were great quality and FineArtAmerica ship quickly!

I purchased several Julie Whitmore greeting cards. The card stock that was used is of a high quality. Also the printed color of the cards is true to the originals, not faded or washed out. So pleased that I ordered more the day the first batch arrived. Very pleased.

Very easy to order. Because of the pandemic the delivery was a little slower than normal, but that was completely understandable. FineArtAmerica were very good with communicating with me. I would definitely order through them again.

This is the third print I have ordered from Fine Art America. I have found the prints to be exactly as described. The colors and paper are high quality and priced very reasonably. Delivery has always been on time and packaging is excellent protection. I highly recommend this company.

I was looking for an unusual card that combined music and geography- this company supplied it! The card was great quality and looked good enough to frame. Excellent delivery too.
