I purchased the Great American Patriots portrait. Such a beautiful piece of art. It was everything I was expecting! I was told because of the Christmas rush, delivery might be after Christmas. What a surprise when it arrived a few days later! Much earlier than expected! I was very pleased with the product and the customer service. Would definitely buy more.

ZERO STARS IS APPROPRIATE! I recieived items I ordered on 12/21/16. Two of the 3 items were incorrect. It is 12/31/16 and I have yet to hear how the situation will be corrected. I've called customer service approx 8 times now. FineArtAmerica are very pleasant on the phone, but only yes me to death. They cannot assist in making price adjustments or provide a direct number of the manufacturer of the item. They will not call with information, but invited me to call back at any time. In my opinion, their lack of response and unwillingness to assist makes then an untrustworthy site to do business. Trust me, it's not worth your time and energy, not to mention money.

My order arrived in a timely fashion and was just as described. Vert satisfied with order.

Fine Art America provides a fantastic source of prints and a wide variety of subject matters. All at reasonable prices and quick delivery. What else could you want.?

I ordered a huge towel with a 1969 Boss Mustang printed on it. It is hard to find Boss Mustang items. I appreciated how easy it was to pick size and coloring. This place is on the buddy system. FineArtAmerica tell you when you sign up that the amount of "likes" you get will figure into their Search Engines. That's a big lie. Nepotism runs rampant here. What they do is run promos with their buyers whom are all art collectors and recommend artists to them who do very ordinary work but also happen to be in their inner circle. I found this out because a friend of mine who bought some work from Fine Art America kept getting these promos. One of the people they promoted had no "likes" at all and only one or two views. If you go to FAA in hope of selling your work stay away unless you're very close friends with the higher ups here. Sadly they're misleading over 99 percent of their 200,000 members.

Even my guy loves it! It, the shower curtain is beautiful and makes me happy every time I walk into the bathroom. My guy comments on how pretty and colorful it is! You can tell we are beyond pleased with our purchase.

I am very happy with Van Halen coffee cup I bought from Fine Art America. I received it quickly and it well packaged to keep from breaking in transit. I am very satisfied with the overall experience of purchasing from their website.

I removed my old work in-order to upload new work and FineArtAmerica still show my old work on their render pages which I cannot remove myself. Google also cashes my old work before the newly updated work I've added. I've contacted FAA 3 times to assist with this problem but they've failed 3 times to reply back. Bad business ethics as far as I'm concerned.

I was disappointed with the print Digital Deity which depicted Adam and Eve. The nude images are distorted with blurred bars that makes the print unacceptable for display within my collectibles. Other items purchased were much better.

I ordered a print from fine arts. It was exactly as pictured and described, the colors were great, the paper was super heavy and it arrived On time and in perfect condition. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a painting for my office from Fine Art America. FineArtAmerica have great a selection to choose from and the website was easy to navigate. The painting arrived earlier than I expected in good condition.

I spent over $100.00 on a duvet cover for my son. He excitedly opened it to read instructions on how to wash it before we put it on his bed. The instructions literally state "do not" then cuts off. I called the company and FineArtAmerica do not have any instructions. The rep told me she thinks I can dry it on air dry or regular dry, but she's not sure. I'd rather return it now before I ruin it with incorrect washing, but I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back. Ridiculous. All I want to know is how to care of my purchase and I would have been happy, but to tell me "I think" this is what you do, but refuse to pay for return shipping since you can't give me a definitive answer is awful. Won't be shopping with them again.

Loving building up my collection of artistic memorabilia in advance of moving to a new home and the quality of the canvas prints received cannot be faulted in any way.
Basically I know what I like and I likes what I have received.

I love looking through all the beautiful images displayed by FineArtAmerica. There is a huge selection and it is hard to make one's mind up about which to purchase. I have made three purchases so far and love them all.
