Order and worst customer service
I placed an order on May 27th, and received two emails; one saying that my order has been placed, and the other saying that my order is going to be delayed another 5-7 business days on June 6. I've tried calling the customer service multiple times, but I keep getting a voicemail saying House of Beauty are closed. I am extremely unhappy with this service and would like a refund immediately.

I don't recommend ordering from here.

Never received my order
This is the worse online store ever. House of Beauty charged me for something I never received. I emailed these people 4 or 5 times no response. I want my account credited back. I will never order from them again. I have been waiting for a month. I have ordered from other companies and they shipped my stuff right out why this company can't do the same thing. We all are going through a short staff period it doesn't stop companies from fulfilling customers orders. I'm fine with this company.

Scammers!
This company will be shut down within the next month. House of Beauty are doing illegal business. They take your money then never send product. When you call no answer.No return voice mail. BUYER BEWARE!

They always have a BS story about shipping due to Covid-19 however, I have recieved all of my packages during this pandemic some things even coming from California and no problems. Check their google reviews... HORRIBLE! Buyer Beware!
6/8- still NO package and tracking number they sent is bogus.My package has been sitting at there facility since they sent this tracking. When you track the package it says delivery on 5/24 now if they sent it on 5/26 How the hell was it delivered on 5/24

Horrible company, ordered something back in March, still didn't receive it. Nobody is answering my emails.
Why do I have to wait so long? Then give me my money back! Never again!

No customer service
I order an item and paid for it on Sept 3,2021. I am still waiting for the order or a refund. No one answers the calls or responds to the emails I have sent 7 in total)I have requested my money back or the merchandise. At this point I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and file a dispute wit my bank for the money to be refunded. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Amazon Pay issued a Refund
I placed on 4/22/20, received a confirmation email, ok cool. Another email comes stating due to Covid my order will take 8-14 days. I'm so lucky I checked out using Amazon Pay because as soon as I requested a refund I got my money back. Even though I still received an automated email from "David" stating no one is in the office to issue Refunds. BS!

Damaged products shipped to customers!
I am requesting a full refund fir 2 of the items shipped arrived damaged due to the lids on the mega growth leave in treatment and the virgin hair conditioner were not properly taped nor tightened causing lids spilled in the entire box. My order number is 1571796. Photos has already been sent 3 weeks ago along with help request emails and received NO responses back. Please refund my money back immediately!

AVOID DOING BUSINESS
This is my second time doing business with this company. No problems. Now, my 2nd ordered was placed on 10/14/2020 I was supposed to receive ordered on 10/24/2020 as of today, 11/1/20 I've not received package. I contacted USPS to open a case. I've contacted House of beauty - no response no reply other than auto bot. I must say this company has a ZERO for customer service. Do not believe all the glorious reviews. Avoid doing business with House Of Beauty World.

Scam website - avoid like the plague
Have been trying to contact them for over two weeks now as they've provided me with the bad tracking link and I am unable to track my order - no response. Will be calling my bank to report fraud.

No product, order cancelled, site bugged, HORRIBLE customer service
Ordered some hair treatment around 8th May 2020, it's now June 19th 2020. As I purchased, their site bugged and charged me for 5 of the same product when I only bought 1. Sent them 4 emails regarding the issue, and I haven't had a single one back to this day. House of Beauty didn't send a single thing, even though I received confirmation and shipping emails saying my product had been dispatched, instead they just sent my money back without saying a word. If i could give a zero star review I would.

Received incorrect products in large amount
I ordered Sunny isle conditioner and I received all by Kuza brand which means this company sent 10usd cheaper product each and saved 60usd. I asked them now to replace it but House of Beauty are asking me to pay for shipping cost for both ways since I am in Australia shipping cost is more expensive then the actual items. This is the second time has happened. This is big scam company and would never recommend to anyone. They are so much insensitive towards customer satisfaction and the most difficult thing here is to chase them over the phone. Stay away from this company even if you have to pay extra to some genuine other website please do so. Attached photo shows all incorrect products and also have attached my invoice.

Worst online business
Been 2 weeks and my order hasn't been processed not even shipped. I have mailed them over and over to cancel the order and refund my money but no reply. I paid extra for priority shipment but been 2 weeks but order ain't processed. I need my money back. I'm right here in the USA and the company is here too but House of Beauty are so unprofessional. I need my money refunded check your email and cancel that order ASAP

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Terrible service, took weeks to arrive (beyond the delay for covid). One item missing, a note included says it will be refunded within 3-5 business days. This has yet to happen and it's now four weeks. No response from the company at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Still waiting for my parcel...
I ordered a couple of items on the 27th of September and since the 30th, no updates available! I tried to email them but no answer! I ordered from the UK and I do understand that with the covid, it can take longer but in that case would be professional from them to give you some sort of update now and then because it's really frustrating! We are customers and we paid for a service, which does not deliver. I can't recommend this website unfortunately! I wish I could...

Placed order 4/23/20, said ship in 2-3 days. On 5/7/20 received tracking no., but USPS still has not received as of 5/18/20. Won't answer phone or reply to email. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

Ignored by Customer Service
I ordered from this company and wanted them to send an email with tracking information. I got an automation "ticket received" email response. However, I never got a response from anyone. It's been five days since I received the ticket, about 10 since I ordered... nothing. I guess House of Beauty don't have time for that, only for money. I would never order from these vile, greedy people again.

Shipped my package way to California!
These people shipped my package way to California when I live in the Midwest delivered it to the wrong address after waiting an entire month to receive my package! I spent almost 40 dollars and I paid for shipping. I contacted their customer service and called their number and nothing! These people are incompetent thieves that should NOT BE DOING BUSINESS when House of Beauty can't even get a simple address right!

BAD customer service
Ordered a jar of Vitapointe hair cream. Chose 3-7 day standard shipping, but after paying with paypal and placing order, it listed 3 day delivery for $15. Emailed immediately for change, but no response. Emailed 6 times, reply finally got was rude and refused to help. THIS SELLER charges a 30% restocking fee, so not worth returning my $24 jar of hair cream. What a RIPOFF. And check out their attitude on website if you try to dispute via PayPal. SCUM.

This company is a fraud
Three phone numbers listed (one on credit card statement, two in the FAqs). The VM box of one is always full. The other two are constant busy signals (not in service). 4 emails re: status of order not responded to. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I just reported these guys to credit card company. Not sure anything will happen. But don't spend your money with them. House of Beauty are not a valid business concern. No product. No email re: status. The "tracking" link never works (it's not real). Avoid these people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I waited 14 days for shipping details & it's been over 20 now. Tried to contact them three times & I haven't heard a word back, not even an email saying there is a delay. I hope I get refund because I don't want anything from them. Worst online shop I have ever had to deal with. Anyone who has good to say about them must be one in a 1000. I'm contacting my bank in the next couple of days.

Don't order from this company
I made an order on 29 November, the item said delivered by 1 December. I am still waiting for my merchandise! I have sent two emails asking for information and all I get is some automated response! I guess I'll be listing this with the BBB and going to the Post office to see about mail fraud! House of Beauty were quick to take my money! I wish they could be given a zero star rating!

Ordered 4 Hair Pieces And Detangling Mousse For A Wedding 5/30 Got The Mousse No Hair, Had To Purchase More Hair, No One Will Answer Your Calls Same Voice Mail All Numbers I'm Out Over 50.00 Dollars Look How Little The Box No Hair! Want My Money Ruined Everything!

Horrible customer service and website
I've emailed and left attempts at contacting so many times now about my order, I live in nz and didn't realise at the time of ordering that the prices were not new Zealand currancy, and there was no clarification on the website about it being us$ or whatever it was and got charged 20$ extra. Looking back on the bad reviews now, I senceraily regret ordering things from this website. I'm just hoping the order will actually get here, and considering trying to do things to get a refund already, but I know I have a low chance at getting a reply.

FRAUD
Writing this to save all of my sisters from disaster.

In short: the box will come with a paper with the items you ordered checked off as if it's in the box.

NOTE: No product will be there. She is doing this to keep her company afloat. She has nothing in stock. This is a fraud. The phone goes straight to voicemail and no where to leave a message and of course; no email response. Someone in Philadelphia needs to report this to the local news channel IMMEDIATELY! FRAUD company just to get money from the government! Terrible sister you are terrible!

UPDATE I RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND
I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, For failure to refund my money. I will also be reaching out to the local news station to further shine the light on the "PONZI SCHEME " being run on customers who order from your fake company HOUSE OF BEAUTY, I would like a full of refund of $71.96 A. S.A. P.!

Wrong address, poor service and poor communication
I am disappointed with this company. My order never came and I still cannot order because the system has refused to change or update my correct address so I am suck. I not got it and no one bothered to call

Scam!
I placed an order last week for a pack of five lashes, to which I received an email stating that I'd be receiving another email with a tracking number. The email never came and I know for certain that I paid express shipping. Not only that but their costumer service sucks. Nobody on the phone, and nobody answering emails. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

The worst.
Placed an order and should've known it would turn in to a disaster. I've waited patiently for it to arrive as life got crazy. Have now waited 5 weeks and received nothing. House of Beauty can somehow respond to posts on here, but not just respond to customer service requests and give refunds for their terrible fraud of a site. Shocked it still exists. DO NOT ORDER!
