I ordered a wig, whudh i did not recieve so I then asked for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, when I spoke to customer service, the lady on the phone said "The manager decided to not give you your refund but to ship the wig". I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT@#!$. WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could I would give it a 0 out of 5!

The product arrived separated and unusable. The packaging was in poor condition. House of Beauty did not answer my emails.

Do not order from this company ever again, my order came in pieces; what a horror! I spent 101.00 and hardly could have used any of this product. The customer service lady was rude obnoxious and no one resolved my problems. She told me because of $#*!ing customers like me who complains House of Beauty will not serve the public better... the worst!

You provide special discount coupons, but House of Beauty never work when you try to uses them. Big Joke

Rude Customer service. I will never buy from them again. Returned a wig that did not fit properly per their instructions. After waiting and not hearing from them, I checked the tracking number from the post office receipt. It was delivered to HOBs warehouse, but House of Beauty claim that they did not get it. I will now send them a letter and see what happens. Please beware that they are rude and will not help you.It's a scam to keep your money.

The worse company ever, please stay away from them, House of Beauty are fake. Bought three bottles of Mane Choice hair growth vitamins for a total of $77.85. Opened a bottle of fake fishy smelling capsules. Could not return the remaining two unopened bottles. Called customer care and got the run around. Their return policy on their site is quiet unfavorable. They'd need to approve your return and give you a return code number, then some other charges also apply. Walmart should audit and bear some responsibility for their third party vendors. Got to them through Walmart.com

Terrible customer services, i have ordered from this company and my payment go through but i couldn't get any information about my order!
Also i have sent many e-mails to them but unfortunately i couldn't get any response from them.

House of Beauty are very useless, unprofessional. They gave me faulty product. They don't answer phone, don't reply email. They are cheating with customer. Pls stop buying from this rubbish company and save your money and time.

Still have not longer than 30 minutes so consider this its a fake fragrance or reduced in ingredients. So I send buck to them by paying shipping label from my money I stopped of buying from this website because I lose my time and money I Olson wish thay could fixed all the errors and provide better coality en fragrance so we can triste theme again.

Ordered a salon hair bonnet hair dryer. Was told that I would receive a call yesterday for shipment label. Still no call. Called today, customer service gave me attitude. Told me it was been reviewed by manager. What's to review?. You sent me a dead unit!. I need a exchange or money back. Then proceed to tell me I can pay for shipping back if I want faster service!. The ##$%^!. Wasnt like this 10 years ago, their service on exchange policy is downright horrible!

I wish I would had came across these reviews before placing my order. This place is a piece of $#*! don't spend your cash there. House of Beauty send me my Avolon product and the bottle came broken, the box came saturated in liquid. I paid $86 for the product. I send them 20 different emails and contacted their customer service for weeks still no respond. Finally someone replied to my email and said send me pictures. I send more pics and still no respond yet. Very unprofessional site stay away please

On there website House of Beauty claim "Houseofbeautyworld is a true Beauty Super Store founded in 1984 with one goal in mind, give the customers what they want. Provide quality service" THAT IS A ABSOLUTE LIE! They sent me the wrong product then when I noticed and emailed them about it they was very rude! And on top of all that there refund & exchange police is a joke in itself. Trust me don't order from this place. Massive waste of time and money.

I placed an order on 23 February 2019 and my order has never arrived. I tracked the parcel online and has been shipped since 28 February. The last tracking details was 2 Mar 19. I have contacted House of beauty and has been referred to my tracking details. Have recently called and sent email requesting for a refund and there has been no response. I will be contacting my bank for full refund including shipping cost. I have never had this experience shopping with house of beauty but this is my first time paying shipping cost to be delivered in Australia.

DO not purchase from this company please! Terrible customer service - the worst ever. I ordered a very expensive blow dryer for my mother and it was too heavy for her - I returned it in perfect condition. House of Beauty called me and accused me of it not being packaged correctly. Then after arguing with them they only refunded me 70%. Be aware of their "restocking fee" that they keep when it's not clear in their return policy. Order from anyone else but House of Beauty. Do research and look at their terrible reviews. I wish I did. Because of House of Beauty, I will never order from another unknown company again.

I ordered 4 hair curlers 3 of which was not what I thought so I called the company and listened to the prompts for customer service to see how to return them and as soon as I clicked on the prompt it comes right up saying " no one is available to take your call, leave a message" I was not going to leave a message because I know House of Beauty will never get back to you. I am saving on my snap shot the times i called and got no one on phone and going to dispute the charges on my credit card because i do not want something i can't use.

I ordered goods worth almost $800 USD in June, got the goods at the end of July only to receive the good with a not saying the remaining order will be shipped in September! That is almost half of my order that was not snet. No email was sent prior to this to inform me. I have written several emails, tried to ring House of Beauty to no avail. I only got an email last week from one of the workers and she stopped communicating. I have bought items within a year totaling almost $4,000 USD and to be treated so lowly is disappointing. I mainly shop online and have never been treated like this by any shop. I would appreciate if my refund is issued ASAP as I don't think I would want to do business with this company again. This is the most disgusting way to treat customers.

I ordered two diffrent orders from House Of Beauty! I recieved both boxes with 1 box having 4 items missing and a reciept with check bu the missing items, House of Beauty acknowledged not shipped yet, ok fine but I wanted to reach out just to make sure they update me with a new tracking number for the items missing, I got no answer until I found the cell phone number listed in my email reciept copy at the very very bottom, so I called and a gentleman answered and said after the July 4th holiday, he will ship these items, he also asked for me to take a snapshot of my paper reciept and text it, i did ( could of just emailed him the emailed copy, but ok) anyways so I left it alone, come Tuesday, I textd again and assured me Thursday, will be shipped, LIED, and I have ALL THE TEXT BETWEEN HIM AND MYSELF. Today, I called and textd and finally when he did answer, he said DONT YOU GOOGLE OR STAY UPDATED ABOUT SHIPPING? I ordered 2 boxes of Clairol Soy4Plex Cream 12G *******07299. Upon opening one box, I found the tube to be half used and sold to me as new. What a waste of money! I had to throw out the box. Wish I checked both boxes when the first arrived.

You said free shipping on $55 but you still charged me

I ordered a nail set on the 15th of May, I was told it would be delivered by the 25th, it's now the 13th of June. I've tried emailing for weeks, calling, contacting through their website, and I have had no reply! On the tracking House of Beauty provided it's been in the same place for 4 weeks, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam!

No one answers the phone when you call customer service AND no replies to email

I have never recieved product, I have never had a response and I have not recieved a refund for the order. I'm wondering how to get my money back.

3RD EMAIL NO RESPONSE

I placed order # 1381456 on May 15th and have not received confirmation that my order was processed nor a tracking number to date. 3 days later on May 18th, I received a confirmation email that order # 1381456 was being processed and to allow 2-4 days in which I'll receive a tracking number. Now, almost 30 days later, I am receiving an email stating any order that has not been shipped, will be shipped out in the next 7-10 days.

Where is my order?

House of Beauty allowed their customers to purchase products knowingly that the purchased items was either sold or would not be shipped.

I am requesting that House of Beauty ship my order immediately, now, Friday, June 5th 2028.

This company does not know how to satisfy a customer or conduct business. I purchased a wig, when I finally received it, it did not look like the picture. When I requested for a return, it took six or seven emails back and forth to finally get a return authorization, House of Beauty wanted pictures which I sent several times. Claimed they never received them and the final straw was if I return it and they do not like the condition(which was untouched), I have to pay for return shipping and shipping back to me if they do not approve. I am done dealing with these clowns. Be careful if you buy from them, very shady!

I totally agree with John. I also was told to take a photo of the item I wanted to return although House of Beauty knew the order number, etc. I would have gladly purchased a different item that matched my needs but they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee for an item that weighted 10 ounces. I donated it instead. Rip off company for sure and very rude customer service. I only had contact by email because I don't think their phone system is legitimate. Stay away from them entirely
