Stay away, rudest customer service staff of all time. Package arrived 6 weeks later with half of what I ordered. Shocking- STAY AWAY

Where is my order?! Have contact you several times, your company is giving me the go around, you keep saying it on the way. I am getting ready to contact my credit card company. You took out the payment a month ago. I don"t believe my order is on it way. You have sent me two bogus ups tracking numbers. I will be contacting the BBB, i should have read your review, every one says stay away. 0rder #HOBV-332522

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD SITE.

House of Beauty are THIEVES hiding behind a business front. I have contacted the authorities. I hope this will help all the other people who have been stolen from.

I place an order on September 13th and I have not received it. I want my money back I have sent two e mails to customer service. Lousy business

Every wig has been the rong color and I can't reach them to discuss it because House of Beauty never answer the phone. So I'm stuck with whatever they send me unless I wanna pay the shipping price to send it back for a refund. House of Beauty doesn't qualify as a professional business because of the way they avoid there customers.

Found what I needed. But was looking for smocks & was not able to find those.

Worst experience EVER! I ordered, in good faith, 4 Rusk items 24th of December 2018 and have not received them. I contacted them in writing numerous times and House of Beauty have not had the courtesy of a response! THEY HAVE KEPT MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. DO NOT TURST THIS COMPANY.

My wife ordered "medium brown" hair color sticks and she received a package with the "medium brown" order form but with "black" hair color sticks which are totally useless. Customer service is non-existent. House of Beauty want me to spend my own money shipping the black color sticks back to them. After that they say they will provide a refund. No thanks!

Ladies please i urge you please file a report againt this company the federal trads commission you have a platform report them report them let the federal trads commission know dont suffer in silence.we can call our local post office and make them aware also call pay pal or your card company complain complain let it be known dont suffer in silence dont let it happend to the next person let do a petition everyone please contact the FTC THE FEDERAL TRADS COMMISSION.

Ordered from this company a few months ago and received all of my items in perfect condition, so I gave it another go, June 7th placed another order and still haven't gotten my order, its now July 1. I've called, e mailed, and left messages and no one has gotten back with me. After reading these reviews I see that I was one of the lucky ones to have received anything at all! This company needs to be shut down immediately!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and guess what?! The BBB has 197 active complaints against this company! House of Beauty did not refund me after informing me they did not have the item I ordered in stock and I had to go through my credit card company to get the refund. They have horrible communication, failed to ship on time, and overall deplorable business practices. EXTREMELY SHADY COMPANY, SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Company sucks. Ordered wig. Ordere was canceled Will not refund money it has been over two months. Sometimes needs to be done about these scammers.

I ordered products from house of beauty, Try to reach out to find a status after 10 days no one is talking, House of Beauty pick up phones and hangup. Their voice mail is full. I have already opened a claim with my credit card company and am reporting them to consumer affairs and DA for scumming people. STAY AWAY!

I placed an order with this outfit, got my money never heared from them, a week later thay sent me an email that my order will be proceed and will take 2-4 business days, then House of Beauty will ship and will take another 7-10 days to get your order. In all count on about one month to get your order and don't even try to call their customer service department, you will be on hold for half an hour then they disconnect you, and keep doing that, if you leave your number to call you back GOOD LUCK

Wtf shipping is way too expensive and it never told me the shipping cost until after my purchase

Ordered a wig never received shipping info after 2 weeks called them after several attempts with a voicemail after blocking my number
And House of Beauty tell me the wig is discontinued they never informed me this place sucks please do not order from them

I recieved an conformation via email for an order I did not place. I contacted the company immediately House of Beauty stated their was nothing they can do since the order was already processed. When I recieved the item, I returned it back to them so I can be refunded. It has been 3 weeks since they recieved their item and a week since I sent them a email and I got no response regarding the money deducted off of my card. Also I must add I never opened the box that was delivered to me. I put my address and the return address on top and sent it back.

Easy shopping experience, but had to search for a while for some products because House of Beauty weren't under the categories I expected them to be.

Seems like a scam business to me. STAY AWAY! I ordered some make-up over 1 month ago. The tracking number is fake, the package never arrived, and House of Beauty have my cash! When I called to ask where my product was I got a run-around response -- then I asked "Is this even a Real Company?" The customer service woman responded -- "Well you placed the order with us" -- to which I said -- "That's NOT a valid answer". STAY AWAY!

Worst customer service ever, scammers. I ordered a product a week ago, to date it still has not shipped. You try to cancel and get a full refund and House of Beauty want to take stocking fees etc. from an item they haven't even pulled. Go figure. Will never order again.

After receiving the wrong item, I contacted there customer support. I was told to send a picture of the invoice and item I received. I was told by Anastasia I received the right item. After explaining it was the clippers and not the trimmers as well as providing serial numbers and the photos that obviously showed the difference in what the picture on the invoice provided by them and what I received I was ignored... the craziest thing is the item i received was $50 more then the item I was expecting but already own. This experience is what every online shopper fears... bad business House of Beauty lost $50 of the product and countless customers including me that will be choosing to buy elsewhere just on this post alone. And that makes me happy:-)

Do not order from them - complete scam! I only received half of my order. When I called to inquire about the remaining item, House of Beauty said it was shipped in the same package and they checked both the weight and the cameras in the shipping area. Basically called me a liar. They have hung up on me 4 times. Last customer rep said she, "didn't have time for me." They stole about $35 from me, as I have no faith to ever receive the remaining part of my order. Should have read the reviews first! They have a horrible Better Business Bureau rating. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. There is no customer service. Calls are no answered or returned. Orders are not filled and no explanation is given. The company advertisement is false, claiming to ship within 3-7 days, I will be reporting it to the consumer protection agency as a fraud and/or scam. Buyer beware.

I placed an order with this company and called to check the status. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and would not give me her name. She then came on the phone and said that she canceled my order. Mind you, my order was in the system for 3 days and I was checking on the status. I then called the 800 number only to find out that what I ordered was out of stock and I was not getting it anyway. Stay away from this $#*! show of a company.

I bought 6 packs of kanekolon hair with a variety of different colors and received the complete opposite of what I ordered. I sent them an image of the receipt and the hair with the colors written on them to let them know I just wanted to exchange it. Customer service just emailed me one sentence saying you got what you ordered. Thanks a lot. Waste of time and money. I can't even use this hair.

I purchased an item and never received it. House of Beauty said that the item was return to sender but I never received an tracking number or email. I verified that they had the correct shipping address so I do not believe that they shipped the item. I purchased from them before and I received an email with the tracking number so why is this one any different. I called them, but they never answer the phone and I left numerous of messages and they were not returned. I was finally able to get a hold of someone through email and I requested a refund. They gave me a refund but deducted a restocking fee. I disagree with the restocking fee because they never were able to provide me proof that the item shipped, such as an email or tracking number. I will never purchase from them again.

Sent the incorrect order called several times only to be placed on hold for over 10 minutes. No response to my emails about incorrect order that took 3 weeks to ship. I ultimately had to report it to my credit card due to no response. BEWARE!

Alex. Owner/ manager told my Credit card company I am not owed any money other than the shipping charge of 12.54 for the merchandise I returned in it's original condition of over 78.00 total. She House of Beauty have all my merchandise and am keeping my money. BTW the 12.54 should never have been charged in the first place because I spent enough for free shipping per their website

What kind of business is this. The reps I peak with are not helpful in the least. This company need to be exposed for unscrupulous practices
