House of Beauty is not registered on BBB. Therefore, this business has no BBB rating and accreditation.
No response. September 1, and 2nd i ask for a refund no response. September 3 i received an email my items have been shipped. This company is a fraud. Once you put in an order House of Beauty will not help you. If you return the items they charge you a restock fee.
Broke with 2 minutes of using it
House of beauty took 3 weeks and 4 emails to reply
Their response: " we do not accept any returns"
Horrible company. Fake products. Do not buy!
Update. April 26,2021
I have not received a refund or replacements of my items. This will be evidence of me trying to resolve it with no resolve. I will report this business. I will continue to post until I get this resolved.

I received an email requesting the items destroyed and missing as the pictures I sent would not open. (Pic Below), I replied the same day. No response, no refund seen, Nothing Resolved as yet!
I waited patiently because it's unusual time we having now, But been too late so I emailed them and called them many times but they never answered me or email back.
Seriously, I want my money back!
I've emailed 4 times and each times I was ignored. I have an email tracker so I can see if emails I've sent have been opened or not and each one has been opened once and left, so it's not even the case of ‘House of Beauty got lost in a pile of other emails', they've chosen to purposefully ignore them.
The fact that this company handles shipping to the UK, they should be familiar with UK consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects customers against faulty goods, unreasonable services and unfair terms. Customers can seek refunds, replacements and repairs for physical goods and content if the promise doesn't live up to the reality.
I've emailed saying if my refund is not returned I will escalate this further. I don't want to have too but this is ridiculous. Quite frankly, sort your sh*t out. As you can see all your previous customers just want their stuff replace for refunded. It's really not that difficult even with a reduced workforce.
This is my last time reaching out. Please return my money.

I was charged for an order I attempted to cancel over 24 hours before it was shipped. Even though I followed company instructions to contact them phone calls and emails were conveniently ignored until it was," too late". Their customer service rep then accused me of tampering with the item. House of Beauty also wanted to charge about half the cost of the item to return it.
Never again. There's too many better run beauty supply options to settle for this poorly run organization.
Do not do buy products from this HOB because House of Beauty don't do business with you. They only take your money and don't make good on providing the product. I will contact the attorney General office in Philadelphia for their fraudulent practices.
