House of Beauty charge your card and then keep extending your ship dates. If took them 5 days to even rey to my 1st message and ignore my request to cancel! No more $pending my $ with Chinese business!

No reply from x4 emails asking what has happened to my order.
Really disappointed, please don't waste your money.

My ordered was delayed. I was still charged although nothing was shipped. I asked for a cancellation. House of Beauty still shipped my items (4 week late), although I asked for a refund. I have emailed 5 times, left messages on social media, and now I am. I recommend that everyone call their bank and ask for their money back. This is a scam company.

I placed an order on 4/18/20 & today is 5/18/20 have yet to receive it. House of Beauty charged my account the day the order was placed but no order received. They only send an autogenerated email saying order is delayed. You can't get a live person on the line & zero response by email. Avoid This Company at ALL Cost

I am so over this place and will be calling my credit card company to report fraud charges on my card. I ordered 2 bottles of lotion almost 2 months ago and still have not received them. House of Beauty indicated that there was a delay due to covid. Hell businesses have opened back up since then and I should have had my products. Cannot get in touch with anyone via email or by phone. I WILL NOT LET YOU ALL STEAL FROM ME YOU ALL HAVE THE WRONG ONE. PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING AND YOU ALL ARE STEALING AND LYING

I received my confirmation that my order was received House of Beauty sent me a tracking number, finally and after tracking it I tract it all the way to Houston where it was dropped off! I called DHL who delivered it they said the item I described was not what they dropped off and that my name and order was not in the system! I have been trying to contact them for two weeks now I have sent 5 emails and the number they have listed stay busy! I am so upset this was my birthday outfit I was taking pictures in on July 30 I am so upset because I still haven't seen a response. I am not in the business of just giving money away!

The ordering process was easy. Got to wait until I receive my product to give it a complete rating

The wig i ordered did NOT come in tge ombre silver. I will need to purchase from another site. Too much hassle

Placed an order with a 20% coupon and upon closeout House of Beauty removed the coupon and charged full price. 2 weeks of emails and calls later, not resolved. None of the 4 phone numbers were ever answered at any time of day (must have called over 20 times). Not a single email was ever answered. While I called within several times within 24 hours after ordering, I was unable to every cancel or alter my order. There must be someone at the company. Got the credit card company involved to cancel the order but finally decided to just suck it up and lose the $50.00. Will not buy from them again. You shouldn't either--they are a true risk for money loss.

House of Beauty sent me a torn, beat up, stained, used, fragrance spray, instead of a new one. I immediately sent an email to their Customer Support to start a return. In fact, I have sent MANY EMAILS, as well as many call attempts. I've requested a Return Authorization Number from them, many times.

Guess what I've heard back?

Crickets!

House of Beauty take your money and don't send product nor do they answer their phone! Stay clear of the bogus company!

This is an update. My order was promptly dealt with as soon as House of Beauty opened. Im very pleased with the outcome my worries were laid to rest.

I understand with covid things will tame longer. I ordered it about a month ago, no tracking email or rmail saying its been shopped and i have messaged them 3 times over the past week and sone change with no reply. I need my package for june (my birthday) and now this could effect things very negatively

I ordered on nov, 23,2020 it is now dec 14 2020 i still haven't receied a tracking, email or anythng. When i go back to the site it says my order is in the cart but when I click on the shopping cart the cart says empty. Of course its empty because i paid for the merchandise and haven't received at least an email stating my order was received this is totally sickening. I understand things maybe delayed but come on how long do I have to wait before I receive any acknowledgement of my order

So I placed a $168 dollar order, this is part 2 of my review. Basically House of Beauty said my orders been shipped but it hadn't and they immediately took the money from my account. I sent countless emails, no answer. Called no answer. So I wrote a review in here, only then I got a poorly drafted email saying there has been changes made to my order and someone reached out to me here saying I'll be getting the refund in 5 days, yet nothing. Why does it even take so long to refund? COVID is not an excuse for they're crafty service. They only want to steal from you. I am asking that you guys please refund my money. I hope to see it by tomorrow or I will be filing a claim with my bank and of course either way, I will be reporting your business to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered items from this company. Most of the items were delivered except for three items in which House of Beauty told me by note that the missing items will be shipped later. It also stated that it has to come from another warehouse. It has been since early May when I first received the initial items. It is now late June and I have not heard from or seen any missed items from this company. They will not contact you at all. When you call them, it either hangs up or automatic voice telling you they are closed and it's business hours. What a joke of a business. Order#1796327

Purchase easy, but contacting CS is impossible. I was tripled charged for an order (that never arrived yet). Unable to get to customer service after many tries online and phone.

After this posting, House of Beauty sent a refund to my credit card. However, I couldn't get contact with customer support until I posted on ReviewFeeder. No kidding! And it was weeks after the delivery date. At least, House of Beauty made good for the extra charge and the product was eventually delivered.

I placed on order on March 30,2020 and still have not received it nor received any specific information about my order. I repeatedly get a generic email that says due to Covid19, orders will take 8 to 14 business days to process and ship but my order was placed 24 business days ago. I've called the customer service number and no one answers. I have sent several inquiries via their website and have received no response. I realize that this is a trying time but this is extremely poor customer service. I can be patient with good communication but have lost my patience due to not receiving any valid information from this company.

I love the ability to pay through Amazon. House of Beauty stocks a wide variety of products at great prices! I will keep coming back!

Please be careful with this website. Don't waste your money and your time chasing them to get your right order or your money back! It is a big joke, a big scam. I ordered a hairdryer and a brush more than three months ago, I have contacted them multiple times and House of Beauty haven't been replied, the order status hasn't been updated it and sadly I have found thousands of unsatisfied customers having the same plroblem.

You place an order and you never receive it. House of Beauty create a label through USPS and then cancel it. No refund will be issued.

Terrible customer service. I tried to stop an order before getting it shipped, and House of Beauty did not even bother to look at the MANY emails telling them not to ship, and they ship it out anyway. They do not answer their phones nor do they reply to any messages until AFTER they ship the product out. Do not do business with this company, I know I will not ever again.

Not only is the prices amazing compared to other shops online including beauty supply, but House of Beauty always offer some percentage off for their customers and I appreciate that because times is hard and every little bit of saving helps. This is my second order I'm placing although I haven't received the first order yet, but I was notified about the delays due to COVID-19 so I'm going to wait patiently for both of my orders to arrived. Thanks houseofbeautyworld.com for the amazing prices because I'm no longer ordering my skin care products from amazon or regular beauty plus.

I bought some items from this company on 13th of January this year. None of them looked like anything described on the package so I returned them. I have been waiting since for a refund, to no avail. Each time I call, it is ALWAYS a voice recording to say that their office is closed.

Please I need my refund ASAP.

I ordered from House of Beauty just about a month ago and still haven't got my order. I go check my status & it says shipped but when I go check my status with usps it says usps is waiting on item. I just want my money back or at least ship my purchase. It's sad how people take people money

Ordered hair products since April 2020. Received a bill for $158.71 canadian dollars. I an still waiting for the products to arrive and its June now. Tried emailing, calling to get the products. You cant speak to anyone. A lawsuit needs to go out against this company for scamming customers. This is illegal.

I've paid 230.76 in products on September 20th, I've yet to receive anything in the mail. It's November 11th now. I just received an email saying I'm being refunded for around 30$ which makes no sense given how much I paid. House of Beauty are impossible to reach and never reply to my messages. Basically I've been scammed out of 230.76 CAD. DO NOT BUY, you will lose your money.
