When placing an order, please make sure it is the House of Beauty. Today this website had some fraudulent activities going on and I received a telephone call from my bank that two order were placed and I did not do it. Banker stated that one order was denied and now my credit card is on hold. Be aware of hackers coping the company web page.

The image of the wig said to put in the coupon code "sale10" which was rejected each time I inserted it.

This is the second time am buying from them and it has been over a month and I have not received the items. I write them emails but House of Beauty don't respoond. I thought the first time was just a mistake but its just poor service and lack of manners! Will never buy from here again!

I was supposed to get a refund "3-5 business days" but it's been almost two weeks since my order got here and I checked with amazon and my bank account I dont see any refund. You cant lie to people and keep the money.

Love the way my items in cart were not deleted even after sitting in there for a couple of days. Love also the up -to the minute reminder to apply promotion code.
Generally, a major improvement from the first time I shopped here.

Second time I have ordered. First time was great. Ordered on July 5th. My shipment was assigned a UPS number on the 13th but hasn't moved from factory. I have emailed and called several times but it seems no one wants to respond. I should of already received my package. It is the 26th.

First site to come up on sreach bar, fast east checkout, and that's matter to me, hope deliver just as promised.

Do NOT NOT NOT orde from here! The customer service is horrible! I received the wrong product in the mail and the person that I spoke to was SO rude! I was told that it wasn't their fault that the product was the wrong shade (even though I clicked on the shade that I needed) and that House of Beauty don't have "test" woman working in the back to make sure that I get the right shade! All I wanted was the shade I ordered, not some special blend! When I asked for his name he sighed and smacked his lips and most likey gave me a fake name. I have never been treated so poorly after paying my hard earned money.

If this color is OK, then I'm satisfied. My regular color - Sweet Cream - is out of stock.

Everything has been very helpful for the products I need that have run out in stores due to covid 19. Great for me!
