I have never had an experience like this with any online company. I paid for three items but only received two. I messaged the company and received a nonsensical reply to send a picture of the items I received in error and I would be sent a prepaid lablel to send the items back. I again explained my issue only to get the same response. I sent a copy of my invocie and still have not gotten any assistance. House of Beauty have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. It's pointless to try and get help with your problem from their customer service. Dear customer means nothing to them. Never again, House of Beauty World.

It says free shipping over $55... and my shipping was not free.

I ordered from them never received my hair gel promises to send since June then July now House of Beauty are closed down but still open on the internet

Got the item I ordered, shipping time from US to Norway was a little slow compared to other US sites, but not that bad. The prices are good and the customer service was a bit slow, but House of Beauty answered me withing a couple of days. I see alot of negative reviews, but in my case it wasn't a bad experience. I may have got lucky, but I would order again as long as it isn't too pricey because of all the bad experience that customers have with the company.

I ordered 3 capes almost a month ago. House of Beauty charged my card right away and never shipped them. I have complained twice, they said they shipped them but UPS says otherwise. I will never order from them again. Jennifer King

Called them and no answer. Order number is #1432393. Emailed and called them under 24 hours to cancel my order and no matter how many times I called I got no answer. Now if I am unable to get a refund then I will be calling my bank and BBB to issue a complaint against them.

I ordered from them I've been receiving the same email about a delay in processing my Item due to Covid19. I emailed them twice no response.
Should I be worried?

I have asked them for a refund it's a been, House of Beauty said my refund has been completed to expect it in 2-5 business days, it's been 7 days now I still haven't received anything and I've sent countless email with no response.

I ordered my Items two weeks ago, I've asked them to refund me my money if the items cannot be shipped.

I hope I did not get scammed, I'll give an update if I hear from them.

In the past few months it has 3 or more weeks 2 receive my orders.
So I wait to how long it takes me 2 receive my latest order.

I placed an order on January 2,2021 and when I received it on January 23 there was a note enclosed that stated one of the items I ordered was not available and I would receive a refund for it in 3-5 days. I should have received a refund when House of Beauty packed my order and knew the item wasn't available. I have since sent two emails requesting to receive my refund and both requests were ignored. I still have not received a response from HOB or my refund. I was a loyal customer for many years when I lived in Philadelphia and still patronized their business when I moved out of state. Sad to say they have lost a loyal customer over $8.95.

It took me multiple emails and finally threats on a public forum to get my refund... so stay away...!

I bought hair for $35.43 on 4/14/2021. I never received it and it is 8/05/3020. I have called and emailed 17 times but no answer. This is the worst service I have ever received. I would still love to have the hair or you do a refund. Thanks

Ordered items in April, did not receive. Keep getting emails stating it is still processing. I have called (number is never answered... big surprise) and CANCELLED through email. STILL getting emails stating it is still processing!

What rude, awful customer service. I emailed to enquire where my order is as it has been 2 weeks now and House of Beauty responded stating:

‘There are no estimates for international parcels'. I queried as to why it does not state this on their website (as I wouldn't have placed an order had I known it would take a month + to arrive) and the response I got was ‘It does not state this on the website because it's common sense'

How rude and unprofessional!

I followed up with this and they have come back to me stating ‘It's unprofessional not to have common sense'.

I'm absolutely shocked, who are you employing to work in your customer service team? This is not how you speak to anyone, let alone your customers. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company and their costumer service. I purchased a product from them September 25,2020. When I received my package I was sent the wrong order. I tried reaching out to them via Instagram, e-mail and their phone line, multiple times with no response. It is now January 29,2021. The product that I purchased ($356.50) was more than the item that was sent to me. Come to find out I'm not the only costumer that has been trying to get ahold of this company with many issues of wrong products being sent, not receiving their products and money being taking from them. Please do your research ladies and gentlemen. So you don't end up getting screwed over like me and many other people.

I waited 7 weeks for a product, contacted them, and House of Beauty sent me an email saying there was none in stock and I would get a refund, but they INCLUDED in my email my FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER along with the EXPIRATON DATE! Surprise, surprise… a few days later my cc was compromised! What idiots!

I have not received my order, unable to reach anyone place order on May 18th this is in unexpectedly. The company has my money with Merchandise received. Maybe I will get a response now

I placed an order to House of Beauty World on April 24,2020 for 6 American Crew Spray gels. My credit card was charged the next day. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have emailed numerous times, received same generic email back, saying due to pandemic shipping times are extended. Tried calling numerous times, always goes to a message giving time business is open, never can talk to a live person. If you are going to charge my credit card, then send my order or write an email that gives detailed information concerning my order, or have the integrity to refund my money if you cannot place the order in a timely manner.

Got a steam roller set that didn't work. No steam comes out. House of Beauty said I had to take photos on the ship box inside and out, around all the sides, the original box, all the parts. Then they would send it to the department and they will let me know if I get a refund. How does these photos show no steam coming out. This company has the worst feedback. An F rating on BBB. I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. On their return policy it said nothing about all these firey hoops. I look on it today and they added it in. Wasn't there yesterday. Wow!

Need more choices in hair lengths on the same item.
Need to honor your free shipping with orders over $50. Very dishonest.

I ordered some hair products from this company on 11/3/2020. House of Beauty sent me a tracking number for my order, however, this tracking number was used back in July 2020 for another customer who lives in another state and delivered on July 18,2020. This definitely wasn't mine! I contacted this company via email (4x's) and called numerous times. They don't answer the phone and they don't return emails. I called my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. I received my money back. This company is NOT LEGIT! Buyer beware please!

My order was missing 3 items when it arrived. There was no email communication or message explaining why the items were missing and I was charged the full amount.

On the printed packing list that came with my package, there was a handwritten ‘x' and ‘refund' scribbled on the missing items.

I was charged for the whole order and have been waiting for the refund since May 24th. It's now August 7th. I have repeatedly called both numbers listed (website and Facebook page) and emailed House of Beauty but have not received a response.

Since I have not received the products and was still charged (with no refund) this amounts to theft/fraud.

Unfortunately it appears I'm not the only one. House of Beauty has been reported with the BBB and has a poor rating. Additionally, there are multiple customers who have noted the same experience I had on the company's Facebook page.

I do not recommend purchasing from House of Beauty and honestly wish I'd done more research on the company before ordering. This is a 0/10 customer experience.

Website says "free shipping over $55" but I was charged $5.95 even though my order is $83.71

Besides that; very good site and experience shopping.

I ordered a particular product in May and I never received it. Status says in process and I have made at least three attempts at contacting customer service. I think that House of Beauty only responded to one of my emails and nothing was done about this situation. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me several times already but they do not cooperate with me on this. Several months of waiting is outrageous and completely uncalled for. I will never do business with them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. Still waiting to see if my order will be canceled and refunded!

I order a wig off this sight almost a month ago and received and email immediately after purchase. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I NEVER GOT THE TRACKING NUMBER. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS. I believe this place is a scam just to take your money. And it is a shame because I was really looking forward to this wig. I'm am preparing to take legal action at this point because after my research I have found that NUMEROUS people have had the same experience as me. I want a full refund and House of Beauty better act quick or this whole place will be shut down!

Good. But shopping cart keeps clearing out every few hours even though I was still shopping.

Scam. Paid for an order that never arrived. "Customer service" never answers the phone or email. Cannot send a pic because House of Beauty don't send the product.

I have contacted the company about not receiving anything nobody had gotten back to me at all I've spent $90 and received no products

Never received my order. Tried contacting them email multiple times but never got a response and neither a refund for my order. I ordered on 6th February 2021. Its already over 6 weeks. I would recommend never order from them.

I made an order on the 1st of May today is the 26th and no package no response no update from the company, I've reported them to my bank and the attorney general in Philadelphia and consumer trading standards. It's not me that you'll rob I'm from the UK we don't play with $#*! like that
