Customer service (update)
I made a large order with this company months ago only received one item from the items that I ordered have been trying to get in contact with them use the tracking number and found out my order was delivered on July 18,2020 to somebody in Connecticut I live in New Mexico. Ive been trying to get in hold of them for weeks to get this matter fixed I've left numerous messages there's never been anybody live you can speak to and it says their business hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM I have also sent numerous emails and House of Beauty say they will return in answer to me within 24 hours which is an automated message and the last time I sent one was last Monday here it is a week later I still haven't heard anything but nobody picks up I do not recommend. UPDATE: After placing this review they Promptly sent me a private message and wanted to rectify the situation. They were very kind and I received my shipment approximately three days after we spoke they made everything right.

Inspect products better before sending them out
So I have ordered one particular wig 3 different times from this vendor ( sensual vella vella lace front). The first time I ordered this product, it was the length and fullness advertised, (28 in)and I was very satisfied. So a few months later, I ordered the same wig again expecting the same length and quality... not only was it a little shorter, but nowhere near as full and lustrous as the 1st wig! :( so upset, I immediately ordered one more to see if I would get one like the 1st wig I received. This one was shorter like the 2nd wig, but thinner! :( I was highly disapointed as I had planned for this wig to be my primary style for awhile. I have since decided not to purchase that brand anymore, or shop with HOB world. It is false advertisment when you start off selling something one way then drastically change it up while still advertising it that way! :(

A big Con, Beware!
Company failed to deliver one of the expensive items I ordered from a list of many beauty products - A set of 6 ceramic rollers. I sent them pictures where you could clearly see that it was impossible to fit them into the box House of Beauty sent to me and that the actual invoice itself showed where packer was ticking items off and the rollers were not ticked off. They just kept repeating that they had been packed with no budging. I had absolutely no recourse. I live in Ireland and have lodged a complaint with my consumer affairs people here not sure where that will go as I believe they are an american registered company. I have been a customer of Amazon for years and typically don't order anywhere else. Now I know why.
Note Amazon followed up as I payed via their secure payment service, and I received 80% refund of the item eventually. I'll still give only 1 star for all the hassle!

Buyer, Beware!
I placed an order with House of Beauty world. The order total came to over 100 USD. The courier was not able to deliver my goods as I was out at the time. The goods were returned to the store. This was in 2019 and till now, I have not received my refund. I live in the United Kingdom and when I tried to get my money back, the store informed me that I must accept a store credit and ring my order through. Later, House of Beauty insulted me by writing to tell me I should see a professional because I demanded my money back.

Please do not order from House of Beauty World. They will steal your money if the goods are not delivered. Furthermore, they will mock you simply for trying to get your money back. If you want good customer care and a stress free shopping experience, I strongly advise you spend your money elsewhere.

LITERALLY STEALING MONEY FROM CLIENTS
I cant find any more ways to ask for my money, I was confirmed the refund was going to be processed and nothing has happeened so far, the last repsond yesterday was that "the parcel was delivered" Yes it was, it was delivered to the wrong address we have agreed to that almost 2 months ago, several times that I contacted yout through your messenger becasue that is the only place you repond, no phone nothing.

YOU ARE CLEARLY STEALING MONEY, and the lack of your respond is just confirming that. I have posted different pictures of al your conversation in google review, and your messenger and still, keeping the money that does not beling to you.

Tell me and do not bring that BS saying you are doign your best because you are not,`you also have your CRM (Zendesk) which clearly shows that you do not have to use it since you gusy never replied.

The update I need is when my money is going to be refunded. I am not asking any other questions.

1/6 of the items arrived. Customer service is out of reach.
Initially, House of Beauty sent an email with confirmation of my order stating that delivery may be delayed due to the National pandemic, understandable. I placed my order on May 3rd. On May 20th the tracking was updated stating that the order was ready for shipment. I received one item out of a 6 item order. I thought perhaps it would come in multiple shipments, so I patiently waited. On June 3rd I sent an email asking for an update on if my order was split into two shipments or what was going on with it. I got no response so I looked through their website for their support form. On June 8th I sent them a request to asking for an update on my order, if it was delayed, if we were waiting for more supplies, still no response. I got a survey to review my experience with them on the 12th, I filled it out and said that I was very displeased with what was going on. It took me to another form to fill out to get them to respond to me, it was the same one that I had filled out a few days before. I filled it out and told them that this has been going on for over a month and I wanted an answer as to where the rest of my $60 order was and to please contact me as soon as possible. Their phone number rings directly to a message machine that does not record customer responses, it's just a open-ended message stating that their office is closed. I feel very frustrated that my emails have fallen on deaf ears, it's like they took my money and only gave me part of my order and now they don't want to talk to me.

Horrible customer Service
I love that House of Beauty have the broad selection of Adore colors. In my first order two items were missing.

I sent an email a couple days later and was requested that I send them a picture of the invoice and the box. I threw them away already.

Then I received an email from them that the remaining items were back ordered and would arrive at the warehouse the next day and would ship from there.

When I enquired again, they sent me the tracking number of the first box.

I responded that is the original shipment that is missing items and was delivered before they sent me an email that said they would ship the remaining products the next day.

They responded to that email by asking for a picture of the box and invoice again.

My response now, is threatening to dispute the charges unless I get a refund for the missing products in $48 hours.

Dissatisfied customer
My order took 6weeks even though I paid for faster shipping. I contacted you immediately after receiving on July 22. I have not heard back from you. I am attaching a photo of the hair I purchased from you along side of the packs I purchased from 200 miles away from my house, traveling to Denver Colorado to purchase the correct color hair.
As you can see the hair I received by you, which is evidenced by your bar code which is visible.
The hair is not the color I ordered, not by your fault but by the company that packages the hair. Both packages say this is the same color 51. But House of Beauty are extremely different. Yet I am the customer, why should I be the one left unsatisfied. They got their money, you got your money, but I, the one that paid for this useless order, am now stuck with a product that I can not use.
Not only did I receive the wrong product, but I usually get a discount because I purchased over 10 items. So if you look at my purchase history you can see that I have never paid as much as I have paid with my last order, my last useless order.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company this time
I have been a loyal customer for years.
But I will not be ordering from you again.

AWFUL
Two months ago I searched for a concealer that I couldn't find in my country, so I decided to order it on this site. Never received it. I'm still waiting. I know the time it's difficult but I never had to wait so much, even with sites like Wish or Shein... And that says all! (oh and with them I received my pack in like 5 days, I'm in Italy). I tried to contact them through various emails... And House of Beauty never responded, never. I also tried to call them: they let me wait some minutes and after they directly sent me to the voicemail... Oh, and I had to pay for that! No one picks it up and I had to pay it, pay to talk to a registered voice. 06/17/2020 This is the date when I placed my order. I don't care if it's late but I need to know it! Sorry, I needed it to know it so I could have ordered it from another site. Awful.
