Okay first House of Beauty didn't write the shipping cost when i was paying and then after I payed they wrote 40$ shipping! I live in canada and on there site it's said from 11$. And after i paid the total price was 77$ with the shipping and all and that's what i agreed to pay (37$ without the shipping) but they took 84$ from my account and sent me the receit as 58 usd which is 84 cad like wtf is this. I tried to contact them by phone no one answered so I sent an email and it's been like a week and no one responded. And now i got the things but one of the products I wanted was a wella bleach powder (4 packets of wella bleach powder 1 oz) but what i got was a l'oreal bleach powder and just ONE packet. I will NEVER get anything from there again.

I placed an order on May 27,2020, and so far I have not received it and I have sent 2 emails to customer service asking when I could expect to receive it. So are I have not receive a reply to either email. I am starting to think that there is no such company and House of Beauty and I have been scammed!

I ordered from these guys nearly a month ago, and my order has said it has been shipped... but every time I check the status of my order, the delivery date gets changed every day. First, it said it would arrive on the 28th, then October the 3rd, then the 4th and now the 5TH! I'm scared to even check the status tomorrow because, at this rate, it would have changed YET again. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER, NOR HAVE I GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR PACKAGE THE %&#^*$% FRAUDS.

I placed an order on 30th April and I still have not received it and have emailed you and called so many times and still no response. Can I have a refund please?! This is disgusting service

Ordered from Australia on 28th Nov and still haven't received my products. Tried reaching multiple times and no reply from them yet! 2 months in and no idea where my package is or any response from team.

EDIT: Refund happened but there is no way am ever ordering from these people again.

It says free shipping orders over 75$ but I was charged 50$

Should have read reviews before ordering from this company. Took me a week to get approval to return a hair setter. Made me open the box to send pictures and then House of Beauty tell you you can't return if the box is open. Want to charge 30% restocking fee on top of postage to return. They never answer the phone. I will never order from this company again and I advise everyone else not to use them either. Employees are rude. Stay away!

I am the victim of a scam! ZERO star for this company
I wish I could leave without any star. This company doesn't deserve it.
I purchase two hair masks at the beginning of July 2021. On July 19 the money was taken from my bank account. Beginning of August, the 7th, I called them to inquiry about my items. House of Beauty said it had been cancelled and that my money had been put back on my account. IT DID NOT HAPPENED!
When I told them that if my money did not return to my account I was going to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to file a complaint. Not they cut me off from logging in back on the site for fear of bad reviews.

Don't waste your money or time going to their site. You could be the next victim!

I placed my order with house of beauty on October 15th and the shipping option I chose was 3-7 days. It's almost been a month and House of Beauty haven't even shipped my product out yet. I wrote a message to them regarding my order on their website and was told that my order would be shipped the following week. It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't been shipped and no one will answer my message anymore, plus I can't track the order on the website. The only reason I decided to order from house of beauty was because I got all the products I needed from LovelySkin.com, they were just sold out of one of the items I needed and were restocking the following week but I didn't want to wait that long for the product so I tried this website, little did I know I would be waiting a month +. If you're looking for a good, reliable website please check lovelyskin.com FIRST - I literally get all my products within 2 days of ordering them, I should have stuck with this website. I did read a couple negative reviews about house of beauty scamming people this way but I figured i'd give them a shot anyway. BAD IDEA. This website is horrible - use any other website for your products! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I ordered perfume from them on May 8 totaling $98.10. I got an email on May 12th saying it may take longer to ship due to Covid19. The charge hit my account on May 11th. Around May 20th, I started looking for my tracking number but I was never given one. I checked my order on June 1st and it said that it has been cancelled. I've call all the numbers listed for this business during business hours and I only get a recording. My order was cancelled yet House of Beauty still charged me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The very last time I ordered this same product it arrived pen and busted up. Your company didn't wrap it up securely good at all. I was very displeased with how I received my order. Not wrapped up tightly at all.

I ordered shampoo on May 12. House of Beauty charged the credit card but no product. No one answers the phone... just a recording. No response to emails. Sporadically I get an email from them that they have minimal staff due to Covid. They still could answer emails. Customer service is non-existent. Still no product. No response from them. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM YOU ARE JUST GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY!

I have never ordered from this company before and receive my package today with the item poorly made. It is a drawstring ponytail brand that I usually buy but this one came defective with the tracks loose and poorly sewn in. The color was off and the shininess was also different from the other ones I have received in the past. I called the customer service number on the invoice and got an automated phone line where no one would answer. It gives you the option to leave a voicemail but when you try to leave it you are unable to. I purchased this item for my birthday and not sure if it is even wearable. I am very disappointed. To top it off House of Beauty just folded the package in half and shoved it into an envelope. I will stick with Amazon in the future.

Impossible to get in touch with customer service. No response to emails

I ordered a cream in August, received 2 emails saying the product isnt even in stock and has to wait 2-4weeks. Its not january and i havent heard anything since september. I have emailed 3 times and called and received no response.

Takes way too long to get order and it has nothing to do with the virus

I placed an order April 10th and paid 2 day shipping. I did not received a tracking number as House of Beauty said I would with in 24 hours. I finally received an email stating my order was being processed on April 14th. That email also stated I'd be getting a tracking number as soon as it shipped. It is now April 28th and it still has not arrived. I've called numerous times, only to get a answering machine stating they are closed. (I called during regular business house).
I have sent numerous emails, only to get an auto response.
I'm completely disgusted with this customer service! I will NEVER order from them again! I suggest NO ONE ORDER from this company. They should not be allowed to operate at all. They are a scam and rip off!

I was a regular customer of House of Beauty, for years. Spent a lot of money with them and was a satisfied customer. My last order I was missing a hair product, I had ordered. I emailed them... no response. I called them, no response. You couldn't leave a message. As I previously stated, I've spent a lot of money with them and felt I was a valued customer. I don't like dealing with any company that doesn't respond to issues... especially when I didn't get what I paid for. I reported this company to the BBB. If you're missing an item in your order... you can kiss your money

Last order I placed with HouseOfBeauty I received smaller sized product but was charged for the larger size I originally ordered. I contacted customer service but never received a reply. Out of desperation with Covid-19 risks, I'm online ordering now and hope I receive correct sized product this time.

I placed my order on 11/18 and was told it will be delivered 11/30. As of today I never received my order. I called customer service and was told it wasn't their problem but rather contact usps.

Try four different hard hat dryers. You were out of them all. I had to settle for one that was in stock but This was NOT my first pick.

I ordered 2 cans of hairspray by John Freida. I never got a tracking number. It has been 2 weeks. There is no Customer Service, whatsoever. I called and NO ONE answers, and mailbox is full.
