Still waiting for refund or missing product to be shipped to my house. Figured I'd give HOB another chance.

The Costumer service lady was so rude to me for no reason. She kept on hanging up the phone in my face and treating me really bad. She refused to listen to my problem. House of Beauty was very unhelpful she put me on Hold for 12mins and then hang up the phone. Am calling from the UK to America. She wasted my phone bill. My problem is still not resolved and I feel Bullied by that lady. She was so unprofessional:-( Untrustworthy

Quick and easy to reorder products already purchased. However I don't like that bus takes over 6 weeks to arrive.

I received my item. The hair color on the internet was misleading so I wanted to exchange it, yet House of Beauty didn't have anything reddish. I wanted send back for a refund, but they won't accept their merchandise back. In the box, unused and unopened merchandise. Beware! If you got wrong color based on the misleading picture, it is yours forever and money is wasted.

Never received product, wife been waiting over a month she got number from her bank called the person House of Beauty called back was rude but said would refund the money that they were closed.

Products are amazing even if I did not try yet. But the shipping price is too much; please do something about it.

Placed orders June 17 and July 20 - first order not yet received, despite emails requesting update. July 20 was ordered with them by mistake - still no sign of it.

There was a Code 10 on the sale page, but it was not applied.

House of Beauty stole from me. Stole OVER$100 They took an exchange, I have proof from post asked me what I wanted, then nothing for months, I kept contacting them they made me prove I ever was their customer and they were awful. But they got all proof. They then told me they needed 8.95 more to send out an exchange. I told them to charge my card, wks went buy so I wrote and told them I would mail a check. They charged my card as well. OVER $100 stolen from HOBW I have all receipts and emails to prove. Scammers. SCAM

I ordered some hair products and when my email order confirmation came through I had been charged more in shipping than when I placed the order and was advised of a delay. I emailed within 24 hours to cancel and received no response. Two email chasers later I was told my order was ready for shipping and could not be cancelled which seems unreasonable considering I requested the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and it hadn't even been shipped out yet. House of Beauty have been really slow in responding to emails and to date I have only had one response. I will not be placing orders with House of Beauty ever again. Really disappointed.

Updating this to 3 stars because I received the product (over a month late). After I wrote this review someone reached out... when I wrote back House of Beauty never responded. All in all, awesome product, not so awesome customer service.

I order some hair from them. House of Beauty sent back a receipt stating they did not have some of the colors in stock. So they sent me what they had + hid a color that I didn't request with the rest of the items. So I was like wait. Let me see if they refunded me. Nope they didn't. So I sent them a couple of emails they didn't respond so I took it to PayPal and filed a claim. They didn't respond. When the case escalated they requested that I sent the products back. You want me to take my money and pay for shipping no way. They're actions are very dishonest and I will never purchase from them again.

I made a simple order for a mannequin head and received almost no information about my order.
2 weeks goes by and I still haven't gotten info about it shipping so I call the phone line on their website. I spend the next 45 minutes trying to connect to ANY department. I finally get a hold of the operator who gives absolutely no $#*!s about what I had just gone threw to get to a live human being, gives me no name and no supervisor. I am absolutely disgusted with how this company is run and I will be telling EVERYONE I know in the cosmetology business to NEVER purchase anything from this website. I wasnt notified that House of Beauty weren't going to be sending my mannequin because they no longer have it

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Never received my wig or my order... Never got credit... Manager is USELESS!

I placed my order about 3 weeks ago, I was so so excited to receive it. Last week I reached out for an update on my order and House of Beauty said they would look into it. Yesterday I followed up and I have not received any response and I had to reach out again today... I asked to just cancel my order. Pretty disappointed since I heard such great things about the products and I was looking forward to trying them.

Wig was never shipped to me. My Visa was charged $33.90. House of Beauty will not answer the phone nor respond to email. Mt order number is HOB-378985.

I purchased two bottles of sun in I believed it's not legit fake product I have purchased these product s before and there nothing like this! Don't work smell fake don't trust 'this company must sell all fake products do not recommend Australia customer.

I always try to order from them as much as possible because House of Beauty always give discount on so many products. Also the prices are reasonable.

This place sucks. I placed my order the day before Christmas giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's holiday season. No tracking number to this date which is 1-2-15. I called for a refund customer service rep doesn't see why I want my refund. Can't give a ship date and still haven't recieved any responce. Poor service

This company shouldn't be in business. I ordered from them over a month ago and never received my order. House of Beauty won't respond to emails, and when I called they told me they would refund my money but still haven't. I called my bank and filed a claim. Don't order from this company.

I placed my order on Sunday sept 27th. On Monday the 28th I received an email that my package was shipped and House of Beauty included a tracking number. 4 days, 2 emails and 5 calls later, the USPS site still shows "tracking number not found". I can't even truthfully tell you what the issue is because they haven't replied to my emails and they won't answer any of the phone numbers I called that they have listed. I'm starting to wonder if this business even exists anymore... if they do then they have the worst customer service I have ever run into... I believe it's worse just to ignore your customers then to at least acknowledge them and be rude... any communication at this point would be helpful! I have a feeling this is just the start of the problems I will have with this order!

Please do not order from this company! I ordered an item from this company expedited House of Beauty said it should be processed the next business day and I should receive an email with my tracking number once it was sent. It took 3 days for anyone to respond to my email. And then they said it would take another 4 days for me to receive my item. I told them I ordered it exposures for a reason and to cancel my order. 30 minutes later they had a tracking number for me. And then on top of that they the WRONG item. Now I have to go through the return process. Customer Service is horrible by the way no one ever answers the phone and they ignore your emails and respond when they feel like it. Please don't order from this company. Take your business elsewhere.

I'd Give them a negative star if I could. House of Beauty just take your money. They sent me a product with mold on it and which had clearly been tampered with and they asked for pictures. I gladly sent the pictures and they said, "there's no damage, sorry bye!" They're scammers and they're blind!

House of Beauty have the worst customer service I've ever encountered! They sent me the wrong item & refused to send the right one.

I called them 5 times, emailed the pictures of the item I received as they had requested & still they fought me about what I ordered & what I actually received.

They said it was the the right item but in a different color. Say what? I ordered a Tweezerman POINT Tweezer in Stainless & received a SLANTED Tweezer in pink. How in the Hell is that the right item?

Then I had to pay to ship the wrong item back to them! I had to go to Paypal to get my money back.

The manager clearly doesn't give a damn about the customers. I will be posting about this everywhere I can find to tell people NOT to buy anything from these jerks!

Site has a few items I like to buy, and it was easy to find them.

My two items came totally messed up but they were supposed to re ship it and never did they never pick their calls up either

Placed an order on a Monday. By the following Monday order still not processed. Website stats free shipping with $50 order. Order was for more than $50 and website stated for free order processing time is 1-2 and when out for delivery mail time is 3-7 days. Terrible service. Customer service could carelessly about their cusromers

I ordered a wig and other products. The other products came but the 78.00 dollar wig never came with the order. I left emails and phone messages without any results. Finally I got a return telephone call promising me the wig was going to come. As of this day almost 2 months later I never received the wig or a refund for my money.
