I placed an order and paid for it on May 24,2020. On June 10th, I received an email saying that the USPS label had been printed, but not delivered to the the USPS establishment for shipping, The status said "Pre-shipment".

SIX WEEKS and EMAILS INQUIRING as to what was going on with my order... and I have heard NOTHING from them. I understand things can sometimes take longer and sometimes unforeseen problems arise, but the lack of communication, or NO communication is beyond anything I have every experienced from any even remotely reputable company.

I would like the products I ordered and if House of Beauty are unable to fulfill the order, I expect an immediate refund. Don't just take my money and then ignore me!

Ordered June 3 2021, Order #1812317 and 5 days later and the tracking number still not available and invalid. No response to 5 emails avoid this scummy trash company. Terrible customer service No care in the world

I ORDERED SOME PRODUCTS ON 4/24/2020. STARTED RECEIVING E-MAILS THAT IT IS DELAYED, BUT House of Beauty TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I TRIED CALLING THEM -- NEVER COULD REACH THEM. HAVE E-MAILED THEM - NO RESPONSE... I FINALLY CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.

I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. HOW COULD A COMPANY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE?

This company is a fruad. Nonsense company with the worse costumer service. House of Beauty never delivered my order. It's going to a month now

Good price but screen bit confusing on mobile display (prices and discount disappear until proceeding to pay).

Where is my parcel? Infact you sent me a tracking number that doesn't actually exist through a fake tracking website! I have sent lots a emails, and messages via Facebook, you would think being so rich off taking people hard earned money that you would be focused on getting back to people or having enough staff! So here in Australia it becomes a criminal offence and you will be investigated for fraud, it gets sent back to your government and the more people complain the more you will be investigated for fraud and you will be audited too. It takes time but if you already haven't. There will be a knock on your door! I suggest you refund the whole amount not half, not a 3rd but the whole amount within 24hours or I will be taking it further in my employment "fraud investigation" here in Australia. Sometimes you get the wrong "customer" who can do more damage to your already damaged business. Please don't use covid as a excuse I have received stuff from China before you! Took long to receive this 2 hair treatments House of Beauty said it was because of the Pandemia. Send 3 emails and in the last one the said the account will be revise. I received both products expired. I can handle the expiration dates. My mistake was that I didn't read the horrible reviews of other customersI didn't check the intervention of BBB with them and I didn't check in Amazon. Amazon have them. Next time Amazon will be my choice.

Placed an order on May 31 and still have not received a tracking number or an email saying that the order has been shipped. My card has been charged. I want to cancel my order and get a refund! Order # 1404218

I placed an order on April 29,2020, and received an email notification that my order had been received and processed. As of today, May 16,2020, my order has not arrived and each time I check it is still in process. Several attempts have been made to contact the company via email and by phone with no results.

I placed an order on the 10 of June and just received it however not all my order was shipped. My order number is 1423626 and on the invoice it is written with a pen that Item Code: *******06452 will be shipped in September. I can not wait three months to receive item i already paid for. Why hold my money $214.20 for three months when you don't have stock to ship? Please refund my $214.20 for the item that was not shipped. I have sent 2 emails but no reply from this company. I have tried calling but no one answering the phone. If i don't receive my refund of $214.20 by the 3rd of July i would be contacting my credit card company to file a claim. Very sad you would treat your customers this way.

Ordered Hask Charcoal shampoo from this site. Had a hard time finding as I believe manufacturer had discontinued. Was surprised when I googled product that this site had stock. Ordered 3 bottles and waited. Received order couple of weeks later. Opened box and realized House of Beauty had sent Hask Charcoal conditioner which pretty much is in stock everywhere. Checked my confirmation email they sent and they had changed confirmed the order as conditioner which I hadn't noticed when I received the email. Contacted customer service. They said I had ordered conditioner ( didn't) and I could get a refund if I sent photos of product, paid shipping back and had a 30% restocking fee. For what it's worth it's cheaper for me to throw the three bottles in trash.
DONOT waste your money doing business with this company. It's not worth the aggravation.

Shipping charge and my last order took over a month i had to continue to email

I ordered from this place about a month ago & ive finally received my product so I do think it's safe to order from this place but you should know that it will take longer than expected.

I purchase shampoo / conditioner and hair cream on feb1 got three different dates. Still not here...

I bought my two products on Oct. 6th. You emailed and said it was sent the 7th. You continually lie about the tracking. As of the 24 th the tracking has seized to exist and still no order. Shame on you for taking our money and not delivering the goods. I was charged immediately. You're thieves.

Shopping was fun, quick and easy. I just don't like paying for Shipping because it runs the bill up. However I do appreciate the coupon.

I had ordered hair gel April 18th and I am still waiting for my product. I have received emails informing me that it may take 8-14 days to process and ship my order. Still waiting...
I had also received some false shipping details with shipping numbers not being legit. I had them sent 2 inquiry emails to follow with where the hell my product is and receive a response informongmy that House of Beauty will riview my email When someone is viable. That was a week ago. This is bull$#*!! Never again would I order from the House Of Bull$#*!

At the beginning of the pandemic, it was April 9th, I ordered beauty products at this company, which I didn't know, but House of Beauty had what I wanted. The credit card was processed immediately.
I received several confirmation emails apologizing for the lateness, the last was on April 17th.
Since then I have not heard of them, they have not answered several emails or phone calls. I only want to cancel that order W-1280362
I do not believe this is a fake company, I do believe they have a lousy customer service. Please dear House of Beauty, no hard feelings, just give me back my money

I ordered 2 items and never received them. In fact House of Beauty were never even shipped. I contacted the company 5 times and no reply to my emails. Nothing! I paid by Amazon pay and issued a request for a refund... nothing.
Do not buy from them. I feel they are a fake business just stealing from everyone.

I made a purchase on 5/12/20 and I've yet to receive it. No one answers the phone regardless of time of the call. No one also answers my emails. This is very poor customer service and deceptive delivery timeline.

Bought a wig and followed directions to return it, after several attempts both by phone and email, House of Beauty finally sent me a return label. I returned the wig, which they finally acknowledged they received with directions on how I could replace the order or get a credit. Well, it's been going on two months and still no response to my replacement request or a credit. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE OR EMAILS! I will pursue this with my card company ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I placed an order on April 14 and was initially told that it would take 2 weeks. I didn't receive the items I ordered within that time. I subsequently received another date of May 9th with a shipping number. That date went with no update. I still haven't received anything. Not impressed at all.

I will never order from House of Beauty after House of Beauty waited over 2 weeks to cancel my order, which they kept telling me was on way, in my view this is an indefensible business practise.

September 1 ordered a comb and 10 creams for $41.33. Only received the comb worth 95 cents and order was marked shipped and completed. The creams each were 1.41 ounces so 10 would be 14.1 ounces. The envelope with the comb has a shipping label for only 3 ounces so the items were not shipped in that envelope. I have been asked twice to send photos of the item I received and have done so. Apart from that there is no response to more than 10 attempts to contact by email, phone and on social media by today October 13. Seems like a typical scam where sellers take money with no intention to ship items or refund in good faith if items are not available.

I have never been so disappointed with online purchase. I ordered a gift pack of my favorite perfume and it's filled with odorless spirit and not perfume. I have send multiple emails requesting for the return and get refund and haven't got any response.

Where is my order of detangler dryer on May 4th with order number 1784224 and i am yet to received any shipping details. I wrote a review two days back and you guys said you are working on it and nothing has been done about it. I have sent several emails no response. I have contacted my credit card company and you will hear from them soon

House of beauty world is FRAUD! Run people run! I placed an $80 worth of order since May 5th and one month later, no package. No customer service phone number to reach them either. I have sent countless emails to them but no response. Each time I track my package with the tracking number displayed under my order details, it says USPS still awaiting shipment from seller. Today is June 4th and USPS is still awaiting shipment. How do you say my package is shipped and you have not sent it out to USPS? I have been a loyal customer and you choose to go fraudulent on me? I'm in shock.
